I am so delighted you are back here with me again today. It is such a delight to be sharing this information. In each of these interviews, we aren't just focused on information or even inspiration or even motivation. We're focused on practical things that you can do that are concrete leverage points to shift your life. I encourage you, as I do with every episode, to listen with a pen and paper in hand. If you want to use a modern digital version of pen and paper, go ahead and do that as well. But whatever you do, write down these ideas, and I'm encouraging you to turn every interview and all these pieces of information into an action plan. By the time you've spent the next 45 minutes or so with us, you should have more than just some great insights. You should have some ways to apply those insights to your own life, starting now. You aren't allowed to watch unless you take notes, apply them to your life, and make this concrete. That's what you want to do with every single one of these amazing interviews. You want to find ways to apply them in your life. You can move from trauma to transcendence. My guest today is Jason Prall. He's a former Mechanical Engineer turned filmmaker. 20 long years of health challenges led him to look for answers beyond the traditional medical model. His findings about health optimization and lifestyle medicine culminated in an online documentary film series called The Human Longevity Project. His next series is called The Return of the Wisdom Keepers and explores ancient healing methods from indigenous cultures around the world. Jason is also the author of the book Beyond Longevity.
