Preheat oven to 350°F Prepare your flax egg . Put 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter Flax egg into a mixing bowl . Add 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 Tbs baking soda 1 Tbs baking powder 1 pinch salt . Add 1 cup flour Then another 1/2-1/4 cup flour . Add 1/4 almond milk if needed. Batter should be thick but pourable. . Bake in an oiled bread pan for 50-60 minutes. Viola! 🍞🤌🏽
