Timeline

Timeline grew out of scientific research at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, where founders Chris Rinsch and Patrick Aebischer began investigating the biology of aging and mitochondrial function. The research led to Mitopure®, Amazentis’s proprietary form of urolithin A, which became the foundation for Timeline’s consumer products. The brand aims to translate scientific discoveries into nutritional and skincare solutions for people interested in supporting healthy aging.

Its product range includes urolithin A supplements in formats such as capsules, powders, and gummies, alongside skincare products developed around the same proprietary ingredient. Timeline’s positioning combines longevity research, clinical studies, and consumer wellness, while its parent company, Amazentis, continues to develop the underlying science and intellectual property. The business has attracted investment from Nestlé Health Science and L’Oréal, reflecting its presence at the intersection of nutrition, biotechnology, and beauty.
