Kardie Tobb, DO, MS, CPE, FASPC, FACC, FACOI. She earned her medical degree from the
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic medicine. She Completed her Internal medicine training at
the Mercy Catholic Medical Center Darby, PA and Fellowship training at Deborah Heart and
Lung Center in New Jersey.
As a non-invasive preventative cardiologist, her areas of interests include cardiometabolic
disease prevention and women’s cardiovascular health with emphasis on cardio obstetrics. Her
global research interest includes understanding the impact of social drivers of health on clinical
outcomes and helping to create ways this can be addressed appropriately. She also focuses on
reducing disparities in access to health care in medically underserved populations.
Dr Tobb is currently the Medical Director and the founder of the Cone Health Heart and
Vascular Cardio-Obstetrics/Women’s Heart Health program. Dr Tobb also serves as the Cone
health system-wide Clinical Integration Officer with Cone Health Center for Equity. She serves as
the Chair of the Health Equity Champions committees. She is a member of the Board of
Directors for the Cone Health Foundation and Health Team advantage.
Nationally, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the American society of
preventive cardiology, the chair of the women in preventive cardiology working group, Co-chair
of the American College of cardiology prevention council disparities of care working group and a
member of the ACC cardiovascular disease is women committee. She as been named a 1 of 5 finalist for the Rise Health 2026 Health Care Hero Award.
