Dr. Beverley Rider was formerly a biotech senior scientist with her PhD in Microbiology & Immunology, turned holistic mama after her daughter faced extensive histamine reactions.

Now, she's a fierce advocate for spreading awareness about histamine and mast cells disease, and to this end, published, "Hives, headache and heartburn: Heal your histamine hangover."

Beverley currently teaches nutrition at Bauman College.

She's known as the histamine whisperer aka Histamine hangover and helps people calm their reactions from allergies to migraines.
