Naturepedic

Naturepedic is a US-based, family-run manufacturer of certified organic mattresses, bedding, and sleep essentials, founded in 2003 by board-certified environmental engineer Barry Cik. Headquartered in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, the company began with a mission to create a safer crib mattress and has since expanded into sleep products for babies, children, adults, and pets. Its product portfolio includes organic crib and kids’ mattresses, adult mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets, mattress protectors, and other bedroom essentials.

Naturepedic differentiates itself through its focus on certified organic materials, ingredient transparency, responsible sourcing, and independent third-party certifications. Its products use materials such as organic cotton, wool, and latex in applicable designs, alongside other carefully selected components. The company emphasizes avoiding polyurethane foam and chemical flame retardants in its mattresses and operates its own certified organic manufacturing facility in Ohio.

Serving health-conscious families and consumers seeking organic alternatives to conventional sleep products, Naturepedic sells through its official e-commerce website, company stores, and authorized retail partners across the United States and Canada. Its market positioning combines wellness, product quality, sustainable manufacturing, and transparent material standards to serve customers who prioritize healthier sleep environments and environmentally responsible purchasing choices.
