David Alvarez

Dr. David Alvarez is a board-certified physician who earned his medical degree from Universidad Xochicalco. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association. For more than 10 years, Dr. Alvarez has worked alongside Dr. Carlos Bautista, ITC Founder, as Assistant Medical Director at the Immunity Therapy Center (ITC). This year, he was appointed Medical Director, assuming expanded clinical leadership and greater responsibility for patient care and medical operations.

In his role, Dr. Alvarez provides daily, hands-on patient care while leading the development of individualized treatment plans. He also serves on ITC’s Medical Board, where he contributes to the research, development, and continuous improvement of the center’s integrative treatment programs. Known for his clinical expertise, compassion, and patient-centered approach, Dr. Alvarez is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible health outcomes through personalized, evidence-informed, integrative care. His philosophy emphasizes treating the whole person, not just the disease, by combining advanced medical knowledge with a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing.
