Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Global Cancer Symposium 2.0. My name's Nathan Crane. I am the award-winning filmmaker of "Cancer:The Integrative Perspective," also the director over the Health and Healing Club. You can learn more about that at healthandhealingclub.com. But today I'm really excited to be talking with Dr. Daniel Pompa about fasting. We're gonna really go into depth around fasting. Is it safe to fast if you have cancer? What are the benefits of fasting? How should you fast? How long should you fast? We're gonna really cover as much as we can. You know, what I'm titling fasting 101, really the truth about fasting and cancer. There's tremendous benefits to your health whether you have cancer or not in terms of fasting, not only for longevity but health and healing, cellular detox, as well as mental and emotional benefits that come from fasting. I've actually been cleansing and detoxing and fasting for almost 15 years now. 

So Dr. Daniel Pompa is really in authority in this field. I'm really excited that he's gonna be sharing and speaking on this topic in depth for the next 30 to 40 minutes.
