Wendie Trubow, MD, MBA, IFM certified practitioner, is passionate about helping women optimize their health and lives as a functional medicine gynecologist. Through her struggles with mold and metal toxicity, Celiac disease, and other health issues, Trubow has developed a deep sense of compassion and expertise for what her patients are facing.

She is the co-author of Dirty Girl: Ditch the Toxins, Look Great, and Feel Freaking Amazing! and has been regularly featured in MindBodyGreen and Huffington Post.

She is an accomplished speaker and previously had her own television show on a local station. She has recently been very active in the podcast community, recording over 50 podcasts over the last 4 months. She has been invited to speak at the A4m spring conference in Hollywood, FL as well as Dr. Terry Wahl’s summit.

She and her partner will be working on their next book coming out in 2024.

I have a long-standing commitment to personal development through practices like meditation and martial arts, and I live with my family in a self-sustaining ecosystem that nurtures our connection to the earth and each other. As a father of four, I am constantly amazed by the compassion and spirit of my children, who embody the principles I strive to live and teach every day.
