Full Transcript Podcast Introduction and Regenerative Medicine Overview 0:00 Hey there, welcome to the Recharged Biomedical Podcast. 0:03 I'm Dr. 0:03 Edward Park, and if you're curious about regenerative medicine, you've come to right place. 0:08 We're diving into the latest breakthroughs in telomeres activation, stem cell exosomes, all the cutting edge science that's shaping the future of healing 0:15 and longevity. 0:16 Let's get started. 0:19 Today, I'd like to address my online training course for physicians. 0:23 If you're not a physician or a nurse practitioner, you can still watch and figure out what exactly we're doing to try and spread the word and the benefits. 0:32 So you could see here, this is my homepage about exosome treatments. 0:37 You can buy the telomeres activator that I've been taking. 0:42 TA65 for 18 years. 0:44 And also we talk about what aging is, access to many years of blogs, and a link to our podcast as well, which is currently not working.
Masterclass Overview and Course Purpose 0:54 But I wanted to focus on the masterclass, just something I created a few years ago. 0:58 In it, we have the ability to educate and train doctors and advanced practice nurses. 1:06 So let's get into that. 1:08 Some of the reviews here are present, but basically the reason I did this, I want to be sort of helping other people treat themselves, 1:16 their loved ones, and their patients in a way to enhance care because we really don't have that many things that can cure disease. 1:24 Although I'm not allowed to say we're curing stuff, the circumstantial results are quite Quite impressive. 1:31 Recently, this gentleman, Dr. 1:33 Armin Nikogoshian, who had treated his son and his patients for over a year, joined up with us and he added three more modules to the online training course. 1:43 Those modules I'll show you here include what is autism, how to use exosomes in autism and case studies and administrative pearls. 1:55 So we won't go too long, but I just wanted to give you an overview. 1:59 A few years ago, I created this online course. 2:01 It's evergreen, accessible anytime you want. 2:04 There are 20 video lessons created over 20 weeks. 2:08 And the first one is, do MSCX films work? 2:12 And we'll talk about the... 2:14 animal studies, using them in heart attack, stroke, arthritis. 2:18 And then lesson two is, well, we get in trouble. 2:20 We talk about the FDA, what its purview is. 2:24 The Federal Trade Commission, even local medical boards.
Course Modules, Reviews, and Clinical Topics 2:27 What kind of language to use and what kind consent process is involved with doing this in an ethical and safe way. 2:35 Lesson three was which brand should we choose? 2:37 And over the years I've done many videos explaining why you can't measure exosomes. 2:41 So that's an interesting one. 2:44 My experience is that through the lab that I have used, it's always been potent. 2:49 Never had a bad batch and the quality control is quite high. 2:52 But we go into why can you really compare brands of exasomes very easily. 2:57 Then lesson four, we talk about how much we should charge. 3:00 Basically the ethics of that, I don't believe in charging. 3:04 Too much and that also ensures that we have many repeat customers you fix their needs they come back for their shoulders. 3:12 Less than six, we go into the science of exosomes and Dr. 3:15 Arman does a really great job in his module talking about the microRNA that caused a stem cell differentiation, shall we say, 3:24 or young behavior. 3:25 Number eight by popular demand is when should we use ultrasound? 3:30 Now, when I started out, I was trained in all the ultrasound procedures, but I find that it has limited use, maybe facets, 3:37 the hip joint, certainly, and nerve localization, When ultrasound is helpful when it's not Lesson 9 is muscles tendons and ligaments lesson 10 is knees 3:48 we go into knee pathology Which is one of our popular treatments and the shoulders. 3:53 These are all great anatomical reviews for you We talk about hips in lesson 12 and then lesson 13 is the nervous system And over the years, 4:03 some of the most gratifying patients we've had, stroke recovery, nerve damage, neuralgia, neuropathy. 4:10 So that's very exciting. 4:11 And of course, the autism module touches upon that as well. 4:15 Lesson 14, we talk about the back. 4:17 I just recently had some great success treating my own mom who couldn't walk three and a half months ago. 4:22 Now she's back up to speed for whatever reason after two epidural exosome injections. 4:28 Lesson 15 is facial rejuvenation. 4:30 Of course, very popular. 4:31 I just had mine done two days ago. 4:34 As you can see, it's not really peeling yet and it is not red. 4:37 And I hope to look younger for our upcoming conference in October at the IMMH. 4:43 17, we talk about genital health. 4:45 Although I was trained as an OBGYN, I do mostly penises actually for erectile dysfunction.
Procedures, Forms, and Practice Setup 4:51 It seems to work quite well for that. 4:54 In 18, we get into immune dysregulation. 4:57 And some of the caveats I wrote about in my book, Exosome Songs of Healing, which is on Amazon and Audible, I go with the fact that, 5:05 yeah, We do need an intact immune system to get the benefits because a large part of how exosomes are working is by shifting the T cell behavior from an 5:16 inflammatory to a regenerative phenotype. 5:17 So if you're on high dose steroids or some kind of biologic to treat autoimmune disease, it can sort of dampen the efficacy. 5:25 So that's something to be mindful. 5:27 Also, if you're dealing with mold or lime, those can be immunosuppressive as well. 5:33 In 19, we talk about miscellaneous other procedures including treating the hands. 5:37 I forgot to treat my nodule, but I will treat it. 5:41 Slight tendon nodule, but I just treated my subscap for the fourth time in eight years and I fully expected to recover as did my meniscus after one treatment 5:50 and my Achilles after three. 5:52 So we're really just kind of spackling up the defects as they occur. 5:56 And at 59, I can say I'm pain-free and pretty active. 6:00 Lesson 20 is starting your practice. 6:03 and we go into the nitty-gritty of malpractice and what forms you need. 6:08 Speaking of which, if you look on the course after you've logged in, we have my exesome consent, combined intake, demographic, 6:15 and health form, post instructions, micro-needling consent demographic intake notice of privacy practices, et cetera, even a patient receipt which you 6:26 can customize. 6:27 Funny story, I had a patient text me because one of the doctors that took the course downloaded the form and she didn't actually change the phone number. 6:36 So she texted me saying how great her knees were doing and I have to figure out who exactly that was. 6:43 And it was a funny story. 6:44 Also, we have a section in the chorus when you're logged in, it's procedures. 6:49 We demonstrate nasal procedure, which is we're coming up almost a thousand of those. 6:53 That's my most popular procedure. 6:55 to help with cognition mood and we have the knee injection video shoulder injection hip injection lumbar epidural and each one of these comes with a pdf 7:06 which will help you set up what supplies what steps are needed what to rule out what anatomical things you should look for and they're all just cheat sheets 7:15 for you to use on the course you can buy exosomes through this instructions download the the forms and we have a link to previous videos.
Autism, Pricing, and Course Benefits 7:24 So on a personal note, you know, we've had a couple of parents of autistic kids, Jodi and Armin, Dr. 7:31 Arman, and they've have had really great success with their kids. 7:35 And so perhaps it's helping with neuroinflammation, definitely helping social anxiety and apraxia. 7:40 It just seems to mellow them out. 7:42 Of course, that's not FDA approved yet, but there have been successes with stem cells using them in autism. 7:48 Since stem cell work by secreting exosomes, there's no reason to think we shouldn't have some kind of benefit as well. 7:55 So those are the things I wanted to touch upon. 7:58 The course is currently priced at just under $3,000, but you get the entire course back every dollar as never expiring credit towards buying exasomes. 8:09 And so I think it's a good deal. 8:11 It's Get up to speed if you never decide to do malpractice coverage. 8:17 Mine costs about $13,000. I can make a referral a year. 8:22 But you can always treat yourself, your friends and family. 8:24 That's quite the boon. 8:28 Shameless plug for the course, but I think it's a great, based on a few dozen people that are in the class and have used it. 8:35 Sadly, a lot of people have taken the courses but not finished. 8:38 But it is a good way to get your feet wet and to understand the science, the procedures, and the aftercare. 8:45 And it really is an evergreen way of getting yourself up to speed and start helping the people you care about. 8:52 Anyway, this is short little vignette about my course and if you do take the course there of course is a video in each one and it comes with a quiz four 9:05 or five questions. 9:06 If you finish the final exam 115 questions or so with 70% or better you can print a certificate and there are cute little vignettes of art history and 9:18 pictures of my kids when they were younger.
