<p>Dr. Lennon is a double board-certified physician in Sleep Medicine and Neurology and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is the medical director for an American Academy of Sleep Medicine accredited sleep lab, serving patients from all over the Mid-South. In addition to teaching and clinical duties, he serves as an expert consultant to the industry, is the host of the Well Rested podcast, and creator of a digital course on cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. He currently lives in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and two daughters.</p>
