This showed up at my door and I was like, did this come from a different planet? Is this multi-dimensional, multi universal? What's going on here? And I opened it up and started to read about it.

I was like, This is phenomenal. Every household needs this. And I started talking to Juraj I was like, how do like, where does this even come from? So, again, thank you for joining us.

We're going to dove into what somavedic does. It's important as we're having all these discussions, everybody we're talking about disease and problems and how to identify things.

And we need to talk about the solutions. Right. We need to talk about here's something that may resolve your problem and stuff that really for people that are stuck.

You know, I've tried everything. I've done everything. It's just not working. Well, you maybe haven't tried everything. Maybe there's something else that you that your body's asking for that you haven't provided yet.

And we're going to dove into that today and learn something about that. So, first of all, tell us now that I've exposed this. Break it down and tell us what Somavedic does. Yes.

So somavedic is basically frequency therapy, a rest and recovery device. And it was the first somavedic was was created in 2011. So it's not a new product.

This is the fourth generation that you have. And the the intention behind it was to mitigate the adverse effects of EMFs, electromagnetic frequencies and geomagnetic zones.

So that's why it was created. And there is also, you know, like a short history we can get into that later. The the MF problem is really, really big, I would say. And what's, you know, most problematic about it is that very few people are talking about it in the, of course, in the mainstream because it's it's it's not as easy to solve because there's this huge, you know, telecom lobby.

And, you know, it's there's so much money mining behind it. And, you know, these corporations, this is the only thing that they are focusing on are the profits.

It's not the human health or if it's, you know, if it's causing any any harm or not. And not many people are aware, but there are more than 25,000 peer reviewed studies showing adverse effects of EMFs on on the on the human on animals plants.

So the data is there. But, you know, it's it's just too controversial to talk about it in the mainstream, at least for now. Of course, there are strong voices trying to to, you know, to get get it out there.

One of the strongest voices I know of in the US is JFK Junior. He and with his children held the fence platform. And the other reason why it is why it is a problem is that in since we invented electricity, the levels which is well, slightly more than 100 years ago, the the levels of EMFs are more than a billion, billion times higher than before.

The invention of electricity, of course, it accelerated exponentially when within, you know, with the invention of smartphones and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology, but just to get this into, you know, our bodies didn't have enough time to adapt to such like radical like a huge change in our environment when some something is billion, billion times higher, you know, these these manmade EMF like frequencies that are like penetrating our bodies and cells and everything.

There's no way how the biology can can change, you know, in 100 year or so. So these are one of the things that I mentioned, why it's it's such a problem.

It's the it's the level of the EMF pollution that is out there now, even more with the with the 5G and everything. And another problem is that it is really in the mainstream.

That number is shocking. A billion. Billion. I don't even know what the number looks like and how many zeros there are, but it makes sense because we're going from a state of there was none right.

To it's ubiquitous. It's everywhere. And but to actually put a metric to it and understand if you take any other toxin or thing that you're trying to move, say fat or say, you know, the type some type of plastic and, you know, and you increase it.

Forget about the billion, billion by a billion times you would be dead. Right. It's shocking. So what where do you think the biggest threat is coming from?

Is it is it our phones, the towers? Is it is the Wi-Fi in our home? It's currently I see the biggest threat are the I don't the wireless headphones. Mm hmm.

That's is that because they are you know, you can see it everywhere. And even though that you were on the call for a couple of minutes a day, you know, you had your phone in your ear, you know, but but the calls take only so long, you know, a couple of minutes.

But when you listen to music, it usually it's much, much longer. So and when, you know, when the headphones are communicating with with each other, you have a Bluetooth signal coming like truly through your brain. So and you know, if someone has an IMF meter and wireless headphones, they can check and they will see how really high the IMF levels are.

And you have it directly even closer to your brain than than when you are when you are on a cell phone and when. So this is what I see. The the biggest thing, especially for young people because, you know, they love this kind of technology and the wireless phones and everything.

And then it's the 5G towers that it is not replacing the previous technology. It is adding add adding up to whatever is out there already, you know, so these signals all are causing are is so-called the VGCCs voltage gate calcium channels they open up on.

They are around or cell. So they open up and they let the calcium inside, which is causing free radicals. The level of the the growth of free radical levels, which means the the cells are aging aging faster.

Yeah. Yeah. And it's funny because like you talk about the earbuds and you, the industry would argue we've done our safety testing and they're safe. That's why we sold them.

But they're safety testing of a context like you said, of answering a phone call. But that's not how we use them. Right? Yes. Yes, exactly. So I yes, this is this is a great, great topic.

That that you touched upon when you were asking, you know, what what are the threads and everything? What I forgot to mention is that the the safety standards are really old and outdated because the the for example, how the safety of cellphones was the basically measured and designed was through heat, you know, heat exposure, you know, how much your tissue or brain or anything basically heats up when using a phone.

But this is already too late. You know, they were they were not measuring the the biological the cellular changes. They were measuring the the heat signature.

And it was done, you know, on the on the guy male, six, six foot two, £200. And it was a one time measurement, but how many times a day you make a call, you know, and then we have children with very thin, like, like bones and skulls.

So it's going even, even deeper. So the safety standards are really, really outdated. And they should they should change. But, you know, it would it would need education, you know, money, time, lawyers, everything.

Yeah. That study you're talking about, I remember reading that the soldiers they used to test on, like you said, big, burly men, well-developed and a child's skull is one quarter the thickness of that person was tested on.

But the same safety data is applied some the protection and then yet but they're given the same output you know irrespective even just a smaller man or, you know, a female structure.

I just thought the same thickness of skull. Right. So so now you talked about you bring the device in and it creates this sort of blanket effect in your environment.

What is actually happening at the technical level? Yes. So what's what's inside of the of the somavedic that there are various precious stones. I mean, there are also there are like physically inside.

And our frequency therapy technology. And what do we do? We combine this and amplify, you know, the the the power and the vibrational frequency of all the minerals together.

The technology has, you know, it's it's field as well. And it is creating this this coherent field. And so what we were able to measure when we've put human cells into shielded EMF environment, because you cannot find it anymore, mainly sometimes like in the woods, but not in the in cities or whatever. That doesn't mean it's I mean, it doesn't mean that it's changing the composition. The chemical composition is just just the structure of the of the water is different.

And the way how you can so is by tasting it. So the structure of the water is more, more, more, more and more silky in just yet it just tastes better.

And the why it is why it is important is that in our bodies there is mainly structure the water in the cells being. So it's the most bioavailable state of water that that we can drink.

Yeah. It's, you know I've been like you said, the river water I remember drinking fresh out of the river to this is crisp kind of there's a freshness about it that's hard to explain.

And I you know, and it was that water and like, oh, my God. Like, this is this is how that water tastes. Like, it was like your little real like blown away by the taste and I asked ask him about that.

And he said, yeah, it's basically the glacier water, you know, no chemicals. No, no nothing. So yeah, that, that was the the and at that time, that was the best the best water I had.

Yeah. The Swiss are getting it right when it comes to water. Yeah. So now I tried that structuring with the device and notable difference. Right. And hydration, like you said, it just it's an obvious difference, you know, so it's clear when you can actually feel the difference.

That's powerful. You know how much it's working, right? So now if I suppose I have this device in my home, do I still need, you know, for example, I have a pendant that I made where I have a cover on my phone case, the EMF blocker, is that all needed or what is the range and what power?

It's I would say yes, because and I recommend this every time. The number one thing to do for everyone is to to to physically lower the levels of EMF exposure as much as possible.

That's whether you have some kind of EMF effects, harmonization device or thing or not. This is this is that everyone can do and is free to do. So some simple things to do is when you go to sleep, turn off your your Wi-Fi router because it's interfering with your cell, with your brain brainwaves.

We talk about like don't wearing a Bluetooth Bluetooth headphones when you're on the phone, use your loudspeaker or wired phones, you know. So these are you know, these are the just few but but easy, easy things to do.

Ground yourself, you know, in the morning or in the evening, just just for a few seconds or minutes that that everyone can do. And they are for free. Of course, when we were discussing the the environment, you know, the food, the air, the water, you can control this to quite a high level of degree, but not as much with the EMFs, because your neighbor has the Wi-Fi router.

You know, there is a 5G antenna when you are in the office. So this is not as easy to control. But there are things we can do at home. And when you do all of this, then it's great to add a device like like like a Somavedic, for example, that helps with the rest of the EMF.

So trying to do be mindful meditations, taking taking breaks, also intermittent fasting. But I you know, there is this this is big now, but it's it's a great tool, you know, to give time to our bodies to to regenerate and everything. So, yeah, having having a good night's sleep.

So yeah, this would be these are the very basic obvious ones, but they add up if we do just a couple of, of the things that I mentioned that would be great.

Yeah. So from listening to I guess the key thing people need to realize is that it's a cumulative effect and it's not like I'm not dealing with EMF right now, I'm dealing with my food or I'm dealing with my sleep.

They're not separate problems because the more load your cells take, it doesn't matter if you're concerned about it or not. It's still there, still happening, still problem.

So to fix your sleep, you have to fix this. To fix your diet. Yeah. To fix this. To fix this or to fix your diet. They're all cumulative and they add up and there's a total bucket that your body can handle.

And most of us are kind of overflowing. And that's why what you said makes sense. Somebody would think, what does that have to do with fasting or does it have to do with sleep?

We're talking about EMF because all of those things are putting a load on your cells. Yeah, yeah. You slowly chip away and start removing the load one by one by one.

Yeah, definitely. You know, I know some people that have done everything from changing the diet, exercising, you know, like you name it. The only thing that helped was the to make them feel better was to lower the actual EMF exposure.

But of course this is not you know, not everyone has it like this, but you know, it's, it's this it's cumulative affect. It definitely helps. Yeah. We've seen there's families that we've dealt with in our clinical practice where they know that EMF is the a problem, they can just feel it and it's, you know, mother, son, father, son, whatever.

And we found that there's certain genetic pathways that make it a little more obvious who's going to have a problem. And Oh yeah, so we can kind of predict not that it's good for anybody, right?

It's it's a slow poison for anybody. But there's some people that just do a lot worse. And there's some anti-inflammatory pathways and some detoxification pathways and not that as detoxing the MF, but if you are detoxing everything else, then again there's a cumulative effect, right?
