Premium Membership Refunds

We don’t offer any refund for premium membership. 

However, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again and you get to keep your account with all the premium membership features until the end of your billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will automatically convert to basic membership. 

You won’t be refunded for the time between when you cancel and when your premium membership officially ends. We don’t give refunds or credits for partially elapsed billing periods.

We will no longer accept refund requests after 60 calendar days have passed. 

How to request a refund?

To request a refund, please fill out the details in our Refund Request Form. Once we have verified the information and confirmed your eligibility for refund, you will receive an email notifying you that the refund has been processed. 

Where will I get my refund?

You will receive your refund only in the original payment used for the purchase.

The Credit Card I used for the purchase has been blocked/replaced, can I request a refund to my bank account?

No, we will only issue a refund to the card that was originally used for the credit card transaction. At this time, we are unable to process returns in any other way. 

If you are banking with the same card company, they will most likely credit you directly onto your new card or towards your account. 

If you are now banking with a different company, you will likely receive your refund in the form of a check. We recommend contacting your bank directly to confirm.

This is to help prevent fraud by ensuring funds return to the same bank account that was originally debited and not an account that does not belong to the original cardholder. This also prevents cash advances where you can charge one card and refund it to another to increase the available balance or gain credit card rewards.

When to expect the refund?

For Credit Card

It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account. If you do not not see the refund after ten business days, please reach out to your bank for more information.

For Paypal

If you paid with your Paypal balance, you may receive the refund the same day the refund is issued. However if you paid with a credit or debit card, the maximum processing time would be 30 days.

Deadline for cancellation: To stop your membership from renewing you must act before one year (from the day and month of your initial purchase) has elapsed. After this time period has passed, the cancellation may not be possible for that given year. This could depend on whether or not your payment has already been processed.

Amount and frequency of charges: The amount you will be charged for your subscription is $97 annually. This charge will occur once a year.

Dates for payment charges: The charges will be submitted for payment within the week of your renewal date of your subscription.
