At DrTalks, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy offers a full refund within 60 days of your date of purchase. We would like to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request.
We will no longer accept refund requests after 60 calendar days have passed.
To request a refund, just email us at [email protected] with your name, email address and order number. Once we have verified the information and confirmed your eligibility for refund, you will receive an email notifying you that the refund has been processed.
You will receive your refund only in the original payment used for the purchase.
No, we will only issue a refund to the card that was originally used for the credit card transaction. At this time, we are unable to process returns in any other way.
If you are banking with the same card company, they will most likely credit you directly onto your new card or towards your account.
If you are now banking with a different company, you will likely receive your refund in the form of a check. We recommend contacting your bank directly to confirm.
This is to help prevent fraud by ensuring funds return to the same bank account that was originally debited and not an account that does not belong to the original cardholder. This also prevents cash advances where you can charge one card and refund it to another to increase the available balance or gain credit card rewards.

It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account. If you do not not see the refund after ten business days, please reach out to your bank for more information.
If you paid with your Paypal balance, you may receive the refund the same day the refund is issued. However if you paid with a credit or debit card, the maximum processing time would be 30 days.
