Hello, everyone. This is doctor Bob Hoffman from the Master Circle Global, and I want to welcome you want to another unbelievable interview with a very, very dear friend of mine, our guest today.

And I know each other almost 40 years. We've spoken at each other's event, and I got to tell you flat out, I have such admiration and respect for this gentleman.

It's it's off the charts. This is a healer. Healer. He takes care of the sickest people and gets the most amazing results. Doctor Tom Roselle has been in practice for 43 years, and he runs a 100% cash multi-million dollar chiropractic natural therapeutic integrated practice.

He's the past chairman of the International College of Chiropractors. He lectures internationally and for 25 years, 25 years, he's hosted a weekly live radio program.

He also has set up a charity, A5013 charity providing scholarships for chiropractic and natural health care students, and he provides pro bono chiropractic care for people who are injured.

So without any further ado or taking up any of his precious time. Doctor Tom, welcome to today's call. It's really great to have you with us, Bob. It's great to be on the call with your boy.

After that introduction, I might go see myself. That was excellent. Well, anyone who needs to get well or to recover or to improve their life, I'd always recommend they go.

See you. I think you work on me. And I've seen you lecture and I see the impact you have. And it's really a sight to behold. You just a model of excellence in our profession.

God, if I if I had a magic wand, I'd like to see about 100,000. Tom Roselle is practicing. The world may be in trouble, but thank you very much. I appreciate it for other reasons. My, So let's dig into our topic today.

You know, you've created this integrative practice that, of course, centers around chiropractic, but it incorporates acupuncture, nutrition, rehab and other amazing modalities and I'd like the people watching and listening to this to kind of get a sense of what you created and what your vision is, and why it is that you produce miracles all day, every day.

You know, before I got on the conference call, I was just, walked out of a staff meeting, which we do every week. And during our staff meetings, we train and we go back and we reestablish the footprint of why what we do is so important.

And our base is to serve, educate and empower others. And the important piece for May is this is not a job, it's a lifestyle. It's a commitment. I was put here, by our creator, to do the things that I do.

Our practice is designed around answering the question, why is that? When a patient walks in, they whatever symptom that they're they're presenting with, there's a reason behind it.

And to fail to understand that, to fail to understand the ramifications. You're basically doing, allopathic procedure, say, take two, these two aspirin, call me the morning.

So what we've taught doctors to do and again, you know, all over the world for me, because I've lectured and I've had the opportunity, the privilege of being everywhere, to think through and ask the human in front of them enough questions that the patient becomes a part in, or by understanding that it just didn't happen.

These are things that are lifestyle. They're they're habits, their injury patterns that they've forgotten about. And the body neurologically remembers all these inputs.

So having, you know, been chairman of the International College of Applied Kinesiology for a lot of years, I've had the opportunity to working with, multiple professionals from all over the planet and what we have in common and what I'd like to get to the people that are listening to, this interview is simply this.

You have to go to where the patient lives, you. And by that, not not only understanding their thought process, but the things that have taken place. When was the very first time, what was the genetic patterning?

So when we look at a patient, Bob, we look at, that patient and ask the question, what injuries took place over a period of many years, even going back to the time of birth or even in utero?

We asked about the biochemical, biological exposures and pathways from inoculations and vaccines and, today's world, all the the microwave dishes and the garbage that's in our systems and so forth.

And the third is how do they think? Do they look at the glass as being the old cliche, half full or half empty? Do they? Somebody tells them you're going to die and their brain says, who gives you the right to tell me I'm going to die?

I don't think so. And then they turn around completely. Or the other guy that should turn around and doesn't and ends up succumbing. So you look at those pieces and what we teach in our practice with every doctor that comes in, and we know we've got a staff of 23 people that we're they're constantly training, they're constantly learning, is that we start dissecting the neurological pathways, the biochemical pathways, the, the energetic platforms from an acupuncture system and even beyond that, even going to Joe dispenses work and healing the body the way he did.

The reflexes that, that we've taken, and look at that patient and say, what is the most appropriate beginning and walking through so many of us and, and even dealing with the subluxation, which is what our profession has been built on.

The question becomes, why is it there? Why is it repetitive? Why can't I get rid of the thing? What is it that the patient is doing? And what other pieces of the puzzle have to be fixed before that can be totally resolved?

And put to a place where it's no longer an issue for the patient, and they can actually have the capacity to heal. So when we deal with a patient and we deal with the doctor's relationship, that communication that's critical with the patient, the patient has to become a partner in what it is that they're about to step into.

For me, if you come and see me, you're going to see me for a year, 18 months, and I don't want to play with quick sex. You know, there's a guy down the street I'm happily refer you to.

But I want to see people restore their birthright. I want them to get to a place where genetically, they have the opportunity to express themselves optimally.

And that's where we begin, Bob. More than anyplace else. Well, I think that's beautifully said and beautifully thought out. And right on. And I think the one thing that probably will grab most people's attention in that explanation, time is we see them for 12 to 18 months because there's so many in our profession that are so afraid of speaking their truth that they try to tell the patient what they need in a bite size more so where they won't be rejected.

And, we've all been there. God knows, when you and I were were kids when we first met in chiropractic, you know, we told the patient just enough not to be rejected.

But as we get older, wiser, understand the layers of damage, neurologically, biochemically, electromagnetically. So, emotionally that we realize we can't really heal people.

We can get them to feel better, but we can't get them to function better in the short term. And it's a process, and it does take time. Could you speak a little bit more about that?

Sure. Absolutely. You know, it's important. And I teach my doctors this don't worry about the patient liking you, worry if they respect you or not. And that's the most important piece.

Tell them the truth about what's going on. So when you're sitting in front of a patient and you're digging out the historical triggers, the when was the very first time and you begin to educate the patient all the way through, what we do in the treatment room, you know, you've heard you've been part of the old cliche where you saw the 22nd sound bites.

You know, when you're in the room with the patient, you know, direct the patient, then inspect the patient and make sure that they have the knowledge.

Afterwards you go in, you know, with a muscle test, for example, the thigh muscle, the quadricep muscle in my world relates to intestinal tract function.

And it has a, nervous system that goes above it, has reflexes and acupuncture channels. But if I test a patient. So, for example, they have a knee problem and the quadricep is misfiring, I'm going to treat the knee, but I'm going to treat it through those five factors.

So the nervous system, blood supply and so forth. But the patient needs to understand why. And we educate them. And we then then at that point when you start dealing with diet, and trying to clean their system up so that quadricep will continue to work and the subluxation that occurs in the lumbar spine doesn't keep reoccurring.

And, you know, you're got a chronic patient. My goal and the goal of our office is to teach our doctors one how to evaluate a case to the place where not only they get it, but they can teach the patient and keep it in simple terms.

Again, going back to what I said originally, the patient becomes a partner in their care, but more importantly that they understand the platform of supportive care, wellness care.

You know that the doctor, the chiropractor they occupy chairs the the nutritionists. They become a go to source of of support and reference and so forth.

And, you know, I hate patients who show up with chronic conditions all the time. I would rather keep them well once I got them there. And so we do everything that we can to get them out of that place where, you know, well, my neck hurts again.

Well, I'd rather get you in here and increase that in your logical reaction by adjusting the upper cervical spine or dealing with the, the, you know, the intestinal tract problem and the reflexes and the acupuncture circuits that have to do in my business with neck flexors and sinuses, that's what we do, you know, and that's what I encourage when I go out and teach, doctors how to integrate and look at that patient multi dimensionally.

That's what we try to get them to understand, is that that communication piece with the patient is the most critical component that they have to become masterful that you.

Absolutely right. You know going back and that was it. Just another very crystal clear explanation. But going back to the the time period, you know, I think we have to all recognize that the language of the brain and the language of the body is repetition.

Sorry. It gets sick and it gets well through repetition. It gets sick when we have repetitions, bad lifestyle habits, eating the wrong foods, having bad thoughts, physically doing the wrong things.

But it gets well. Doing all the right things. Repetition, sleep. I've always shared with my doctors that it's a very simple formula frequency. Over time.

That's how people heal. And you know the metaphor. Just an example. There are hundreds of these metaphors is I always ask patients this question, what do you think would do you more good going to the gym once a month for three hours, or going to the gym four times a week for 15 minutes?

And it's the repetition over and over, frequency over time that we retrain the brain and toward the body back to a state of wellness, homeostasis, balance, vitality.

So I just think that this is such a critical piece of the puzzle. I honestly feel that it's part of the secret healing formula that we have in our profession, that so many of our colleagues have lost sight of, no matter how technically amazing you are, and you are the master, the reality of it is, is you can't adjust somebody 3 or 4 or do acupuncture or nutrition three or 4 or 5 times, or for a month, and reverse 30 or 60 or 80 years of damage and degeneration.

Impossible. It's a process. So, you know, let's switch gears a little bit. You mentioned the immune response. This is a big subject in our profession right now.

You know, when Covid hit, there was a huge part of the profession that kept talking about chiropractic and immunity and how chiropractic raises immunity.

But there was another part of the profession. Can't say that. You can't document that. There's no research for that. Could you speak about your perspective about how chiropractic care does or doesn't impact the immune response?

You know, Bob, it's really interesting because if you look at people, not only chiropractors and their families, but, chiropractic patients, that have been under chiropractic care their entire lives, they not only the, the subjective, anecdotal, look at, how these people have fared over years.

You go back to, Palmer College. They've kept, statistics back in the day, our practice after 43 years. We have patients who have been with us, you know, try to get in and see me, for example, just.

And it takes like 4 or 5 months before you going to get an appointment with me. But at the, what we're looking at is that people are stronger. They're not on medications.

They're their longevity seems to be much more impacted. But here's, here's if we want to put it a basic, fundamental objective platform, 75 to 80% of your immune system is your intestinal tract.

Now, that's controlled neurologically by brain, spinal cord and all the things that we've hung our hats on for years. But you have to have the the structural, chemical emotional platform to make sure that takes place.

We know about stress patterns and how it breaks down the body. And cortisol surges begin to eat the system up if if they're not in control, we know the breakdown of, of the fight flight mechanism with epinephrine and norepinephrine.

And if they're in balance and they keep enough of the cortisol so you can heal, right? So you you take care of the patient structured chemically, emotionally.

You make sure that the nervous system is not misfiring, but you're not doing it to correct something. And you're doing it to tweak it to keep it into an equilibrium.

You're looking at dietary patterns to make sure that intestinal flora is working. The way it's supposed to. You're looking at dietary systems to make sure that it doesn't.

The gut isn't inflamed. You don't go into dysbiosis in an intestinal permeability. You're you're looking at emotional, balancing to make sure that you can direct in the field of epigenetics as we know it, to exist today.

The body to be able to repair itself. I mean, years ago, we knew that even though if you had a, a Brac, a marker that said you're going to have cancer, more than likely because your mother, your grandmother, your great aunt Tillie, we also know that not everybody who had those positive bracket markers ended up with cancer.

But what we began to see and was extremely well documented, that when these the body epigenetic is structurally, biochemically, environmentally and so forth is taking care of those Brac markers, not only don't express themselves, but they go away.

And, you know, we, universities around the world now are studying that. You go to, again, I mentioned Joe Dispenza to begin with. And here's a guy who breaks six vertebrae and is low back, and they tell him he's paralyzed for the rest of his life.

And in nine weeks from the time he goes into the hospital, time he leaves, he walks out with a perfectly healed spine with no residual, no evidence. So that emotional pieces impactful, the biochemical piece having the right substrates, available, the the neurological system being balanced properly.

So in our practice, we are looking to enhance every piece of immunological support that we can possibly come up with. You know, going back to Hans Shelly's work, you know, with, stress adaptation, if you take care of those things, the body takes care of itself, and you can fight the the slings and arrows and the onslaughts of all kinds of craziness that's in our environment.

But going back to Covid, you know, why are some people getting desperately ill? You know, we can go to the comorbidities. We can say, listen, you know, he had diabetes.

He had heart disease. But when you really dig down inside and you see the elements that exist, you have, these cardiac glycosides, they act as a barrier around the cell.

And to be able to penetrate inside and to get into the tissue to to do what the body needs to do, there has to be an, a logical response that's, that's supportive.

So chiropractic care adjusting people, you know, we've had I don't think any of our patients have come down with, Covid. We've run by b matter of fact, we've run I think now since since April, we've run probably about 600 Covid tests.

Exams and in the practice. And that's just our patients. And we've only had ten out of all those that came up either IgG or IgG m, I think three of them were exams, which you're active, you've got an active process.

Not one of them were sick. And by the way, I'd never said I wouldn't treat any of them. They came in. I said, you know, they when they tested and they said, well, I need to go home.

I said, I have to get just get on the table and take care of them. I've been adjusted. I've been I've, I've been tested I think six times now and both twice with PCR and four times with antibody testing.

And I've been around I have an isolated I haven't shut the practice down not for a day. And you know we're good to go. But that's that's basically to the point that immunological system, if you take care of yourself under chiropractic care, you're watching your biochemistry, you're supporting, you're getting you're getting things like vitamin D and zinc, into the system.

Vitamin, vitamin C will help bring up overall in the logical support, but the zinc and the D are the important things. You got to get into the cells. So you need an eye on a for an eye on a for something like quercetin.

You're what you're doing is you're you're supporting normal immunological reactions within the body. And if you do that properly, the patient doesn't get sick.

Or if they do get sick, they don't have any symptoms. Logical presentations. So what we do from a natural point of view, by making sure the nervous system is expressing itself properly, that we don't have the visceral somatic pattern, you know, where the inside of the body is causing the subluxation to occur.

But making sure that that we're giving it the opportunity to do everything that it could possibly need to fix itself. That's what doctors have to do with education is continual.

It's not something that stopped in chiropractic college. It's not something that stopped at the last seminar. It's the constant questioning of what can I do better today to support this patient's life.

Their emotional responses that I didn't know yesterday. And after 43 years of practice, I keep going to seminars. I just came back from Kansas City, where I spent a weekend with 13 guys studying functional neurology and hands on.

And, you know, I teach this weekend. I'm teaching, two and a half days and we're doing basic concepts of, of applied kinesiology and I in two weeks, I'm going to a nutrition conference.

That's what we're supposed to be doing as healers, as chiropractors, as doctors who are supposedly there to support the body's ability to express itself. Yes.

And it's and it never ends. And once you accept that, it never ends. It's not burdensome. In fact, it's joyful because every conference you go to, you can always pull out 2 or 3 or 8 or 10 gems that you could use every day in practice to help even more people get better, faster, longer lasting results.

So, it's a mindset. It's a belief. And that's why you were a superstar. You're gonna find a few moments ago, you mentioned Hans Salieri, who's considered the father of stress research.

That's right. Who wrote the book on stress? And, Salieri actually said that all disease, physical and mental, is the byproduct of unresolved sympathetic stress.

That's right. So could you talk a little bit more about the cascade that takes place when someone is subjected to constant, chronic, low levels of physical, chemical, emotional, electromagnetic stress.

So, you know, your fight flight system, we go into this thing that we're faced with the tigers. Oh my God, it's there. Right. So we identify the tiger, then we go into this alarm stage.

We've got to do something. You know, after that finally down, then we go into resistance phase, right? So in resistance we've got a choice. But they act the same way.

We are going to fight the damn thing, or we're going to run away from it, or we're going to try to figure out how do we save ourselves in life. It's the same thing.

We're going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And some people stay that way their entire lives. They have better constitutions, so they don't go into failure failures when you can't get yourself up off the ground.

But in that. So, for example, everybody knows what cortisol is, right? Stress hormone. But you need cortisol to heal with too much and your body begins to eat itself too little and your body can't fix anything.

So you have to keep that adrenal output, that outside shell, the adrenal cortex, in a way that it has the right nutrition, that cortisol is at a level then its partner is managing partner.

The buffering thing is that DHEA, if those guys are working, then you're good to go. But stress overburdened over a long period of time begins to break the system down.

Not only the outer shell, but the inner shell called the medulla. The medulla is what produces the, the epinephrine and norepinephrine, what we used to call adrenaline as a group.

And it has an effect on heart and blood pressure and auto immune system and so forth. So if you're in constant stress that internal medulla and that all that external, adrenal cortex begin to break down over time to the place where you can't function anymore.

So if we don't meditate, our power in the morning sometimes is just ten minutes. But you got to take it if you don't find a way to blunt the stresses, if you allow yourself neurologically to put up with if you're catch, it's catch can when it comes to nutritional standards, instead of eating the things you know, I came up with, a mantra years ago and it was, you know, you have to stay away from sugar, sodas, coffee, black teas, fast food, fried foods, alcohol, gluten additives, preservatives, GMO products.

And we put that on a shirt, which I'm always send you on. And but the truth of it is those are known stressors, right? These are things that cause the body to be inflamed and irritated.

So in that exposure, as it goes into resistance, meaning now the gut starting to break down, the synapses that have zonal and in between them that help protect us from absorbing bad stuff, all those things are being, you know, not not just stress, but the the channels that are need to be maintained are no longer working.

But that's that alarm resistance. Alarm resistance until the body can't take it anymore. And once everything is broken down, the microbiome is is destroyed.

They, you know, the neurological receptors, the, the end products, they're they're either being accommodated with something else. One of the the major hits that were taken today is a world full of bad halides, a halide, are those heavy, things on the anatomic chart like bromine and chlorine and fluorine.

And so forth. And they compete with iodine. The body needs iodine, not only the thyroid, but it needs it all the way through. So if those guys get in instead of iodine and other nutrient bases and so forth, now your body becomes super inflamed.

You have an autoimmune condition that's going on, and you see the slow breakdown and deterioration of and that's all that fight flight. That's all what Sally was talking about, you know, in his original work, which we've taken and expressed at a much higher level.

And, when you get a patient, you have to go where they live. You have to understand their belief systems. Number one, because if you don't change that, you're done.

There's no way that you can get to that patient. You can you can have the brightest guys in your practice working on that patient. But if that patient doesn't buy in because you forgot to educate them, then it doesn't matter anymore. They're going to stay in there.

And by the way, and then they get mad at you. And that alarm resistance, that alarm resistance continues. Because then everybody becomes a charlatan. Everybody becomes somebody who doesn't know anything.

So it's critical that we deal with that piece. So yeah, you know, did this research with dogs and cats and so forth and, you know, tormented the poor things.

But that's how he got his data. And but at the end of the day, what he saw was deterioration. There's a there's an interesting study that was done. And part of it was done in his work with cats, where he began to not only stress them, but feed them poorly.

So you had the stress, the emotional stress and the biochemical stress. And as you know, and I'm sure you know, the the research on this, that he began to see the organ systems first became hypertrophy and they began to, you know, begin to degenerate and so forth.

So the, the cat one, the, the next generation or 2 or 3 down the road became allergic to everything. As soon as they were born, they were globally allergic.

But what was interesting, and this is how beautifully forgiving the body is, he began to reverse it. And then one generation was able to almost fully reverse the autoimmune degenerative changes within those animals.

So the body has the innate capacity. And when we say that, we mean all the intimacies and the intricacies that make us human, make us alive to be able to repair it, because each cell has the ability to replicate.

So if you can get in and you can alter and or this comes from is the expression of DNA, the ability to change that. We, you know, the epigenetic patterns to be able to, basically, you know, there's a well, I'm thinking my mind is jumping right now.

There's a great book, called A Crack in Creation by Jennifer Doudna. And she was the one that, first came up with a theoretical application of what can be done by basically bioengineering and, changing the alphabet soup on the DNA molecule so they could go in and change the, the Ms.

patient. They can change the cystic fibrosis patient on purpose, but also can enhance the capacity of the human. It's good and bad news because now you're talking about super human beings.

And but the fact is, is that the epigenetic model is really that model that they've taken into laboratory setting. So if you, in fact expose the body to the thing it needs emotionally, you expose it neurologically and balance it.

You look at the biochemistry now you have the ability to shift. And going back to what we initially started with, the shift, the body's ability to express itself.

And that's your cell model. That's your alarm resistance pattern before it gets a complete failure, which we leave the planet with. Right. But if you can catch it, slow it down, dampen it, find the pieces, fix the nervous system.

Bouncy, energetic, get the mind to shift and change. And sometimes, you know, after all these years, I think that's probably maybe it's the most important because you got to change that fundamental first.

And that's the doctor's ability to relate to that patient, to communicate with that patient, to educate that patient. So you can shift those other components. Beautiful.

Before our time runs out, I'd like you to just spend a minute or two on this. But for the people watching this, what would be an effective strategy to change somebody's beliefs?

Doctors or patient? Let's have as the doctor to the patient. And by the way, we could talk about this for like a month. I know that's I'm sitting here. Okay. Watch.

How do I attack this? So, you know, the reason that you and I continue doing what we do is simply because we were blessed and put in a position that this became our life until a doctor realizes that this isn't a job, that it's not taking home a paycheck, that they were directed by our creator.

They were called. They were called to do what they're doing. Then there's no retirement. The day you retire is the day you leave the planet. Doctor George Goodhart died at 90 years old, and he practiced up until two weeks before he passed away.

Most of our masters that we can talk about did the same thing. So I would say to a doctor, sit down and ask yourself a question. Would you rather be with people who think like you think and love what you love?

And is that really what it is that you're doing? And if it's not, the next question becomes, is it because I don't have enough data and I don't buy into the system completely, or I'm doing this as a default because of something else, then I would say to them, you have a couple of choices.

You either hang around with crazy people like me that can give you some other ideas that might change your vision and your viewpoint, or you got to find something that's going to make you happy.

Because at the end of the day, retirement is just the next step to seeing The Undertaker. And in our business, I don't know if I have tomorrow. I found out this spring very quickly that, life can change on a dime.

And fortunately, I'm still supposed to be here, and we're continuing this process. But nevertheless, what I would simply say is this. If you're having more fun at the bar, if you're having more fun doing things that are totally contradictory to what you say to your patients, then you need to have, a checkup in a different manner.

Give me a call, we'll have a long conversation, and I'll see if I can put you in an uncomfortable place, that you're going to make some decisions that are going to be more appropriate to your spirit, your heart.

But I think, Bob, that's that's the first place is you have to ask the question, you know, if I could do anything that I wanted to do in the world and money was not an issue, what?

I still be sitting here doing what I'm doing and you and me, the answer is absolutely. And we wish more and more of our colleagues get to that place. Yeah, there's we would never have a problem relative to acceptance if we were all like that.

You bet. Tom, the reason I started out saying that you were a model of excellence is that it's impossible for anybody to have sat through the last 30 or 40 minutes without realizing how incredibly intelligent, well-versed, articulate you are.

It didn't matter what question I asked or what subject we broached. You knew details that hardly anybody else probably knows. You select for you, and it's the within breath of your understanding of the psychology and the physiology and the neurology of how, of what makes us function, what makes us human is why you're so, why you're such a master and an incredible healer.

And that's what I want more of our colleagues to grasp and go after and go after. Like their clothes are on fire. Because that's what makes you a master at what you do.

And, again, I am so proud of you and so, so respect full of you. There's so many places we could have gone. In this interview, I didn't even mention the fact that you started the Leaders Leader to Legacy Conference.

You've been so kind to invite me to speak at these conferences designed to create the next level of leaders in the profession, which we will always need more and more leaders.

You have this this, 5013, fund, organization to help people, to get more people into school, to help people who can't afford it. You give care away for free to indigent people.

You're so ridic, needlessly well-rounded. Your skill set is so broad. It's absolutely breathtaking. It just really, really is what I said in the beginning.

I'm so thrilled to have you on this interview because I know how precious your time is. Oh my God, people are waiting five months to get to see you. That's unbelievable.

And, it it speaks to the level of of mastery of who you are, the reputation you've created. So I only hope that the people watching this are, isn't enamored with you as they should be, as I am, that they find a way to get in touch with you, stay in touch with you, learn from you.

Come to some of your conferences because they will be better off as clinicians and better off as human beings. As a result of that. I'm sure you have a parting comment or two, but I'd love to hear your final words.

But this has just been absolutely outstanding. Bob. All I can say to people who are listening, to this is that if you're in the right place, this is something that is not work as something that you are part of.

And in today's world, with all the craziness that's around us, all the, the unbelievable, emotional disparity, if you will, that's taking place, something that I'd never thought I'd see.

You can be an instrument to the healing because it's not about which life matters the most. It's about the fact that every life that has a soul in it matters equally.

And you become part of the process of making sure that it's a, a homogenous group called mankind. And if we don't lose that, that's that insight, that fact that we are part of the fix, not part of the problem, then, you know, we'll get rid of this nonsense and we'll get back to loving people and to be able to express ourselves and get rid of the fear that so many people are so even our own, our own profession.

And that's really what makes me a little crazy on the edges. But, you know, I'm here until I'm not, and I'm here to help anybody that needs to have help.
