I know we're literally here for about 15 minutes in this world, and, and, I believe there is a much broader and better place that hopefully unbelievers will go to.

But while I'm here for the brief time that I'm going to be here, and tomorrow may be the last day, we just don't know. I want to try to live the best life I can and influence others to do the same.

And to the extent that I have a platform to be able to do that. That's my goal in using my platform, whether it's on Instagram or Facebook or other social media or in person with the patients that I care for every day, or do telehealth or telemedicine with.

That's my goal, is to influence people, to live a more godly life, to be as healthy as they can so they can serve whatever God's purposes in their life.

Debbie, thanks so much for having me I appreciate it. Oh, it's it's it's our pleasure. Doctor Baki is a board certified family practice physician in California.

He is an Army reserve physician. He was a frontline doctor. And he's going to tell you so much more about, his commitment to helping people make informed health choices. So.

So let's get rolling with just, your commitment to informed consent. Now, give us a brief history. Doctor Baki, on what changed your mind. I know you were conventionally trained in medical school, and, boy, something happened.

Well, I'll tell you, like everybody, Covid really was a wake up call for me. I started realizing that the health care agencies that I used to trust and assumed were credible weren't.

When the government and its agencies started telling us that we needed to put masks on to socially distance. When the government shut down private business.

When the government shut down mom and pop stores but allowed large box stores to stay open. When they told us that Planned Parenthood was an essential health care institution.

But your local business down the street wasn't, when they allowed marijuana dispensaries and liquor stores to stay open. Although maybe liquor stores was a good idea.

Just kidding. It just it raised the red flag in my mind that everything that I thought was true as it relates to the government and its three letter medical agencies like the CDC, the National Institutes of Health, the FDA, etc., that I started questioning everything that I thought I knew.

And as a result of that, I realized that much of what I learned in medical school was B. S., and I had to learn how to properly dispose myself towards patients and and how to keep them healthy.

And so I started reading package inserts. For example, the package insert is the FDA required document in every vaccine and every drug that's brought to market.

And it has a cadence to it of what's included in the package insert. It's very scientific, so it's difficult to read even for a physician, let alone a patient.

It's written in small font, something like 8 or 10 point font. So unless you're going to print it and blow it up or put on a pair of reading glasses, it's almost impossible to read.

I had never really read them before. I glanced at them from time to time. So I started studying them. Literally. I would take a package insert, and start reading it from the beginning.

I would look up words at a medical dictionary. I would cross-reference information from the package insert and over several months, I became somewhat of an expert.

So now on my Instagram for liberty or for the force? For liberty, every Friday I do an informed consent Friday. It's either a package insert from a vaccine or a package insert from a drug.

And I read it and I interpret it not in the desire to tell people that they should or should not get vaccinated. I want individuals to make that decision, but only after informed consent and the tenets of informed consent, which should be which should infiltrate all aspects of medicine.

Whether you're having, skin lesion removed or a more formal surgical procedure or what have you, you're supposed to receive informed consent. You're supposed to be told what are the risks of whatever it is that you're about to do.

Injection of some vaccine, a procedure that you're about to have done. What are the benefits of that procedure that you can expect? What are alternative ways that you could accomplish this besides having a vaccine or having a procedure?

And what are the potential complications and side effects? This is informed consent. And unfortunately, too often in today's health care environment, patients do not received informed consent if you're watching or listening to that.

Think about your own medical life. The last time you went into your doctor's office and they said, I don't know, you need a shingles vaccine or a pneumonia vaccine, or you cut yourself on a bagel knife and you went into the urgent care center to have it sewn up, and they said, you need a tetanus shot.

Did they tell you why? Did they inform you about what the ingredients are that's in that product? Did they tell you what the potential side effects are?

Did they tell you are there ways to treat the illness that they want to inject you for besides the vaccine? It doesn't happen. And so that's my purpose is really to educate people how to take care of themselves, how to make a medical decision ultimately so they don't have to enter the corrupt to health care system or hospital system so they can be their own best doctor so they can learn how to master their own health, so they can take really good care of themselves.

Here's my belief. Debbie and I know before we before you started recording, you asked if you could talk about my faith. And you're certainly welcome to.

Here's my belief. I want people to be healthy, and I try to teach people how to master their own health. That's part of my, I don't know, mission in life.

My reason why God put me on this earth. But I want people to be healthy, not for the sake of being healthy. There's nothing wrong with being healthy. And who the heck doesn't want to be healthy?

And it's no fun being sick. I mean, I'm getting over a cold as we speak right now. It's no fun, but I want people to be healthy so they can serve whatever God's purpose is in their life.

That's why I want people to be healthy, not for simply the sake of health in and of itself. That's my mission. That's my goal. And I think that's why God put me on this earth.

Oh, I totally agree. I think I think part of that, health philosophy has to include having a biblical, eternal perspective. I think we have to know we're not gonna take enough supplements or exercise enough to never die.

And, you know, in in my, area of integrative medicine and going to all these conferences so many times people are saying, oh, I'm going to live to be 120 or 30 or 40 or 50.

And it's like, that's not no purpose is the point. Yeah. You know, it's funny, I had, I had dinner with a, one of my best friends. His name is Brian. I won't share his last name.

And it turns out he's sort of agnostic or an atheist. And we are sitting around bantering about questions like, who are the five people you would like to meet that you know are dead from the past?

And he said, well, I don't know. I think Jesus would be one of them. I'm like, Brian, you're only Jesus. You're an atheist. He goes, I know I'm an atheist.

I got questions, I got so many questions I'd like to ask. I'm like, awesome. Yeah, I got questions too. But isn't that nice that you would think that you would want to ask questions?

Like what questions, Brian, would you want to ask Jesus? Like, let's talk about this. So, I, I may not ever influence him to be a believer. But I try to live my life in a way that people would want to ask me questions like, what motivates me?

How do I make decisions in my life? Why do I do what I do? And believe me, I am far from a perfect person. I'm sinful and fallen just like everybody else.

But I think when you have a higher purpose in mind and in your life, it puts everything in perspective and it makes life just a little bit more meaningful.

Well, you're doing a spectacular job of that. I loved your book. Doctor Berkey has a book called unavoidably Unsafe, and he's got a new book coming out in November ish.

This current book is, predominantly childhood vaccines. The next book is, adult vaccines. So. So along that line, I mean, God designed these bodies to heal, and we're we're so elegantly designed.

And so a lot of what you talk about is let's just get our bodies back, you know, lined up so that they can do what they're supposed to do. So I started I found you on Instagram.

I'm kind of new to Instagram in terms of, you know, really, I resisted it for so long. But you talk about informed consent. You don't say no vaccines, you don't say you're not, like screaming about that.

You're you're saying, let's think about it. Let's use the brains that God gave us and figure out if this is part of our design. So, so tell our listeners like what shocking things you had the beginning when you started reading these labels, like, like, how are they?

How are these vaccines fabricated? What are they grown in? You know, just all of that. Yeah, it's that's a great question. My goal always is, although I think people know where I stand is not to tell them that they should or shouldn't get a particular vaccine.

My goal is just to educate them so they can make the best decision for what's in their life and what's going on with their kids and so forth. So a few of the shocking things that I discovered, many of the live viruses, like we've heard about measles, there's a measles outbreak in Texas not long ago.

And, the health care agencies and the local governments and the media and everybody was pushing people to get a measles, mumps, rubella shot. There is no measles vaccine.

The measles vaccine only comes in combination. You can't get a standalone measles vaccine. I think you should be able to, but you can't. So it's MMR, measles, mumps and rubella.

The rubella component of the vaccine is a live virus and that live virus is grown in aborted fetal cells. Now, regardless of your belief about abortion or what have you, the point isn't that if you're pro-life, you shouldn't get the vaccine.

And if you're pro-choice, you should. It's that you should simply be informed. You should know this, and then you can make the best decision. The other part of package inserts is that there's a cadence to the package insert, meaning there are sections of the package insert.

They're all identical in the same order. In all, throughout all the package inserts, there's a section in every package insert. It's section 13.1. That's my favorite section.

It's a matter of fact, if I wasn't scared of needles, I'd probably get a tattoo that said section 13.1. And by the way, don't believe me? If you're listening or watching this, look it up yourself.

Google FDA package insert section 13.1. Look it up. Don't believe me? But the 13 point with section 13.1 says little variations of wording on the theme, but it says this vaccine was not tested to see if it causes cancer or will interfere with reproductive health.

Almost literally, word for word, what I just described, that's every single childhood vaccine says that meaning, when the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children within two hours of birth receive the hepatitis B, B like boy, which is a sexually transmitted disease vaccine, parents should know that that American Academy of Pediatrics recommended vaccine says right in the package insert that we don't know if this product could later cause cancer or interfere with your child's reproductive health.

But there it is. Never mind that I obviously a two month old, a two hour old rather is not at risk for a sexually transmitted disease and all women, when they go through prenatal care, are tested for hepatitis B, so it's ridiculous that we would vaccinate a child against a sexually transmitted disease at two hours old.

The hepatitis B vaccine also, by the way, in the package insert, has about 200 micrograms of aluminum. Aluminum is used in vaccines as an adjuvant. What does that mean?

An adjuvant is something that stimulates the immune system, wakes up the immune system to be alert to whatever else is in that vaccine. In this case, the hepatitis B.

Antigen, the protein component. So if we don't have an adjuvant aluminum, it would go into the body and the body would go, yeah, whatever. And it would destroy it would have no effect.

So we wake up the body with aluminum. Aluminum is a neurotoxin, by the way. And then of course, there are those people that will say, well come on barky.

We get aluminum in a lot of things in our life. We when we eat food, there's a little bit of aluminum in it. It's not a big deal. But what's different is we don't inject the aluminum directly into our bloodstream, in our muscle, in the form of a vaccine.

It's not a healthy thing. Maybe if we did this once, it wouldn't be a big deal. But by the time a child reaches high school, 17, 18 years old, they will have received in California about 75 separate injections.

Many of those injections contain aluminum. It's cumulative. So and by the way, Debbie, if it's you know, if it's if it's pollen season, if you are eating peanuts and you inject aluminum into your body as an adjuvant in your immune system is awaken to whatever is going on in your environment, it's indiscriminate.

It's not just awakened to the hepatitis B or whatever other vaccine, it's awakened to the world. So if it's now March, April in Southern California and pollen is blooming and I go into the pediatrician's office and I get a vaccine that has aluminum in it, was that interesting that a few years later, now I have allergies and asthma and allergic rhinitis, and I'm allergic to pollen because I've just stimulated my immune system to wake up to whatever is in the air, in the environment.

At the moment that I got that vaccine. Why do so many of our kids have allergic rhinitis and asthma? Why does so many of our kids suddenly have peanut allergies?

I mean, I don't I don't know how old you are. We're probably in the similar generation. When I was a little kid in school, nobody had peanut allergies.

Maybe there'd be one kid in the entire school. Now, it's not uncommon to have a handful of kids in every classroom that has a peanut allergy. Why? Why is isn't anybody asking that question?

Why are children are chronically ill? Why does 50% of our kids have obesity and have chronic illness and so forth? We're not asking those questions, but I think in no small part, it's due to the overwhelming nature of what we've done to our children as it relates to vaccines and other things, as well, where we've dysregulated their immune system.

And that's why now we have so much chronic illness. I just want to educate people so they can make the best possible decision for themselves and for their families and their children.

Exactly. You know, it reminds me of the greeting, the Kenyan greeting. How are the children? I will, you know, butcher it if I try to Kazarian and Cara or whatever it means.

How are the children? Because, you know, are the children well, are the children feel safe? Are the children, you know, thriving? Because that is what the whole community that's a reflection of the whole community.

I'm, I'm pushing 67 in in my day, they serve peanut butter in the school cafeteria, and nobody would even think about that. Nobody would have survived if we couldn't have eaten peanut butter.

In our world. And, it's now, you know what? We have this perfect storm. We have we have kids that are not getting researched by a recess and not getting outside to play.

They're having too much screen time. They're having all this high, high sugar foods, and then they're getting these vaccines. It's just crazy. My, you came on my radar through Instagram, but then really, like, zeroed in because, five months ago, we had our first grandchild. And, unfortunately, our daughter and son in law are, you know, very crunchy, very astute, and, they would just come home and tell us things that were shocking, Doctor Baki like getting, sort of shamed to have, while she was pregnant, had the Covid vaccine.

Let's see, there was. I read it down. Oh, they push because she said I said, what can I ask Doctor Baki for you? And she said they pushed Covid, RSV and Tdap so that it's crazy.

It's crazy. Debbie I just had my first yeah pass along antibodies. Yep. That's what they're telling him. So I had I had my first granddaughter as well.

My my granddaughter Claire just turned one. My daughter had a home birth. My granddaughter is unvaccinated. My daughter feeds my granddaughter raw dairy, continues to breastfeed.

It's now a year in change. And she believes, correctly, that God didn't make a mistake. That baby Claire did not need vitamin K or hepatitis B when they were born.

That raw dairy is a super health food. They raise chickens, too, by the way, and get about a half a dozen eggs every day. And so I think that's the right disposition.

Listen, why are there why is there no autism in the Amish community? I'm not suggesting that we all become Amish. Although, you know, at times I think it would be refreshing to turn off cell phones and ride around in a horse and buggy, and eat natural food grown on the land.

But why don't the Amish have autism? Well, the Amish don't vaccinate and there are other communities the Mennonites, Orthodox Jews, and so forth. I think that's the right disposition.

I'm not anti-vax, but I'm pro informed consent. And I just want you to look at the data. Why are there so many ill people now in modern America? Why we haven't improved health?

The lifespan has gone down. Our kids have never been sicker than than before. Adults have chronic illness like we've never seen before. Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in the United States.

Well, why is that? When more than 50% of the adult population in the United States is on a cholesterol lowering drug known as statins? If that stuff is so good, why hasn't cardiovascular disease dropped?

And it's actually increased and is still the number one killer? Why are we seeing more cases of cancer following the roll out of the Covid vaccine that we've ever seen in the history of cancer?

Why ask questions? People question authority. The American Academy of Pediatrics, Debbie just came out with the recommendation. And for the first time in 30 years, they have gone different than the CDC.

The American Academy of Pediatrics literally just came out with the recommendation that children are precious. Children should receive a Covid 19 vaccine.

Never mind that children are not even at risk for Covid 19. And never mind that they we've all acknowledged even, health care authorities have acknowledged that the vaccine does not stop infection and does not stop transmission.

But they are recommending this. And then a few weeks later, they recommended that non-medical exemptions to vaccines be taken away and parents not be allowed to institute a religious exemption if they don't want aborted fetal cells put in their child's body.

The American Academy of Pediatrics, and it's not unique to them. It's the same with the American Medical Association and other health care national health care organizations.

They are no longer health care organizations. They are political organizations and should be looked at as such. American Academy of Pediatrics is funded by all the major vaccine manufacturers and pharma companies.

So we need to educate people about who they can trust to get health care information. If if your audience goes to my Instagram, asks for Liberty, same name, same name for my website, I post almost every day a quote morning message.

It's usually some health care message. On Mondays I post a faith message. Tuesday is toxic. Tuesday Wednesday is wellness. Wednesday Thursday is some information about a supplement and then Friday is informed consent. Friday.

That's the cadence of how I post. I just want to educate people in a couple three minutes about how they can best take care of themselves. I also have a Substack article, Substack.

You'll see articles about all kinds of things, like the top ten free Ways to Improve Your health. Why you can't trust health Care agencies, top ten reasons to rethink the traditional mammograms, etc..

So I try to educate people in different formats so they can make the best decisions for themselves and for their families. I think for people to know that they can disagree, that it's okay.

I mean, I grew up in a generation where, you know, I used to think my mom and dad would, you know, stand on their head in the corner naked if the doctor said to, they would not even oh, the doctor said to and, you know, that's just like the but now, you know, that is one blessing from Covid.

People are questioning, okay, does this make sense? And then for people to find out that there's actually bonus systems for vaccines? I mean, that was a real shocker for me.

Jeff, please, please confirm that for us. Yeah. I mean, the 50% of pediatricians, 50% of the revenue income that pediatricians get is through the Well-child check program.

The Well-child check program is a, is a CDC invented vaccine schedule program where if you're a new mom and you have a baby, the pediatrician is going to say, you need to come in at two months, four months, eight months, 12 months, 15 months, and so forth.

That correlates with the CDC vaccine schedule. So pediatricians make at least 50% of their money by administering vaccines. Would they buy them at wholesale?

They bill the insurance company. They make money on it, on administering vaccines. They make money on the well-child visits. So it's a fraud. Do you think I have some special knowledge to tell a mother that their child is healthy?

I take care of newborns in my practice and especially if they're an experienced mom. I don't have a scheduled schedule for when they need to come in and see me.

They can call me and ask me questions. They can come in anytime they need. I don't need them coming in at two months, four months, six months, eight months so I can stick a needle in their baby's arm.

So I give the moms the flexibility to use me as they see fit as a resource, so I can help them if they have questions so I can guide them if they have questions.

Not because I demand that they come in so I can make money and I can put a needle in their kids arms. So from that standpoint, yes, they receive money from vaccinating.

And during Covid, the vaccine companies were incentivizing patients and physicians, incentivizing them financially to put needles in people's arms. I think that is wrong.

I think we need to remove direct to consumer advertising by the pharmaceutical industry. We are the only country and New Zealand that allows. I mean, you all know this.

You can't watch a sporting event. Now as we enter, you know, into football season, you can't watch a football game on TV without some crazy commercial.

Sky really, if you have eczema or it's back to school season, it's get your flu shot and you're a Covid shot, etc. we shouldn't allow that. It's ridiculous.

And by the way, pharma companies do this not to influence consumers, although they may be influencing consumers. They do this to influence their newsdesk because they spend enormous amounts of money sponsoring sporting events and various shows.

So their newsdesk doesn't put out articles that are anti whatever the drug or the illness or the pharmaceutical company. That's why they advertise to influence the newsdesk, not just the consumers.

We need to shut that down. We need to stop allowing direct to consumer advertising on major media. I think it's wrong. I think it's corrupting and it's it's not what's best for the American, the American patient.

No, that was shocking. I learned that from you, that it's for the newsdesk. And that makes a lot more sense. And and then when you really just sort of make fun of these commercials, I mean, it's pretty hilarious because they'll show people that are taking, you know, a drug for type two diabetes and they're out, you know, playing tennis.

I mean, it's it's all incongruent so many times. Could you speak to, your give us your opinion on the, GLP one agonist that so many people are using at this point?

GLP one agonists or semaglutide. Some people pronounce it semaglutide. Yeah. And so they're commonly used now weight loss medications ozempic and way govi and and and others Munjal etc..

You know, it's a peptide peptides or signaling devices in our body that our body naturally produces. Our body produces hundreds and thousands of peptides, probably the most widely known peptide is insulin.

Insulin is a hormone peptide produced by our pancreas, and our body manufactures it in response to sugar and foods that turn into sugar when we eat it.

And then the nomenclature is such that the building blocks of proteins or amino acids, and after an amino acid sequence is greater than 50, we call it a protein.

If it's less than 50, we call it a peptide. It's that simple. So, I'm going a little bit down a rabbit hole because I think it's important for, your audience to understand peptides are signaling devices.

So for example, I come over to your house, Debbie, I ring your doorbell. I have signal now, a chain of reactions to occur. You your dog starts barking as a result of that signal.

Your cat scurries under the bed because it's scared. You get up the couch and answer the door in response to that signal, or you see me on your TV because you have a ring doorbell and you turn all the lights off because you don't want to answer the door because you see me.

It's it's a signal. So GLP ones are naturally produced by our body, and they signal a chain of reactions to occur in our body. Slow down the digestion in our stomach, signal to our brain that we're no longer hungry, signal to our pancreas to produce a little bit more insulin.

Signal to our liver to not release the stored form of sugar known as glycogen. There's probably a number of other signals that we haven't even discovered.

So we now are able to synthesize in a compounding pharmacy, GLP one, the pharmaceutical companies got involved. They can't patent GLP one, but they can patent the delivery devices.

These fancy pens that you get that make it easier to inject. So I think small doses, monitored very, very carefully can be safe and can be used to benefit patients to help them lose weight.

There may even be some evidence that GLP ones can be cardioprotective neuroprotective, have some other beneficial effects. The problem, though, is everybody in their mother wants an easy button to lose weight, and they end up going on high doses of Ozempic or Munjal or whatever, and as a result, they have significant, potentially dangerous side effects.

So we use GLP ones in my practice, but there are three non-negotiables. If somebody is going to be on one, number one, they must lift weights because too often people on ozempic they will lose muscle over fat.

They get their lighter now they've lost weight, but they're not healthier. Number two non-negotiable. They need to have some sort of trackable device an aura ring, a Fitbit, an Apple Watch, even their iPhone.

I need them to get 15,000 steps a day. They're not willing to do that. I'm not putting them on a GLP one. And then the third is they must eat at least 100g of protein a day.

So we protein shake. We teach them how to do that eating eggs, eating steak, raw dairy, etc. so they don't do those three non-negotiables. I will not use a GLP one on them, and then if they go on a GLP one, I need to see them monthly.

We have a very fancy, body count machine. I want to make sure that if they're losing weight, they're losing fat, they're not losing muscle. And we monitor them very, very carefully.

So I think if you use properly the way I just described GLP ones can be beneficial. But that's not how they're used in the in the world of Ozempic, they're used very casually without proper monitoring in very high dose.

And that's why we read about all kinds of crazy side effects and complications with these. GLP was there are other peptides too, by the way, Debbie, there's a peptide called BPC 157 that's fantastic for athletes to help them heal and recover from injury.

There are peptides that help naturally stimulate growth hormone and testosterone. There are literally a dozen or so potentially very helpful peptides, depending on what's going on in a patient's life that we use in my office, but only low dose and only under very, very strict monitoring.

You know, that's you given the best, lifestyle strategies that I've ever heard to go along with this because you're training people to, to change their wants to, you know, to change their lifestyle so that they're not dependent on these drugs for ever.

So many people that I see, they're they're thinking they're going to take them forever. And it's sort of messing up their reward system. I mean, they're they're no longer looking forward to those family meals or, or cooking because they're just not hungry.

And often to Jeff, I'm seeing people who are, chronically, unintentionally dehydrated because, you know, they don't want to drink water. They're so full all the time for sure.

Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, using GLP ones, at least in my office, always comes with health coaching to help them get healthier. It's not the GLP one that's going to help them lose weight, although it will.

It's their lifestyle changes that must be instituted. Or they'll just go off the product and the weight will come back. And so I'm all about helping people get healthier, not quick fixes, that most people, at least in our society, want.

And so I'm not a huge fan of GLP ones, especially the way they're being used. But low dose under very careful monitoring I think can be helpful with proper lifestyle coaching.

Well, and again, I think that's totally in line with your, philosophy of informed consent. You know, some people need them. Not everybody needs them. So I really appreciate that.
