Wellness Clinic Owner - ElectroAcupuncture - Traditional Chinese Medicine
Alexia Bennetts is a licensed acupuncturist with over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in pain relief, integrative wellness, and advanced techniques such as electroacupuncture. As the founder of Calm Spirit Integrative Wellness in Colorado, she combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern approaches to help patients achieve lasting results.
With a background in biology and thousands of hours of advanced training, Alexia has continued to evolve her practice—most recently deepening her expertise through advanced study with the Electro-Acupuncture Institute.
On this episode, she shares how electroacupuncture enhances traditional acupuncture by using gentle electrical stimulation to activate the nervous system, reduce pain, and accelerate healing. Electroacupuncture is increasingly recognized for its ability to address chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and neurological imbalances by influencing both the body and brain.
Alexia brings a unique perspective that blends decades of hands-on clinical experience with a passion for helping patients feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
