I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, and I help patients reach optimal health through integrative, effective medicine.
From a young age, I knew I was meant to fill the gap for people to experience true healing. Growing up, I watched a family member with mental health issues as their symptoms grew worse after only receiving medication from their doctors with no other medical help. When they found naturopathic medicine, they were able to address the root cause and stop medications.
That’s why I’m incredibly passionate about helping my patients discover WHY they are having symptoms.
Together, we will dive deep. The intake forms will ask a variety of questions; we’ll discuss stress management and mental health because it’s a huge root cause for many people, and we’ll order specialty testing to catch things that have often been missed previously. We will put the puzzle pieces together.
I listen to what makes you, YOU, so that I successfully understand the root cause of your health concerns and create an individualized, effective treatment plan to help you along your journey to health. Gut health is key in this process to make sure you are getting the nutrients you need through food in order to fully heal.
Since we are made of complex and interconnected systems, I utilize nutrition, lifestyle interventions, targeted supplementation, mind-body medicine, and herbal formulations to provide you the best solutions possible.
I’m also passionate about hormones because they are vital to how we think, feel, and live. Hormonal functions are so interconnected with gut health that it’s common for people to struggle with symptoms in both systems. Plus, I specialize in mold toxicity because of how often it is missed as a root cause for illness.
