Kristi Holt is the CEO of Vibeonix, an API platform that quantifies wellness using voice analysis AI. 
Kristi began her career as a young entrepreneur over 20 years ago. As a born entrepreneur, she is recognized for her leadership, community involvement, and ability to mobilize change.  Before her role at Vibeonix, Kristi was involved with ten start-up companies in various industries such as E-commerce, Solar, Subprime Auto Lending, CBD Manufacturing, Media company (local magazine), and Technology. She has successfully exited 6 of her start-up companies. With each start-up, Kristi has fundraised, led an acquisition, led sales and marketing, and developed numerous successful processes.
At Vibeonix, Kristi’s business strategy has radically transformed businesses and the lives of those who have used her product. In an age of various new ways to measure wellbeing, she has developed a product that is unique to the market in measuring vocal frequency as an insight into emotion. She has spent years building an innovative voice technology assessment and aims to shed light on one’s genuine emotions and how to build a healthy relationship with each of them.
Although Vibeonix started as an in-depth, multifaceted assessment, it has now transformed into a simple yet revealing tool that anybody can utilize in their journey of self-awareness. Vibeonix aims to make a niche outside the diagnostic space while still being in the conversation about mental health.
Kristi recently founded The M.E.C.A Project, a non-profit foundation on a mission to raise the vibe of humanity. Being a mother of four, she has realized the importance of emotion and wants every child, parent, and adult to have access to tools and resources to increase emotional intelligence. As the Founder/CEO, Kristi is leading the organization’s donor program, sponsor partnerships, user experience, and technology development.

The M.E.C.A Project closes the gap in the self-growth world by offering free physical, mental and emotional wellness resources, increasing self-awareness through voice technology, and measurable emotional frequency data for users over time. Kristi currently sits on the Women Tech Council board and the Advisory Board of the WeLift UVU for women entrepreneurs and RevRoad Advisor.  She searches for opportunities where Vibeonix and The MECA Project can merge with other health tech or wellness-focused businesses to expand the conversation about emotional well-being.
