Well, Dr. Tom Cowan, it's such an honor to to have you on this segment of a Cancer Breakthroughs Summit. Thank you so much for joining me. It's okay. Glad to be here.

For all the listeners out there, Tom Cowan, he's a well known Dr. Tom Cowan is a well known alternative medicine doctor, author, speaker with a common sense, holistic approach to health and wellness.

He's given countless lectures and workshops throughout the U. S. on a variety of subjects on health and medicine, and is the author of six bestselling books, including "The Contagion Myth", coauthored by Sally Fallon Morell, “Cancer and the New Biology of Water,” "Human Heart, Cosmic Heart,” “Vaccines, Autoimmunity and the Changing Nature of Childhood Illness,” “The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby and Child Care” co-authored by Sally Fallon Morell, and “The Fourfold Path to Healing” (with Sally Fallon and Jaimen McMillan).

From 1985 until 2019, Dr. Cowan had a general-medical practice, first in upstate New York, then for 17 years, Peterborough, New Hampshire, and for 17 years in San Francisco until his recent retirement from active practice.

He's a founding board member of Weston A. Price Foundation and continues to serve as its vice president. In the past five years, he launched two businesses along with his wife and two sons, the first The first, Dr. Cowan’s Garden, offers high-quality vegetable powders and kitchen staples; The second, Dr. Tom Cowan, LLC, distributes information, hosts his popular webinar series, and offers many of the products he has used personally and in his practice Dr. Cowan attended Duke University, graduating in 1977, He then served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Swaziland, Africa from 1977 to 1980, Dr. Cowan lives with his wife, Lynda, on rural farmland in Upstate New York.

He has three children, one stepson and six thriving grandchildren. At this, this is going to be amazing. I'm so excited to chat with you about cancer.

I know when we met briefly at one of the conferences, you you mentioned that you have a completely different take of what that is that I'm curious, see what that is.

Okay. So you want me to just launch into it? Let's do it. Yeah. So. So in your I mean, I've and that is a question I've asked a lot of our participants.

Yeah. What is cancer. Because I'm, because they're people with so much experience and dwelled into that subject so much, they all have their different take.

There's some, you know, obviously there's a lot of commonalities, but yes, please, please launch into it. What what is cancer, in your view? So the first thing I would say is the way I look at the world and I don't I think this is just common sense is assumptions are everything I can give you an example.

Recently, a person I knew published an article about the difference between vaccine immunity and natural immunity to quote COVID. And I asked her. Because what?

Because all the studies she referred to actually just looked at what the difference of chemicals in the blood for people who were injected with something versus people who just got sick.

And I said, so how does this prove that there's immunity to a virus? And she responded that, well, they wrote the paper, assuming there was the virus.

And so it was everything I could do to not respond. So if I assume I can fly, it's okay to jump off a building. The problem is, if you if your assumption is incorrect, everything follows is also incorrect.

So if you look at cancer, which is the question here and you say, what are the assumptions made with cancer? Now let's start at the most basic, and I think it would be probably work the best if I say what I think cancer is, at least conventionally, and then you tell me whether you say disagree in any way with what I said.

Right. So I'm going to start at most basic. So basically, you have you have a body, right? That's and the body has organs and tissues and and, you know, nerves and muscles and blood vessels.

And then it so happens that in one of the tissues, some of the cells or maybe even one of the cell or a clone of the cells, something happens to it. And it it essentially starts growing faster than the normal cells in that tissue.

So if we're talking about like a breast, so you have normal breast tissue, normal breast cells, and then the some of the cells, for whatever reason, they have a mutation, a genetic defect or something happens to the immune system or whatever. But.

But bottom line is this. Those cells start growing faster than the normal cells. They grow and grow and grow form a tumor. Sometimes they grow and grow and grow and then spread through the blood and the lymphatic system to other organs.

And that's called metastases. And then sometimes that can kill you. And that's the basic fundamental theory of cancer that I think every conventional doctor, every conventional oncologist and every alternative oncologist or doctor uses.

To which you agree with that. Yeah, so far I'm right there with you. Right? Hundred percent. Now, the interesting thing about assumptions is there's often situations where because of how bamboozled we all are by, quote, science, we don't even realize that we're making assumptions and we are.

So if you say, what are the assumptions in that theory that I just said, most people would say, well, there really aren't any. Those are the facts. But here's the basic assumption.

The tissues or the organs that make up a living being, including a person, are made of cells. Right. That's an assumption. I can tell you that no other system of medicine besides conventional medicine actually believes that.

And that assumption was created or hypothesized by, like most assumptions by a guy. His name was Rudolf Virchow, 1858. He sees an onion cell under a microscope, and he comes out with the theory that all living tissue is made of cells.

And so therefore we and frogs and salamanders are also made of cells because onions have cells. Now, what's interesting about most theories is there was a lot of disagreement at the time.

People said, this is nonsense. Living beings are made of protoplasm, which is essentially what we now call something like organized water with minerals and proteins and stuff in it, not cells.

There's no reason why the liver should break up its tissue into little compartments, like some office workers saying, that's ridiculous. It's horribly inefficient.

And so what happens is they said and my new Chinese medicine are you that nobody talked about cells. And the other thing I would point out is nobody has seen a cell in a living tissue intact in the organism since.

Right. You you can take a tissue out of a liver and stain it and then you will see liver cells. But you have to ask the question, how do you know that staining and killing the liver tissue doesn't create these compartments that we call cells?

Now, here are some of the obvious problems with that theory. One is you typically, when you look at an ultrasound or an X-ray, you don't see cells because they're too small.

Apparently. What you see is homogenous tissue. Now we know there are approximately 188 different tissues in the body. You know, ovaries, kidneys, liver, spleen.

It is confirmed that 44 of them exactly are what are called sensation, which means no cells like the lens of your eye. Why would you break the lens of your eye into compartments?

Because then you'd see like a grid. So write that in like bursts that there's no cells. So these are a cellular protoplasm or organized water called since tissue.

The other 144, we see cells like let's talk about the liver, for instance. They tend to be at the periphery of the liver, not the body of the liver. And only again, when you remove them, kill them, stain them, shine a high powered microscope, light on them.

Then you see compartments. Now, here's the other problem with this cancer theory. So when you talk about the we're made of cells and the cells are dividing and the cancer cells divide too fast.

Right now, Division, we are told mitosis is because we have chromosomes. Right. And the chromosomes, we're told, contain the DNA, which I can tell you isn't true and I'll tell you how I know that.

So but the chromosomes are like this, and then they divide and then they get pulled apart by the spindle. Right? And then there's a division in the middle and then you got two cells out of one.

And then they tell us that. So normally there's these cells formed at the periphery of the liver. Right? The body of the liver seems to be homogenous tissue and then at the edges, you get these little compartments with the chromosomes in it.

And then with cancer, they there's more and more of these compartments. But now the chromosomes are regular. They're all mixed up. Right. And applied.

They got different number and they're broken and fuzed together, etc.. And the shape of the cell is where they're not the right shape. They don't they they clump together.

They don't respect the boundaries. So if I told you, okay, Michael, I got this car and it's all smashed to hell, and the engine's in three pieces and the steering wheels in the trunk and somebody cut the brake cords and you say, Yeah, how does it run?

Oh, runs great. Three times better than a normal car. Right. You would say? I don't think so. This car probably doesn't work. So how is it that this cell, how does the spindle separate the chromosomes when it's all broken into pieces?

Which means there's no way that cell is dividing and growing. In which case the whole theory of oncology and alternative oncology, which is, you know, kill the norm, kill the fast growing cells, either chemo, radiation, surgery, you remove them, and then in the alternative, doctors use tumor pick to kill the fast growing cells.

Help your immune system or vitamin C, kill the fast growing cells. Those cells are dividing. They're not there. They're too sick and weird and dysfunctional.

There's no way nobody has ever seen them divide. What you see is more of them right now. Then they say these weird cells, they swim through your blood and then they go from your breast to your liver.

Right. It's called mutants. Ever seen all these weird cells in your blood? Never. No, no. Why don't you. Go to the oncologist? I think you have metastases.

Or can you look in my blood and see if you see them swimming through? No, no, no. We don't do that. Why not? You said they swimming through the blood to go to the next organ.

Well, yeah, but you can't find them there. Why not? That's like. Yeah, well, there's. There are all these thousands, millions of swimming through the blood.

Go to that. Well, then just take a blood sample and find them. No, we can't do that. So. I mean, yeah, there's so many questions, but yeah, I don't want to kind of interrupt too much, but so just kind of going back to the cells.

So all the different organelles, all the different things that they see, the mitochondria, all the component that's within the cell. I mean, do they exist then or don't don't they exist?

The only things you can see under a light microscope with minimal staining. Are. A thin cell membrane. The protoplasm or or organized water, a nucleus which is shaped like a dome and mitochondria.

That's it. Receptors on cell membranes, lipid by layers, GOLGI apparatus, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes. All those are 100% sure artifacts.

So the cells so don't exist. They don't, you think? And it's been proven by a guy named Harold Hellman who took, you know, a cellular tissue and got the exact picture of ribosome.

There, just gas bubbles in dying, you know, stuff. And endoplasmic reticulum is fractures in organized water. You can take jello and get endoplasmic reticulum.

That's why they made this stuff up. So so the staining what what does it do then? Because I mean, they they're staining it and then all of a sudden things I mean, so you get dead tissue. Yeah.

Because you're taking a piece of, let's say, the liver, kidney or whatever. And then you stain it and then they homogenize it. So they put it in a blender and then they they freeze it to 150 degrees below zero centigrade, and then they put heavy metal stains on it, because what you see in an electron microscope is not the thing, it's the metal stain.

And even if you do so-called transmission, that's just a freeze fracture, you know, 150 degrees, you evaporate it the water with the high intensity electron beam, the whole thing.

Every image in an electron microscope is an artifact. Nothing that you see there could possibly be what it looks like in real life. And a prime example is every ribosome is a perfect circle on an electron, and that means it would have been a sphere in real life.

And I just asked people, you take an orange and you put it in a blender, that's a sphere. What are the chances that every picture of that will be a perfect circle?

You know, the answer is zero and and so these things don't make sense from basic geometry. You know, they say, I made that crack about the chromosomes there supposedly have the DNA.

Right. I am an undergraduate at Duke, not now. But I was I was invited into this high level biology class by a guy who was nominated for the Nobel Prize.

I believe in medicine, in biology for discovering how DNA folds up into the chromosomes. He was Teacher of the Year, brilliant teacher every. So he's going to show us how the DNA long strand of DNA folds up into these chromosomes.

Right. That you see with staining. So he sets up a string around the outside of the room with stanchions, whines a string around about ten times, and then he has a thimble about this big and he says, I'm going to fold the string into the thimble.

And by the way, if it was real life, it would be like 100 times around, right? The DNA is so long. So he starts folding and then he has a stick and he's stopping it into a thimble.

He gets about one time around and then he can't fit anymore in the thimble any. And and he says the miracle of life is that the it the life body knows how to put this DNA into this thimble.

And everybody in the class who's about 20 of them stood up and cheered. You know, it's amazing. And I'm sitting there thinking to myself, what the hell?

He just proved that this doesn't work. This is nonsense. They can put that amount of stuff in that little chromosome. There's no way. In which case, I to this day, I don't know what's in those chromosomes, but it's not DNA that fold it, get it back in there.

So my point is, if there's no cell and so what's happening here, so you have homogeneity. It's very simple. You have homogenous tissue, which is organized water.

It's like Jell-O. And Jell-O has this this mitochondrion. It's got proteins that are like the skeleton of the Jell-O. Just like when you make Jell-O, you put proteins, then you put water and nothing happens, and then you heat it and the proteins unfold.

Then the water sticks to it. And then when you cool it, it forms Jell-O, right? So the same thing happens in us, except we don't have a heating system.

Instead, we have something called ATP, which has nothing to do with energy. So all the people who talk about ketogenic diet and mitochondria making ATP to generate energy, it's all hooey.

It's hooey because there is no energy from ATP and Gilbert laying prove that 30 years ago. But what it does is it hooks on to the end of the proteins and unfolds them like the heat and then the water sticks to it and then it forms the gel.

Right. So that's what the that the liver is made of. And every organ has different proteins and different minerals, different fats, different pigments, etc..

So that's why it looks different. And then normally the liver dies, you know, just turnover here and it puts out that debris in the form of what we call cells on the outside.

It's like taking out the garbage, right? So you take out the garbage, make new liver, and then it just goes on. If you poison your liver, i.e. put more garbage in your house, you make more garbage cans, right?

That's why you see increased cell growth. And if it's stinky garbage, the garbage in the garbage can start stinks. So that's like weird cells, right? Stinky garbage, stinky poisons, all kinds.

You know, you can EMF poisons, glyphosate, you could there's thousands of different kind of poison, even internally generated poisons. Then it starts making more and more garbage cans.

Right? That's just normal. And then it forms a tumor because you got to keep the garbage cans in a in a certain place. You don't want them just all over the house.

And then so that's your tumor and then when it gets more even, can't even hold it in the garbage can. It goes to the next place, which is the liver. It doesn't swim through the blood stream to get to the left, as some have said.

So when they do like a biopsy, let's do they you know, let's say somebody had like colorectal cancer and then they go and do biopsy on the liver and say, oh, this this is from the colorectal cancer.

Yeah. How do they determine in that? I mean what and they. Look at it the chromosomes then they do assay for proteins. So what the chromosomes do they exist or not.

Yeah. The chromosome does exist. They're just not DNA, they're just broken pieces of antennas. Chromosomes have nothing to do with protein synthesis like we're told, nor does DNA, which is why that whole model of you have a mutation.

And that creates us, you know, abnormal protein growth. Turns out the proteins don't even come from the DNA. They're not coded for by genes. How do I know that?

Because they say that every protein has a gene, right? That's what they say. One gene makes one protein. Then they do the human genome project, 200,000 proteins, 20,000 genes.

That means there's 180,000 that are unaccounted for by a code. And it seems like, you know, modern doctors and biologists can't do arithmetic because if they could, they would say, this doesn't work.

There's something else, quote, coding for the protein because 90% of them don't even have any code. And we've never seen a gene make an RNA and then make a protein.

And besides, the ribosomes don't exist. So there's nowhere for the RNA to be made into protein anyways. And besides that, we know that the nucleus has a membrane around it which allows hydrogen is impermeable to hydrogen ions.

And so the RNA, there's no way it can get in and out of that nuclear membrane because it's a thousand times bigger than hydrogen ions, which it's impermeable to.

So then they invent a whirligig that attaches to the RNA and then spins around and deposits up. And then if you say, let me see a picture of the whirligig, because I don't really believe it's there now you can't see a picture or they show you a computer generated image of some graphic art guy decided to make a picture of the whirligig.

It's like the sodium, potassium pump, the whole thing. There is no harm. And living proof that because he measured the sodium and potassium inside and outside, then he stripped the membrane off by stripping the membrane off channel same sodium potassium.

40 years ago he did this, he said, look, there's no puff. So he said the voltage difference the other day, what is that like 80 millivolts or whatever between the outside membrane inside?

I mean, what is that? I mean, no, it's outside the tissue and inside the tissue. That's because the sodium is pushed to the outside and the potassium collects on the inside, not because of a pump, but because the organization of the gel. Right.

The protoplasm is, I mean, amazingly or organized. So it's like a mash that exactly fits potassium and sodium doesn't fit, so it gets excluded. And so there's no energy.

It's a beautiful system for pushing something out and collecting something else. The difference in the ions creates the charge, which is life. And so all you have to do is have healthy water gels and then you're fine, your voltage is fine, you're full of life.

If you poison your gels and scramble it and make it so it's the mesh isn't right. You lose the sodium potassium differential and then you don't have a voltage and then you're dead and we call that cancer.

And then that the tissue tries to excrete this by increasing the debris stuff, which are called cells. So then you get more cells. Now I can tell you if you think like this, every single intervention that actually works makes sense.

So why do you detoxify? Because you're being poisoned. If you stop being poisoned, you make less cells. Why do saunas work? Hypothermia. Sweat lodges?

Because then you get rid of the debris in your in your water. You sweat it out. You know everything you want to name, you know the Gerson diet F fasting.

You get rid of the poison, then you make less cells. There's no cell growth, abnormal mutated cell. They're just debris. So help me also understand and like let's say we because we talk about the how a cancer cell produce energy differently than than a normal cell.

They go into the fermentation of like glutamine and and sugar and then you can then see this by, you know, that the cancer that needs more sugar in order to be able to survive because it has a you know.

There's no cells. Like this. Just debunk me at the end. So you're seeing them the fermentation and that's and you produce a lactate and all of that and then you prove that in a way through pods or pods get.

Yeah that's cute. Pop pod is good too pet scan you know where you have sugar is then accumulated into the areas where tumors exist because it burns more sugar.

So help me understand that component. If it's just kind of toxic debris versus some metabolically active tissue. You know, so what's happening is because you're you've poisoned your mitochondria right.

And the predominant way. But mitochondria are allegedly old bacteria, right? So antibiotics or anything that kills life will, you know, radiation, etc.

will poison your mitochondria and then you can't respire and you have to ferment. And so then you ferment and start using sugar and those will collect in the tissue and you'll see increased sugar in in this particular parts that are the debris.

So how come it gets there so quickly? I mean, because I mean, you infuse that die with the sugar solution and boom, it's there and you do the image. Because they're because because they're it's not a normal tissue with normal boundaries and normal water.

It'll just permeate right in. So just to kind of in and it sounds to me because I know like in physics, you know, they they have an observation and then they create particles and name particles in order to be able then to explain the anomalies that they see.

And then they just kind of build on that and they obviously can to debunk what has happened in the past, because that would mean that you would bring a high esteem scientist down into the ground saying that his research was not valued.

So instead you have to kind of build on the same and come up with a new, you know, subatomic particle in order to be able to explain the phenomenon that you're seeing.

So it kind of sounds like that is what's been happening in biology as well. Yeah, there are no particles. So that's that's a model. You know, you hear that all the time.

And it's all about the method section when you go looking. You know, I hear people talk about quantum this and quantum that and, you know, quantum by location, right.

Or things that are particles and waves at the same time. Right. You hear that all the time. But I don't buy it because my experience of life is a things are not in the same place.

I mean, in different places at the same time, the same thing. And I can't get into the actual experiment that showed it, but I mean, it was wonky as hell.

Like there were so many assumptions in that that the wire and the measurement and, and they don't use proper controls and the whole thing with all these subatomic particles that they hypothesize exists. But I mean, you know.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I it's this, it's model after model and they have to maintain the model because otherwise they would admit the whole thing is based on I'm, I'm just flawed assumptions.

And when you actually look, what can you prove? Like I said you can prove organized water protoplasm and the energy field coming from the outside in sun and electromagnetic waves and earth energy, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all these impact the structure of the water and work together to create life.

And if you put abnormal electromagnetic field like, you know, five g single frequency or very few frequency, high intensity waves, you create an abnormal structure and the body will try to get rid of that.

The way it does that is to create these garbage cans, which we call cells. We think, therefore the cells are normal and they're metabolizing and growing.

But what they're really are they answer quit. They're just leaky to sugar. Just it's just like it's like garbage cans with holes in it. And so that stuff collects in the garbage cans and you know, whenever anybody is thinking about, is this guy totally crazy, just think about every therapy that's worked has always got to do with changing the water, cleaning your tissues, changing your emotional field the way you see this, because those are the things that are real killing cells.

You know how much that I mean, I've looked it up, that killing cell therapy, right. Chemotherapy approximately 2% benefit, according to the Australian Government in a study in 2003, after 50 years, trillions of dollars, they get approximately 2% benefit, which even that is controlled versus the placebo effect of, well, we think this is going to help you.

So people think maybe it will. You think you at least get 3% out of that, but they don't. They get 2%. So so what are we seeing then? Let's say somebody is doing chemo or they do radiation and then they see these these tumors yeah, this is garbage.

Big garbage cans shrinking. But what are we seeing then? I mean, you know, some of these questions are hard to answer, but, you know, radiation is burning.

It vaporizing right now. Chemotherapy is probably poisoning the cells of the tissue. So it can't it so it it basically, you know, poisons. So it just breaks down and, you know, gets taken away by the body.

But then what happens? It's like giving an antibiotic or something to or prednisone. When you're sick, then you can't make mucous. So you think you're better because you're not able to get rid of the mucus or the, you know, the stuff in your lungs here.

If you poison the tissue now, it can't even make cells. It just starts dying like, you know, internally, so to speak. So it can. Because fundamentally, this cancer process is a therapeutic process.

Right? The cancer is the therapy. It's not the disease. And that's the fundamental problem with killing the cancer cells, whether it's by stimulating the immune system or anything, you're fundamentally confused between the therapy and the disease.

So modern medicine is the, quote, art of making it so your body can't heal. That's that's the whole strategy of modern medicine. You're trying to get mucous, you put debris in your lungs, so then you cough it up and call it bronchitis.

Modern medicine is the stuff it back in your lungs, you know, and you look into the kohli's therapy, you know, he gave people stuff to make him have a fever and then they get rid of it, you know, in the the person died and they're rife with changing the electromagnetic field.

These are all perfectly in line with what I'm saying. And the this other way is, you know, it's just make believe. Yeah. I mean, that's and I agree with you.

I mean, the medical I mean the medical field. I mean, what what they're doing is to shut down normal physiological functions. Right. And kind of take over what the body would do naturally.

And then you think your are better. I mean, like the fever is gone, but you know, the function of the fever did not get to do what it wanted to do, which was to burn up whatever junk it needed to burn up.

Right. So fundamentally, every therapy that works in conventional medicine, you end up sicker. So I'm just kind of stuck still with the with the tumors.

So in your point of view, what it seems like then is that you are poisoning those garbage. It's like you're blasting those garbage cans. IV even further.

Doesn't mean that they stop existing. It just means that they just means that the body will then reformulate elsewhere. Yeah, it just breaks them apart.

Irradiation vaporizes them. Yeah, but. Then you get the debris all over yourself, and then you're even sicker, which is why you feel the way you do when you get chemo and radiation.

And you feel. Like you're poisoned. Yeah. And the studies show that you, you know, like you're saying, kind of a 2% improvement, 2 to 3%. And then also other studies showing that, you know, the length of life with all of these therapies is like three months, 2 to 3 months.

I think it's increased in longevity. Yes. And people have to realize that when oncologists say, oh, the therapy was successful, like, right, so you have a tumor in your breast, in your liver, and they measure it, you know, four centimeters or whatever, and they give you radiation and shrinks down to half a centimeter.

And that's that's successful. And then the person otherwise would have died in six months. Now they die in three months. But that's still a success because we measured it by the tumor growth.

It's a bit like, you know, the best example to see this is you treat depression, which isn't a disease. Of course, person comes in, I'm really depressed and I'm not getting along with the wife and my job isn't going well and I'm having financial trouble.

Oh, so here's some Prozac comes back in a month. So how are you feeling? Much better. Don't feel as depressed. So how did you like? Well, I got fired.

My wife left me and I went bankrupt and I gained £40. So what makes you think I don't feel bad at all? And you think great. You don't feel it. Hi. You're just good.

That's. That's only due to people who got rid of your tumor. What's your problem? I love it. So. Yeah, yeah. What's your problem? I know you died from malnourishment and.

Yeah, we've put. In your guts out there. Yeah, yeah. See the x ray c shrink vaporized it. Yeah. If we poisoned it and said it broke down in a million pieces, went all over the place and you felt like crap for the rest of your life.

That's the way it works, buddy. And not only that, but anybody who tells you different, they're a quack. If they tell you you could actually do something about this.

We don't do anything about anything. It's not what the business world, we don't heal even asthma or eczema. Right. You manage it. You give people asthma for the rest of your life.

Get over. It. I love it. So how what in your point of view? So what a person comes to you with cancer? I mean, what is your strategy? I mean, it sounds like, you know, breathe fresh air, drink clean water, sweat, you know, those type of things.

I mean, what what what what is your strategy? First of all, what we have to realize that this categorization of disease like cancer and etc., totally bogus.

It is meaningless. Everybody has a story. Right. My story was, you know, I was I was fine. And then I decided to dye my hair every three weeks with this toxic dye.

Next thing you know, I got brain cancer. So they don't have brain cancer. They have toxic dye absorption into their head area. So in that case, being the genius that I am, I say quit doing that.

You know, that that guy idiot. I don't usually say that. That's why I had to stop practicing, because I was getting ready to start saying that to people.

I figured it's time to retire. Yeah, it's only. It's only to a certain limit. You can go and then after that. Yeah. You're tired. Yeah. So, you know. And so that's one story.

The next story is, you know, you see a lot of people with especially women with, you know, sexual and emotional trauma and they're literally energetically constricted in their, you know, genital organs you can. And what I developed was a a system of getting people into their so-called right brain or intuitive way of of of speaking.

Because my theory was everybody knows what happened to them. You just have to ask in the right way. So I, you know, over 35 years worked on how to ask people and they would tell me, here's what happened to me.

And I knew I was right when at some point they start either laughing or crying. And that told me that we had hit upon the real story. Now it may not be the whole story, but it was the part to start with.

And then whatever it was, I started there. I didn't treat cancer because it doesn't exist. The cancer is is the garbage coming out. You got to know it's it's like you get a splinter in your finger and then you make pus.

I didn't give people antibiotics for pus. I took the splinter out and then the pus goes away. You don't have to worry about the tumor or the pus. You just have to take the splinter out.

So the question, what was this person splinter hair dye, emotional. It could be anything you know, I decided to only eat, you know, dried fruit for six months.

Next thing you know, you know, you're sick. Why did you do that? I didn't ask why, but that's a whole different story, you know. And so I didn't there is no answer to how do you treat it generically, because there's no generic disease.

There are individual stories. And I whatever the story was, I interface with that story. It's hair dye. Stop the hair dye. You try to figure out something that gets rid of the hair dye from your brain.

So in your mind, I mean, it sounded like, yeah, some people do that ketogenic and they get better. Some people do the grass and they get better, some people do just plant based and they do better for a while and then all of a sudden they don't do as well.

So in your mind, what would be kind of a good diet for an individual that's battling cancer? It depends on their story. There is no that's one of the the fallacies of this is everybody's out there trying to say this is the because the assumption is there's a disease, right?

The cells are metabolized. You know, they're using too much sugar and that's the problem. And so you cut away all the sugar and sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't because because the fundamental assumption is it's growing cells that are using more sugar.

That's the part that's wrong. And so if you get away from that and just think of how would this person be better nourished, you know, have more, you know, a healthier, coherent structure of their protoplasm, of their water.

You will probably be able to find out the answer. And that might lead you to that, how that person should eat. And of course, I have ideas. You know, I'm not a raw foods guy and I'm not a plant based guy.

So, you know, I tend to be more in the West and price and, you know, ketogenic sort of mode because that's where most people end up having had their trouble.

I you know what? If they had sugar nonstop from day one until the day they came to my office. Yeah. Yeah. And so and people that have success. Yeah. They talk about cancer drivers and they use like different pharmaceuticals boxes.

Cycling is, you know, different statens, metformin, all of these different things. Then to try to shut down cancer drivers, so do cancer drivers exist?

And other than just toxins. That's to me that's total nonsense. Give somebody statin drug which actually inhibits your your energy flow in your tissues to treat an energetic deficiency situation.

I mean you got to be kidding. I love it. Or docs is cycling that same mitochondrial inflammation poison you see you got all these especially you know alternative doctors are often the worst they they think oh I got to get rid of the inflammation right.

The inflammation is the trouble. Right. How are you supposed to get rid of something? If not by inflammation? They it's all comes from this position. You have a stupid body, right?

It's it's causing the inflammation and it's getting chronic. Well, the reason it's chronic is because, a, there's so much stuff that it has to get rid of.

Right. You have so many splitters that you make so much pus. And second of all, because you keep trying to give them anti-inflammatories, it never will work, which is exactly what happens.

So the studies, and I'm sure you're aware of this, where they just bring in like aspirin, for instance, and they see that people live longer. Yeah, they their cancer, their that group are less likely to get cancer.

You know, I doubt it. But I'd have to see that study and I would dissect the hell out of that study. Yeah. Yeah. A lot of that is like. You know, I don't know the percentage, but a high percentage of medical studies when you look at you see there's so many assumptions about the type of cancer in the stage.

And you go back and look at, you know, you know, I remember reading a study of a melanoma, they gave 20 slides of melanoma to the top ten melanoma. Pathologists in the world said melanoma or not.

And they agreed about 51% of the time, which is the same as my cat would, because it's a yes or no question. And it turns out some of the pathologists tended to say they were all melanoma and some of them said it.

None of them were valid. Oh, and some of were in the middle. And so the whole thing, you know, it's like this works for Kovac. Well, you have to define what COVID is first and nobody can.

So this works for, you know, ovarian cancer. So what's the definition of that? Right. So you get into so many problems, mess with the foundation of these studies that it ends up being almost always uncontrolled assumption based nonsense.

So in your mind then, what is the definition between ovarian versus breast versus liver? Is that just it is chromosomes that they're looking at or what what what are they looking at?

That's they're looking at chromosomes. That's what a pathologist looks at. Yeah. They look at the configuration of the chromosome. Cancer, by definition is in aneuploidy or not normal chromosome situation.

And again, I only ask people to think if the whole basis of cell division is pulling apart normal chromosomes or if you've got abnormal chromosomes. How does cell division happen?

It's a good question. So where I mean, where can people go to learn more about this if there's something that that really intrigues them? Is this one of your books out? Well, right now what we did was started something called the New Biology Curriculum, because what I'm saying here is we are all the main poison we're faced with in the world right now is our so-called mental more mind poison based on misconceptions, based on what I would call the old biology.

Here's the way life works. Here's to what we're made of and all of it's fundamentally nonsense. So, you know, it's a little arrogant, but I came up with a new biology and we have a curriculum and you can go to our website drtomcowan.com And we're doing courses.

So you get with a cohort, you study, you know, virology, cancer, heart disease, you know, the heart doesn't pump, the blood blocked arteries don't cause heart attacks.

Viruses don't exist. Bacteria don't cause disease. Nerves don't have synapses. There's no neurotransmitters. There's no immune system. There's no receptors on cell membranes.

It's all it's all unsubstantiated, disproven hypothesis. And so once you get that, then you actually can do medicine based on what's real, which is the experience of the patient, what they're relating and what they're feeling and what things in the world nature support that process.

So that's what I would do. It's like it's like you burn down the building and. Then burn down the building. Building sick. I love it. Well, Dr. Cowan, this this this has been really fun.

It's been really fun. And obviously my head is spinning. And yeah, I got to follow up on what you're talking about. And and at the end of the day, you know, you have theories and you create models and but do the models work?

You know? That's right. Yeah. And I tell my patients, as, you know, you did the apple fall, you know, so there was something that made it fall. Yeah, whatever that is, you know.

So but I just want to be clear on this. I don't actually really have a theory. I'm debunking their claims and at the end of the day, I say, here's what you see.

Right? You see water, you see a membrane and you see a nucleus. You see mitochondria. That's it. Deal with it. You there? The ones with the theories? I'm debunking their claims. because if you claim they're something, you better be willing to prove it.

And I am willing to go to who first said there was a ribosome. What was the evidence? I mean, you go I you know, one of the things I do I'll finish here you go.

And look at Watson and Crick original paper in nature on showing that DNA is a double helix right. A double helix is a structure defined by a rotation.

Right. And so they said a double helix every ten turns you go back to the same place. That's what you mean. So you read right in there. I could read it to you, but I'd have to find out.

They said we assumed a rotational angle of such and such. I remember reading that said, but the how they didn't measure it. They just said it was a double helix.

Therefore it has to do that in order to make the double helix. No, but they didn't measure anything. They just made it up and they got a Nobel Prize and then we're stuck with it.

That's how it works. Well, Dr. Cowan. Right. This been fascinating. I love it. Yeah, it's yeah. And, you know, for me as a practitioner, it's always, you know, understanding what works, you know, what understanding what what kind of mindset, what kind of therapies that work.

You know, what makes people better. And and I and from a holistic point of view, you know, you are solidly in that holistic point of view where, you know, it's it's not poisoning the body, supporting normal physiology, you know, supporting, you know, the health of the body, whatever that is.

So yeah. And then it seems like, you know, with, with chemo and radiation from your point of view, you're literally yes, you're you're nuking, you know, whatever that garbage can is.

But it doesn't mean that the garbage disappeared. You know, I got to recollect somewhere and you have just added the sum total of garbage within the whole system has increased, which means that there has to be, at the end more garbage cans, which will then translate into more tumors or whatever.

That's exactly what you see. So it exactly predicts what it is that you see. Yeah. Yeah. So if you look at a system as a whole, then you just have the influx of more junk and.
