The Heart Attack You Won’t See Coming (Even With “Good” Stats)
- Feeling good is not a laboratory test. You can eat well, train every day and have a cholesterol panel fully within range while cardiovascular risk builds underneath it.
- A standard cholesterol panel leaves most of the picture out. Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides say nothing about oxidative stress, inflammation in the arterial wall, insulin resistance, gut health, nutrient status or toxic exposure. Test, don’t guess.
- A single blood test is a photograph. Testing over time gives you the movie. One result cannot show a pattern, and patterns are what drive heart attack risk. Chasing a cholesterol number is like blaming the rain for a leak. The problem is the roof, and your blood vessels are the roof.
