Jane worked for many years as a Chartered Physiotherapist, then entrepreneur, winning Gift of the Year 2003 with her creatively designed natural toiletries and home spa rituals. Nowadays Jane spends her time actively campaigning to help other cancer patients with their care and research; she has attended parliament to encourage the use of the Cancer Drug Fund to investigate off patent (therefore mostly cheap) &#8216;off label&#8217; drugs in research, something the cancer charities are still failing to do.
