<p>Susan Kim, MS, RDN, CCTD is the program manager and registered dietitian for DonateWell, a wellness program for living organ donors at Keck Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC). Ms. Kim also teaches Introduction to Human Nutrition and Evidence-based Nutrition for Longevity classes at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension. Prior to Keck Medicine, Ms. Kim was a research assistant at the USC Longevity Institute and contributor to The Longevity Diet book by Valter Longo, PhD. Ms. Kim specializes in weight management, chronic disease prevention, healthy aging, wellness, and food is medicine initiatives.</p>
