Peter has taught for many years at the following institutions:

Samverkan School of Holistic Studies (1988-1989)

Nordic Nutritional and Phytotherapy Institute (1997-2010)

Näringsmedicinska Skolan (NMS) (2011-2019).

Peter Wilhelmsson has worked in the natural medicine industry for over 40 years. He has authored or co-authored 14 books and over 100 course manuals through the years. His most comprehensive book, “Näringsmedicinska Uppslagsbok”, is a 833 page encyclopedia of nutritional medicine, the most comprehensive encyclopedia of nutritional medicine in Scandinavia. Peter´s two most recent books were published in Sweden in 2016 and 2019. The first one, “Snabbare, Starkare, Friskare”/Faster, Stronger, Healthier, is a 600-page book on integrative sports nutrition. The second book, “Rädda Din Hjärna Nu”/Save Your Brain Now (www.saveyourbrainnow.com is a 471-page book on brain health, co-written with Ph.D. neuroscientist, Hayde Bolouri. This book was published in Swedish 2019 and updated 2021 and then launched on Amazon in October 2021 with the help of Best Sellers Publishing.

Nutritional Medicine Institute (2011-2018)

He has lectured on lifestyle, nutritional, functional, and natural medicine internationally for over 35 years, lecturing in 12 countries. Peter was the Clinical director of the Strandgarden Health Retreat in Falun, Sweden 1985-1994. Peter was the president of the Swedish Naturopathic Association (SNLF) during the years of 2000 through 2006.

Peter is founded of the Alpha Plus wholesale distributorship of nutritional products 1983 but sold this business 2018. Peter has worked clinically with patients for over 40 years and has been the founder and director of IFM Klinik (integrated functional medicine) clinic in Falun, Sweden since 1994.

Peter currently works as a consultant, product developer, educator, author and has a part time practice in functional medicine in Sweden.

Peter exercises regularly, and enjoys spirituality, nature, travel, study and his wife and daughter.
