Alexis Chesney, MS, ND, LAc is a licensed naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, author and educator. Since 2010, Dr. Chesney has dedicated her practice to working with complex chronic illness, including Lyme and vector-borne diseases, mold toxicity, mast cell activation syndrome and more. She enjoys getting to the root cause of complex chronic illness and partnering with patients to find wellness and balance in their lives.
Dr. Chesney is the author of Preventing Lyme &#038; Other Tick-Borne Diseases (Storey, 2020). She created the Tick Preparedness Kit, a one-stop first-aid kit in the case of a tick bite. She has been featured as an expert on tick-borne illness at conferences, on podcasts, and in news publications. Dr. Chesney serves as a preceptor for the ILADEF physician training program and provides accredited continuing education training to medical professionals.
Dr. Chesney is a member of the AANP, VANP, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and a founding full member of International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness (ISEAI).
