Dr. Tiffany Caplan's passion for supporting people using functional medicine stems from her own health journey. She has also seen multiple family members diagnosed with autoimmunity after years of suffering from various, obscure ailments. Since then, she has been passionate about helping those with autoimmune conditions regain their health and put their disease into remission. Dr. Caplan has experienced first-hand how lifestyle medicine can save a person’s life and is blessed to be able to educate and help such an underserved population.

Dr. Caplan is the author of the international best-selling book The Lupus Solution and co-founder of Caplan Health Institute, a virtual health center providing educational resources, courses and one-on-one coaching for people with autoimmunity who have the goal of achieving long-term remission.
