Lisa Jendza

As a consultant for HP, Lisa witnessed the decline in “critical thinking” and after embarking on a journey to heal her own failing health she began coaching others, leaving her corporate IT career to open a Wellness Spa. She realized the gut-brain connection and her detox classes evolved into cooking classes, where the root cause can be found. Now teaching kid’s cooking classes, Lisa knows that true prevention starts young and it starts in the kitchen.

Her cooking classes are an experiential way to create lasting change. The kids are empowered, respected, and given many options for healthy living. Freedom Kitchen is a judgment-free zone where Lisa helps kids find the courage to explore different ingredients and ultimately, how to be leaders of their own health and happiness in and out of the kitchen.

Bringing together 25 years of IT consulting with 16 years of health coaching, the goal is to get to the root cause of health and happiness, which begins and ends in your kitchen.
