Michael Roesslein

Michael Roesslein is the co-founder of Rebel Health Tribe, a health & wellness educational platform, and Inaura – a platform and community focused on the “other” side of healing – the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.

He is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, has completed the 2-year training program at the Luminous Awareness Institute, and Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry 1-year training for therapists.

Michael has spent the last 12 years in the fitness, nutrition, and natural health industry as a trainer, coach, speaker, educator, film producer, writer, podcast host, and content creator.

His own personal experience with depression, anxiety, suicidal states, insomnia, severe ADD/ADHD and the subsequent healing work he’s done himself, along with his wife’s multiple autoimmune conditions and healing are the driving forces behind his professional work.

Originally from the Chicago area, a long-time California resident, Michael and his wife Mira now reside in Tuscany, in central Italy.
