Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, she has a heart to help people, as well as a passion to support physicians and their mental/emotional wellness

As a practicing physician, I’ve witnessed the profound impact that bullying, mistreatment, and toxic culture can have on residents, students, and the medical teams around them.

That’s why I founded Physicians Keepers — a movement focused on creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments in medical training through education, awareness, and mentorship.

I recently launched a 60-minute, self-paced e-learning course titled:
“Creating a Culture of Respect in Medical Training: Addressing Bullying and Fostering Mentorship.”
This course is designed for residency programs looking to improve professionalism, mentorship, and psychological safety.
