Dr. John Dempster is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor and Functional Medicine and treats a variety of patients ranging from high performance individuals to those dealing with chronic digestive disorders, auto-immune disease, and more.
In addition to his busy practice, he writes regularly for a number of publications and lectures on a variety of health &amp; wellness topics. He is also featured frequently on national television, radio, and media.
Dr. Dempster is also the co-founder of The Mental Wellness Tribe, and co-host of the Mental Wellness Summit series. He is also the founder of the Healthy Gut Institute, a resource created to help those with chronic digestive issues uncover and eradicate the root of cause(s) of their issues.
Aside from his clinical and educational commitments, Dr. Dempster is a proud husband and father, and is passionate about the outdoors. He is an avid downhill skier, fly fisherman, and continues to enjoy white water canoeing throughout Canada.
