When you're looking at different devices and what's different from like a higher therapy device, then what we sell is the wavelength that they're promoting.

So typically red light is going to be at your 650 range, which means it's not getting as deep into the tissue the way the wave of light moves. So it's having more of like a dermal surface level effect.

And that's why the lower range is actually better for hair growth. So if something someone wants hair growth, almost don't buy a device. They can get better devices for it.

Today we're going to be talking about some really cool new technology for brain health. Today we're going to be talking to Liam Pingree. He's an entrepreneur and a co-founder of Neurotic Innovation Company dedicated to enhancing brain function across all stages of life.

Formerly a member of Forbes Business Council and a Wall Street banker, he now focuses on advancing neuro technological solutions. Welcome, Liam. I'm so excited to have you.

And just I we would love to know, like, why did you get into medical and tech in medicine? Because you were you're on Wall Street. So that's a that's a big change.

It was basically at the time. And thanks for having me on on your podcast. Basically when Covid had happened, I was working in New York in HSBC on the trading floor, and we kind of got the signal that this is going to be stayed around for a long time.

This epidemic, everyone was talking about it. It was in the news. And at the same time, the Black Lives Matter movement was ongoing and that was very heavily, I would say, in the news around that time.

And there was a lot of riots and, and police presence in the city. We were told to work from home. That was sensitive information, so not everyone could actually work from home.

I was one of those people and I couldn't sit too long. So I essentially had this idea for many years ago where I'd seen this gentleman put a bucket on his head that I'd lights inside on the video and reported is symptoms improved from Parkinson's.

And at the time, I thought it was like fake news and I didn't really believe it, but as it were, I had wrote down in my journal this idea and I looked into the research on it, and there was actually a lot behind light therapy and followed by modulation.

And from the first time I looked into the industry to when I looked during Covid, during the pandemic, there was so much more. And now we've just crossed the mark as of December.

Over 10,000 publications. And for the bio modulation on the NIH PubMed database. So it's a really exciting time. And we're jumping back to the story. When I had seen this video of the guy Max, or using this helmet or, sorry, this bucket on his head.

He had basically seen research that was done on mice, and the research that was done had shown that, hey, this improves this type of light therapy improves your symptoms.

And he went to his local GP. He said, can I try this? And the doctor said, under no circumstance should you try this. There's no human evidence. He did it anyway.

He he made a at home makeshift bucket, put it on his head. Max was playing the piano again and yeah, the rest was history. I someone that went through cancer and then suffered with memory loss.

So I could see how this could impact you on a personal level to the stage where she couldn't recognize the face walking into the room. And I thought we could do something better, put a bit of design into this, make a user friendly device and put research behind it and it started out like that.

And I suppose five years later, here we are releasing new products. Now a larger team and able to to do more and make it more affordable to people. So that's amazing.

And I think it's really important to have business people like you because you have an idea and you can scale it because as as you probably have found out, doctors don't want anything to do with running a business.

They, you know, they might use the product and love it, but it's it's hard when you want to be just where we're at working with patients. So it's it's really great. And especially having the evidence behind it and all the studies like you said.

So then you can bring it, you know, back to that one guy's doctor and say, look, here's the evidence, because there's actually a lot of evidence on photo bio modulation.

It's just not it's still like a newer field. I feel like, especially with brain health, lots of studies on how it's helpful with long haul and actual.

You know, during the pandemic too. And if anyone hasn't caught your accent. So tell us about like where you're from and how you ended up, you know, on Wall Street.

So I'm from Ireland. I was actually born to born in England, but I moved to Ireland when I was very young, and I did my a schooling there. I went to college on the West Coast.

So Galway, if anyone knows it, if they've explored Ireland. And I did a Bachelor of Business. So international commerce and this four year program, was to go on an abroad like an exchange.

And I studied over in Minnesota kind of Fargo-Moorhead area. And I met another gentleman over there and we shared entrepreneurship class together, and we got on quite a lot Mervyn shoulder and we stayed in touch and I was just studying and basically focused on finance, economics, international business.

And by the time I graduated, I thought I wanted to be an investment banker. Because it's hard work ethic. I always wanted to stay busy. I think I'm a very driven person that way, and I liked finance.

So I applied for a program and I got accepted, interviewed with HSBC, and then I was working on their training for their pricing, the risk derivatives.

So it was a lot of a technical job, I would say completely different from what I do now. And I like to for different reasons, but I much prefer what I do now.

And it was during the time studying abroad in Fargo, Minnesota, that I met Mervyn Lowman, shown, and the other co-founder of the company. Oh, cool. Wow.

I love how just, you know, God's plan for everything and how it works out. And here you are now, just helping Will and you're going to help even more people with this technology.

So let's talk a little bit about what light therapy is. And photo bio modulation. Like what is it? It's not like you were saying, you know, lights in a bucket.

So I guess let's get a little bit more nerdy about it. Right? Right. So the most basic way to understand light is think of it coming from the sun. So 49% of the sun's natural light is actually near infrared light, which is a certain spectrum of light.

And it gives energy to all the life plants, everything on this planet, essentially. And what we've done is we've chosen a specific wavelength of light, the 1064 to 1070.

And that nanometer can actually penetrate further into the skull and target the tissue that we want to. This was shown in a study in Texas A&M by Honolulu.

And what it shown was it can actually penetrate further than other wavelengths of light and actually have a longer sustained effect. So that's why we we chose that, go back to what is light therapy.

Well, it's the light photo meaning light bio biology and modulation to change for the light change in your biology. And so what happens is when the light shines, it goes through the skull.

It targets the mitochondria. And the mitochondria react in a certain way to actually produce more ATP. So that's the ATP that your body and brain need to function.

And its best, it's the energy essentially that will we live and thrive on. That's really cool. Now what are the benefits. So we talked a little bit about what light therapy is.

So why why do we need like extra light therapy I guess right. If we get a lot from the sun you never get the same dosage from the sun. And you also get a lot of the other lights.

You know, you can get burnt in the sun, stand out too long, you can get fatigue. But with this, you're just getting the kind of one that you essentially need, and you get a lot more focus of it.

And the benefits really range across an array of different applications, conditions to people. Formance. But essentially what you're getting is you're getting that extra increase in ATP production.

So increased cellular energy, you get an increased, blood flow and you're getting a decrease in inflammation. And they're like the three fundamentals that if you read any light therapy paper, journal book, they're going to be the three kind of core things that people talk about.

But one thing I'm really excited for is all the research that's coming out on the lymphatic drainage system. So the idea system, similar to the lymphatic, is just the part that goes up your neck and then to your your kind of head occurs mainly when you sleep.

It's the waste removal process that occurs. And what research is showing is the full bio modulation is actually helping accelerate that process. Removing more toxins.

And thus may be putting you in a deeper sleep. So I'm really excited about this. There's been some publications coming out and there's more I think was the 31st March.

So like two days ago, there was another paper just released on the on the topic, and I've yet to digest it all. And when I do like relay that back to you, but it's just kind of more showing up.

Yeah. Send that paper to me if you can remember, and I'll include it in the show notes and and. Yeah. And then this red light therapy and photo bio modulation really helps mitochondria.

And that's where you're getting the increased ATP. I the I'm Fedex. That was fascinating because I just there's so much neuroinflammation going on right now from toxins and you know with with the lymphatics if you're getting poor sleep, you're not detoxing as well.

Correct. Exactly. Yeah. And that's the premise of it. I mean, if you if the waste is still build up in your system, all the plaques and it's not being removed, of course it's going to slow down.

And there's a link as well to the amount of buildup, especially in older people, obviously living for a lot longer. That this is actually quite a big link to people struggling with Alzheimer's disease.

So I wouldn't be surprised if, you know, in another couple of years, there's a large study done and we can see, you know, the impact, when we can measure all this.

So, yeah, very, very exciting time. And then in terms of other conditions, we've seen progress work on ADHD, kids with autism, people with traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, long Covid, long Covid was an event that we actually published study on, those 14 people using the device and actually a new infrared light therapy bed.

And I think you said that already, like, you know, using light therapy for the body as well. Well, you can do either. But if you want like apparatus that's, you know, easier to carry around.

Maybe you're just wanting to use the helmet as opposed to a big bed. I think both options are really good and full body is definitely beneficial. But in the study, we were able to show that after just four weeks of using both two different groups, seven and eight, there was significant improvement.

That's amazing. So what makes your company's product different? I know you said you have a new model out, right? And and and if you guys haven't seen it.

So it's actually like a helmet. And those watching on YouTube can see. So it's actually a helmet. And then what is coming out in the helmet. So essentially what's different and why is that unique I suppose we've come back from scratch.

We have another device on market. And this one we've gone back to the design, the usability, how comfortably it sits on your head. So we have like a different strap, an adjuster that you can adjust the wheel there and then foam pads so it can sit quite snug on your head.

I mean, it's not going to move too much. And we even have people doing yoga with it. The inside the device is 300 LEDs, nine of which are ultra LEDs, 20 times more powerful than the standard, and they're also at the 1017 nanometer wavelength, which again relates back to what I was explaining earlier on the science that they can penetrate further and have a longer sustained effect.

A lot of other red light, and they're infrared light devices are at 650 or 810 for the brain. We found this to be the most effective one. And based on the research that we had seen and the study mentioned, this device, I guess, is portable.

It comes with like a little battery pack. So you can just plug that into the the back of the device and you're good to go. You can press the button on the side.

And that starts the program. Or you can connect it with your phone up. And now you can actually track all the sessions that you have, which I think is what a lot of people want.

People are moving more into like trackable data wearables. And so having this on an app that shown, hey, did you charge your brain today? Did you use it?

And then seeing the results after like weeks? Because we have in-built surveys and the promise ton William to collect all this data, see what people are using it for and then understand which program they're using.

And then the progress they have. So I think that's why we're a bit different in collecting this data is going to hopefully open the the field up to understanding exactly how to apply the like, you know, what duration, what pulse rate, what intensity.

Because I think that's still a bit unknown in the field. Yeah. Now this helmet device is different from the ones out there that you put on your head for hair growth.

Correct. Oh yeah. Yeah, definitely. Can you explain the difference? Because I think and I get so many questions on my Instagram, how do you know you're getting a product that's good.

How do you know what you're actually getting. Because you know you can get you can just click it in or people go to Amazon because they want the thing and it's like, don't do that.

So can you explain what to look for, why it's different? Thank you. I think I think it's a hard question because I can throw it back and kind of say, how do you decide on anything?

You look for enough reviews. You look for a company that's been around for a few years. You're looking for a good rating. You're looking for one that looks like it's being used, and maybe there's a doctor that recommended it.

I think those are the basic things we look for when we buy anything. But how do you actually know? Unless you're testing with your own measurement devices that range from a couple hundred to tens of thousands, it's very hard to know unless it's coming from like a reputable company.

Typically, when you're looking at different devices and what's different from like a higher therapy device, then what we sell is the wavelength that they're promoting.

And that's why the lower range is actually better for high growth. So if something someone wants high growth alma don't buy a device. They can get better devices for it.

Does our device help with higher growth? Yes, but it's not the primary purpose and there's more effective ones. So that's definitely something to be clear I was going to say, if you're doing all this stuff stimulating the mitochondria, helping stress, helping inflammation, you're going to better hair growth because that gets to the root cause more.

So literally the root cause dad joke. Yeah. Anyway, okay, we had someone on, on Facebook who was with two and a half years ago and she bought the device.

And one day we had this huge spike in traffic, and we went searching on the internet, as you do, to figure out where it came from. And someone had posted this picture and it was her at the back of her head and just her long, gorgeous hair.

And there was like over 100 likes on the post and everyone was talking about it. Then for for how it's not the primary reason but the, the secondary effect.

Yeah. That's awesome. So what are what are the downsides with with this? I like most things that are functional integrative medicine. I tell people the only downside is cost.

But I mean really there's no there's no contraindications really for this. Just probably open maybe open wound I don't what would it know. Because that would help.

Probably no contraindications. Right. Exactly. You would just about to say I think wound recovery. But actually back in 1970 it was used on the International Space Station for wound recovery, acceleration.

So it helps with the side effects. When you're talking about light therapy with LEDs specifically, there are no no known side effects from it. It's minimally invasive like or sorry, it's noninvasive.

And the side effects, if you use it for over an hour, a period of time, you may feel like a bit of fatigue that you've just been out in the sun too long.

Typically, that's the main thing that people would feel. People are super sensitive and they use it for this period. They may feel a bit dizzy. But like 99% of people, they're going to put this on and there's no known side effects to it, which is really cool because we're able to help with so many different things.

Fundamentally helping alleviate symptoms with so many conditions. And yet it's really it's something that's not damaging at all. All the research has suggested it to be safe, and it's medically approved or classified as non a class to device.

Yeah. And that's what's great is you know like I talk about a lot of things we don't want to do harm or have side effects. So if we can use something that's minimal side effects but positive results, that's key.

And and it's not like medication. So think about dementia and ADHD. We put people on medications for those that have side effects and addictive qualities.

I think I just saw a study today how one out of four stimulant users for ADHD are abusing it, like snorting it or whatever, right? So this isn't good.

So anything that we can do that is minimally invasive, it works with our body as best. So how long would people use this? Because there is that sweet spot for photo bio modulation where we don't want to wear it 24 hours a day, but we also just don't want to use it five minutes a day.

Could you go through that a little bit for us? Yeah for sure. So typically there's a thing in life therapy called the biphasic dose response. And it's like the Goldilocks too much too little, but essentially between 5 to 15 minutes for a lot of people that's going to work.

And it might sound like a short amount of time, but it is, and it's enough time to have a good effect with the kind of output that we're providing with this device.

I think some devices maybe even shorter if they're higher output and then others, it might be a longer period of time. I would put out a general statement saying anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes using light therapy, and you're going to be somewhere within like a sweet spot.

So it's not something that you need to use every day or, sorry, all day. But if you use it a little bit every day, I think is very effective. I know in the long Covid study, it was three times a week, so people didn't even need to use it every day.

Oh that's cool. I was thinking, oh my goodness. So I've been homeschooling my kids since I was in Tennessee, and I'm like, I think I have a biphasic response to my boys being at home because they're so sweet and I love being around them, but I'm just overstimulating, so that kind of makes sense.

I need to you need to think of it the same way. Anyway. Any homeschooling moms out there, they know what I'm talking about. So what? So say you wear the helmet for specifically for that need because there is benefit to having it right on the scalp.

Correct. If you're just standing in front of a red light, it's not going to be the same. Correct? Yeah. I think it's kind of going into a topic that's still like debated in the science.

And I don't think everyone knows the full answers, but obviously the closer it is, the better. And I think that's the general consensus. Some devices like literally will go in between the hair to make sure it's touching the scalp.

Others like ours, it has like a little plastic sheet inside. And we know this and we know like the outfit that is needed for the device. So for us it doesn't matter.

We see a huge effect and with the people using it. So it's kind of hard to say which which you should use. And like panels for example. Typically they're the whole body or therefore the face when they're using light. Right.

And they can blend maybe from their infrared at the eight ton range as well. But for this one we're recommending. Yeah, if you can, if you want to reach the brain, better to have it closer to the scalp if possible.

And then it's more targeted more effective for sure. Yeah. So you could use the helmet and then maybe use red light like if you're back or something. You needed to use it on your back that day.

So. Right I just want to yeah. Yeah. No. And you're saying it's fine. Like no matter how thick people's hairs are. What about you know, so many people have hair extensions.

That's fine. Anyone can use it. Yeah, pretty much anyone can use it. I think you may just need to have it, like a bit longer time. Because for sure, a lot of the light does get lost in the hair and through this whole process.

But enough reaches the brain to allow it to do its magic. And that's like the important part, because people say, oh, well, it doesn't get through because of the hair there, right?

A lot of it doesn't. But there is enough that does get through to have the effect that's needed. Right. And you guys have the studies and that's what is so great.

And I love when companies put their money and their capital into studies. I think that is really great because a lot of the times it's not out there and we know it works.

You know, we have old studies, but the newer ones are really helpful. So I think that that is great. You guys are doing research. We're getting there.

And I think we've been fortunate enough that we've had clinics, universities, researchers come to us and either with funding or be able to afford the device and then start doing trials.

So we've been very fortunate that we haven't had to fund all of this, and we've been able to do it in collaboration or donate devices. But we are funding our own study that's been going on and closed for recruitment now, and that's with people with mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's.

And we're testing two different wavelengths in the study as well. And I think there's 20 people enrolled in each group. So we're excited to to share the results.

That was going to be later in the year. And we have another six studies ongoing that we're hoping some will be published in Q3, some Q4, and then others in 2026.

So there's a lot in the pipeline, but we're hoping to do a lot more in the big aim really is to reinvest all this. Everything that we do and 100% profits go back into research and development, product development, and we want to get it FDA registered and cleared for Alzheimer's, because we believe if we can get it cleared for Alzheimer's and it's part of the insurance plan, a lot more people have access to this.

And that's ultimately what we want to do. It's just going to cost millions to fund the study large enough, to get this done. But that's the ultimate goal.

How could you imagine having, like, one of these helmets in a nursing home and just keeping those residents, like, alive and, you know, or or if people just had it at its at their home and they could stay in their home and, and I'm guessing like one helmet could be used by multiple people, right.

Yeah. For sure. And that's like you said in these homes. Like it would be so good. And people can pass it around and it's not even increasing like how long they live.

It's actually just increasing the quality of how they live, which sometimes is more important, because maybe you're getting to a stage in life where you know, your body's working fine, but your brain isn't, and there's a debate which would you prefer, right?

If you were asked, would you prefer for your body to not be able to work, but your brain to be in like full capacity when you're 90 years old? Or do you prefer it the other way around?

Right? Right. Can you share some success stories that you have heard, you know, in different clinics and the different studies you guys have been doing so far?

Yeah, for sure. Last week we were at the Tennessee Mountain Bike in Red bull tournament and someone had a concussion there. Use the neuro catch device, go to scan, use that device.

And then they got another scan and noticeable improvement straight away. We're waiting to get the data this week, but excited to share that as well. Just the and one study that happened over the weekend.

We're in Tennessee. Oh, that's a great question. I don't know the exact location. I wasn't at it. The okay, okay. No that's fine. I think I can find out.

And what was the scan. Can you explain the pre and post so people know why been so cool. So it's event related potentials. So what it does is it assesses your cognitive process speed.

So your I think P300 your N400 and your N300. And typically it's doing like audio test to see when you react to a certain noise. And there's different diodes on your head.

That's how it measures it through the brain links. And what they can usually see after a concussion is obviously a slow baseline. Then then comparing it to a normative database and then after any stimulation, they're able to say, hey, you know, your reaction time just went from point XY to point Z, and now you can see that increase drastically improve.

And that shouldn't be possible just if you did it before and after even a half an hour after. So, you know, then that stimulation device is working. So we did do another study and that's when we were in Las Vegas, an the event we had a football player, he used it and that was a 14% increase.

He had nothing preexisting or wrong with him. It was just for like optimal performance. And it was a 14% increase in cognitive processing speed using the same device.

Other testimonials I spoke with a lady who had written a testimonial on Trustpilot months ago, and it was about her 89 year old dad who essentially went through a surgery.

And before this, he was outside in the hospital on his laptop, doing his bills. Everything that you do went into the surgery, came out okay, 24 hours.

You're expecting drugs to wear off like things are normal. But now things weren't. And Cristina, I saw you interviewed Cristina only a month ago to hear, like, the full story because I was moved by the Trustpilot one that read out to to my friends.

I said I'd love to talk to Cristina, and she said she was more than happy to. So she explained this, this whole story, and she thought something was wrong.

So her dad completely fine before the surgery. Then like 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 and it's going on and it's like there's no more drugs, nothing's wearing off.

It's like he's just gone. That was her words. Like, not there. He she was trying to do everything like I mean she was go into everything like functional medicine.

She was making him on the best diet. He was eating the purest food, grass fed everything, taking the vitamins and supplements, you name it. No mold exposure, literally every type of thing.

And she was doing that for I can't remember the timeline, but over six months. So and nothing still. And then she kept research and research and found our device and she started using it within the first month.

Notice the results. She was able to communicate with them better the second month even more so the third month. She was using the device by himself, joking with her husband in Spanish, making jokes and basically just being himself again.

Previously, the doctors have written them off to just like Agent in Alzheimer's because he's 89 years old. He turned 90 and he was able to like, celebrate it with her again.

And the heartbreaking part was actually during this time Cristina had married her husband and the her dad couldn't really remember walking her down the aisle.

And now to this day, like, he's able to remember a lot more. And she said the only thing that was changed and I asked several times because it's even harder for me to believe, even though I know it works, was the device that we we gave.

So for this kind of story, it's the stage where, you know, she was going up to her dad and saying, hey, you know, did you enjoy that food? And she'd just taken away the bowl of food like the plate and him not being able to remember what even was there.

And now he even paid to like, conversation, joking again, being fully present. I think those stories and the ones that are like the most moving because in her words, like her dad came back, when I think like those things, it's like then you realize the power of.

Of what? Like photo bio modulation can do. And I think it's the varies per person. Not everyone's going to have the same success story. I think we need to be realistic if you're well enabled, or maybe it's just not working the same for you because you have an underlying, I don't know, mold exposure or you're just not sensitive to light and it doesn't seem to do it.

That may be the case. We have a lot more success stories and we do. People saying, hey, this isn't for me, but these are the real promising ones. Oh, that's beautiful. And it's an aid to.

And I like how you said that. Not everyone's going to have like a quick, quick turnaround like that success story, but it's still helping at a cellular level with the mitochondria and with the ATP. We know that.

And with regards to surgery and general anesthesia, I mean, if my patients go under surgery, I have a big protocol list to help protect, you know, their brain, their mitochondria, because it can cause neuroinflammation.

I mean, a lot of the times when people go on propofol versus said all of that, I mean, versus said, I remember when I was in the emergency room working a lot before I did my integrative medicine fellowship.

I loved versus said to put in chest tubes in patients because they would have amnesia. They wouldn't remember anything before. And I'm like, oh my gosh.

Like that's actually terrifying. Like that's not good. What was that doing to their brain? Right. But we don't. But conventional medicine doesn't always think about that.

You need the surgery. They do the surgery. They want to put you to sleep. And then the aftermath. They don't have to deal with it as surgeons. So we really have to protect ourselves.

And I love that this is another safe tool that you can use. Oh my gosh, wouldn't it be amazing if they had people post-op, like, roll out with one of your helmets on and be part of like a hospital protocol when we we want to move that way, we have we we're going to set up a study in Australia with Lisa Loxo on post delirium.

So people that went on the surgery and I'm waking up for sure that was going to be a study. So I don't know where it's up. And to tell you the truth, I think it's still pending.

It's usually quite a long time to go through the the review boards, but I know that was a plan that was there last year. And so hopefully we can get that kind of full and improved.

And I think what you said is all the kind of the whole shift from surgery, surgery and why it's even needed in the first place to like integrative medicine, maybe like even the way the industry is going with like, preventative medicine.

So why do we wait to have the surgery when things that I got the worst possible time, then try to make lifestyle adjustments and and not lead to that point, or at least less substantial now and your body's broken down.

Well, it comes back to how medicine is structured right now. You have a stomach pain. You go to GI, you're bone hurt. You know your knee hurts, you go to ortho.

Well, if you're going to an orthopedic surgeon, what do we think is going to recommend surgery. Yeah. So I mean it's it's kind of it's kind of crazy, but that could be a whole nother podcast.

I could just tell so many stories. But the thing is, we need to be an advocate for our health. And this I think this device and photo bio modulation in general, it has enough research.

You know, I lectured about photo bio modulation at a pain conference at a conventional hospital around a bunch of conventional doctors. You know, you had the plant seeds and they have to know there's alternatives that do have research behind them.

And, you know, I love that. That is really just something that you guys are focusing on. And you're seeing amazing things. And also, I know you said Brooke manages this mostly one of your colleagues in the company, but you're also working with pans, pandas, kids, autism, ADHD and kids.

Yeah, yeah, we actually have a clinic clinician, sorry, Roger Lee, based in Hong Kong, and we've visited his clinic as well. And you can see how he walks through, basically, the clients, the kids, when they come in, uses the device and then does neurofeedback as well.

And he's having incredible results. So he we have a case study on the website, on the professionals page that you can walk through. And we've also had him present in the clinician rooms that we run on a monthly basis.

But typically, you know, he's he sees quite a lot of kids. His own son has autism. Hence why he opened this clinic. And now is is giving back and helping a lot of these kids.

So typically using our devices getting more each month. So it's really exciting to see. And this is all yeah. Kids with autism. Yeah. Yeah it's amazing.

And it's it's brain inflammation. It's neuroinflammation. And and it's becoming more common with more pesticides more environmental toxins. Yeah. Yeah.

The rates of all these conditions are just going up and up. It doesn't seem to be coming down which is the scary part. So it needs some fundamental shift I think, to to bring it all back right now.

Healthy people can use it to healthy people can use red light therapy, photo, bio modulation, the helmet like that also. And it's going to be more protective.

So don't think that you don't you can't use this. You know if you're healthy too. Yeah for sure I mean I use it every day. It's hard to say what benefit it has.

Like on the day to day. I feel like good, energetic, focused. But on days I don't use it, I feel that as well. So it's very hard to kind of put it from like placebo to, to what is really doing.

But in the long term, based on the research, I know it's working. And my biggest story, how it worked for me was like two years ago, I had, you know, when you wake up and you just have brain fog, you can't think, you can't focus, you can't do anything.

I was like, okay, I'll put on the device and I put it on. And after five minutes I was like, gosh. I turned to my partner. I was like, it's literally gone.

I couldn't believe it. It completely lifted the whole like brain fog that I experience. I never really experienced that before, but then I understood what Long-Covid was, and I understood how this device, works on other people.

And over the weekend, the same, event actually, that one of the team members where he said he had a headache, you put on the device after five minutes, it was gone.

So it's really crazy listening to this and and. Yeah, no underlying conditions. It can work in healthy people, too, whether it's optimal performance or it's extra energy throughout the day or a slight headache.

Brain fog seems to be doing wonders. Oh that's amazing. I love those stories. And and how cool. Like, I don't know, I just love things like this. I love red light therapy.

I love anything with the brain because I feel like the brain is neglected sometimes when we deal with neurological diseases, a lot of the times the neurologists just throw medications at it, and I never see benefit in that in my integrative patients.
