Dr. Gabby Pavelko is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with deep expertise in women’s hormones, mental health, and integrative care. She is also the COO at Rootless, a seaweed-powered wellness company on a mission to support women through every hormonal chapter, from puberty to perimenopause and beyond.
Gabby has spent over 16 years working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, business strategy, and purpose-driven leadership. She’s a builder at heart, having founded multiple ventures, advised impact-driven startups, and helped countless women reclaim their health when conventional medicine failed them.
Patients often come to her as a last resort, after years of being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms were “just in their head.” Gabby wants to change that and is passionate about helping women feel seen, supported, and more like themselves, weaving together Chinese medicine, food-as-medicine, hormone education, and a systems-level view of health.
