  • Antibody levels guide his treatment decisions. Dr. McCullough uses the COVID-19 spike antibody test as a stand-in for spike protein exposure. In his practice, levels below about 1,000 rarely call for treatment, while higher levels, especially above 5,000, lead him to recommend a clearance protocol.
  • His detox base is two oral enzymes plus curcumin. The protocol he has published pairs nattokinase and bromelain with curcumin, taken on an empty stomach. Because nattokinase and bromelain affect clotting, he tells patients to tell their doctors, especially before any surgery.
  • He wants vaccines matched to clinical needs. Dr. McCullough argues that vaccines should follow individual risk, such as hepatitis B for babies born to infected mothers or pneumococcal vaccines for people without a spleen, and that parents’ decisions about their children should be respected.
