Dr. Jolly-Gabriel is the Executive Director of the South Bay Hyperbaric Center (SBHB) for Oxygen Treatment at the Center For New Medicine and Cancer Center For Healing. Before creating the SBHBOT, Dr. Jolly-Gabriel was the founder of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy program at Whitaker Wellness and Director of Hyperbaric Medicine for 10 years. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a well-established treatment for cancer and other diseases. Through breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room, patients’ lungs can gather up to three times more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. The patient’s blood carries this pure oxygen throughout the body to stimulate the release of growth factors and stem cells. The release of the stem cells and growth factors promote healing.
