Ibs

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disorder characterized by a group of symptoms that affect the large intestine. The exact cause of IBS is not fully understood, but factors such as abnormal muscle contractions in the intestine, heightened sensitivity to pain, and changes in the gut microbiota are thought to play a role. Symptoms of IBS may include abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. While there is no cure for IBS, management strategies often involve dietary modifications, stress reduction techniques, and medications to alleviate specific symptoms and improve quality of life.
