Michael Roesslein is the co-founder of Rebel Health Tribe, a health &amp; wellness educational platform, and Inaura &#8211; a platform and community focused on the &#8220;other&#8221; side of healing &#8211; the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic.
He is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, holds a Master&#8217;s Degree in Exercise Science &amp; Health Promotion, has completed the 2-year training program at the Luminous Awareness Institute, and Dr. Gabor Mate&#8217;s Compassionate Inquiry 1-year training for therapists.
Michael has spent the last 12 years in the fitness, nutrition, and natural health industry as a trainer, coach, speaker, educator, film producer, writer, podcast host, and content creator.
His own personal experience with depression, anxiety, suicidal states, insomnia, severe ADD/ADHD and the subsequent healing work he&#8217;s done himself, along with his wife&#8217;s multiple autoimmune conditions and healing are the driving forces behind his professional work.
Originally from the Chicago area, a long-time California resident, Michael and his wife Mira now reside in Tuscany, in central Italy.
