Your EMF Pendant Isn’t The Fix — Why Harmonizing Beats Blocking Cory Hillis, Founder, EMF Solutions
Blocking vs. harmonizing. Cory shares his perspective on why traditional EMF blocking methods (like pendants or partial Faraday cages) often fall short against modern technology, and why he considers harmonizing the "subatomic chaos" a more comprehensive strategy for the whole home. Fiber optics and increased exposure. Cory discusses his estimate that high-speed underground fiber optic cables carry a signal frequency dramatically higher than a standard router — up to 40,000 times, by his estimate — and shares why he believes this adds to the cellular stress he describes for people living near this infrastructure. Cell phones and heat. Cory explains the physics of how microwaves heat food by vibrating molecules to create friction, and shares his view that holding a cell phone to the head may create a similar, low-level friction effect. Harmonizing and sleep: one personal account. Danielle shares that, in her own experience, she noticed a return to deeper, more restorative sleep after harmonizing her home’s electrical system. This is an individual account, not a typical or guaranteed result. A practical preference: wired over Bluetooth. The conversation includes a tip Cory shares: he personally prefers wired headphones over Bluetooth earbuds as one way to reduce radiofrequency exposure near the head. This is a personal preference, not a medical recommendation.
The Intelligence of Symptoms Part 2: Mucus, Cough & Skin
On this episode of Vitality Radio, Jared continues The Intelligence of Symptoms series by looking at three of the body’s most annoying responses: mucus, coughing, and skin eruptions. Rather than automatically suppressing these symptoms, he explains the roles they may play in helping the body trap, move, and eliminate unwanted material. Jared examines common pharmaceutical approaches including decongestants, antihistamines, cough suppressants, codeine, and topical steroids, while discussing potential drawbacks of routinely shutting down these natural responses. He also shares practical and natural supportive options that work with your body. The goal is simple – understand what the body may be trying to accomplish before automatically silencing the symptom.
This Solves The Problem Your Supplements Still Have…
An exosome is a message, not a nutrient. Jeff describes exosomes as small outbubblings of cell membrane carrying cargo, microRNAs, peptides and growth factors, taken into the next cell by endocytosis. The way he puts it, this is how cells tell their neighbors what mode to be in, whether that is under attack or in repair. Plants make them too, and that is one of the routes plant compounds take to reach us. His argument is about the packaging, not the molecule. Take resveratrol. Grapes and citrus roots already package it inside an exosome, and conventional extraction breaks that packaging open to get at the contents. Jeff's claim is that keeping it intact changes how much actually arrives, and that one capsule of what they make takes roughly seven liters of fruit to produce. Listen to what he says has not been measured. I asked about senescent cells and natural killer cell activity, and rather than reach for it he said plainly that they have not measured that yet and a study is planned. What he does point to is preclinical work showing movement in markers of oxidative stress, DNA damage and lipid peroxidation. Preclinical markers are not human outcomes, and to his credit he does not blur the two.
Eczema Isn’t Just a Skin Issue. It’s a Whole Body Signal.
Start in the kitchen, because it is the one input you control today. Andra puts every family on the same first step, the next meal. Warm, cooked, simply combined food asks less of a digestive system that is already struggling, and she finds that even careful, gluten free, filtered water households are still leaning on more processed food than they realize. Why she treats skin care as a delivery system rather than a cover up. Her standard is that anything going on the skin should be safe to eat, because the body absorbs it and the liver still has to process it. She layers an herbal oil, a comfort spray and a tallow cream, and Dr. Chille connects that to what is happening underneath, where a damaged barrier in the gut shows up as a damaged barrier in the skin. The timeline is set by history, not by how bad the skin looks. With no steroid or antibiotic history, Andra tells families ninety days of consistent work is a fair expectation. With that history, she plans for six months. Testing comes at the end of that sequence rather than the start, partly because an infant's immune system does not read well on a panel and partly because a scratch test can trigger a flare.
Can Controlled Fever Reverse ALS?
Understand how Brain Thermal Tunnel technology measures brain temperature and guides controlled fever-range therapy. Explore how cyclical heat may activate heat shock proteins that help repair or remove damaged proteins linked to neurodegeneration. Evaluate early patient results while recognizing the need for larger controlled studies and independent validation.
How does being High Funtioning mask Healing Response? with Gina Dang
Knowing is not healing. Gina could name what had happened to her in clinical language and still could not stop the panic. What moved things was a treatment that never asked her to retell the story, only to be in her body while someone else worked on it. Sustainability is not only an environmental question. Because we are not separate from nature, she reads it at the scale of one person: the seasons of a year, the seasons of a life, the cues a body gives about when to eat, rest and move. Overriding those cues is its own kind of extraction. Place leaves a mark on physiology. In Oregon she saw damp and cold, paler and more swollen tongues, bodies holding water. Back home in Los Angeles almost everyone arrives with a red tongue tip, in a city where the common idea of relaxing is planning a vacation.
My dermatologist says topical steroids are fine — why go through all this?
There are two questions inside the one you are asking. "How do I get this flare down right now" and "why does this keep coming back" are not the same conversation, and a steroid was only ever designed to answer the first. Most families have never been offered the second one, which is why the answer keeps feeling incomplete. You are already doing the hard version. The hard way is not following a plan someone built around your child and your actual week. It is waking up and inventing the day from scratch, then doing it again tomorrow and for months after that, with nobody ever telling you whether any of it is working. Half the work is deciding what to stop doing. A guide who only adds to your list is not helping you. Knowing what you can set down, this week or for good, frees up more than one more protocol ever will, and you do not have to become the eczema expert yourself.
Healing vs Cure: Nervous System Safety with Dr. Tom Moorcroft
Discover why healing is not always the same as cure, and why the body, mind, and spirit all matter in chronic illness recovery. Understand how threat, safety, the default mode network, and self-compassion can affect the body’s ability to heal. Learn why relationship, pacing, realistic expectations, music, movement, and embodied practices can support deeper healing.
Why Detox Protocols Fail (Even When Done Correctly)
Discover why mitochondrial energy comes first and how supporting cellular function may help the body power its immune, drainage, and detoxification processes. Understand how sluggish elimination pathways, including infrequent bowel movements, may cause mobilized compounds to recirculate and create difficult detox reactions. Learn Jimmy’s four-part sequence of supporting energy, opening drainage pathways, using binders, and adding targeted microbial support only when the body is ready.
What makes neurodivergence innate, acquired — or both?
If your brain hasn't worked the same since abuse, you've probably been told you were always like this, or that what you're experiencing is only emotional. This is for everyone who knows neither of those answers is the full story. Is it innate, acquired, or both? #Neurodivergent #Neurodiversity
Yeast, Parasites, and the Root Causes Most Doctors Miss
Discover why true integrative medicine requires deep training, ongoing study, careful patient histories, and individualized treatment rather than simply adding supplements to conventional care. Understand how gut dysfunction, yeast, parasites, toxins, and impaired immune defenses may contribute to chronic symptoms and why the body’s internal environment matters. Learn why cellular health, mitochondrial function, membrane integrity, and removing biological stressors may be more important than chasing individual diagnoses.
