Introduction and PMA Overview 0:00
Everybody. My name is Michael McNeal. We want to welcome you back to the peptides and by Regulators Summit. Today I have joining one of the most incredibly genius men in our industry I have ever got to know. He is not only a genius about healing protocols utilizing things like peptides by regulators, but he will revolutionize the way that you think you should be able to practice in the United States. A man who is a champion from freedom and knows more about governmental regulations than any human I've ever met on planet Earth.
And so I want to introduce you guys to Blake, the CEO and founder of Forgotten Formula. So, Blake, thank you so much for joining me today. And I think we're going to kick off this conversation. We literally could talk about anything on planet Earth right. But we want to talk about what is a PMA. What does it mean to have a private membership association, and why is it important to consider how we are treating one another in modern day America? Okay, so I think as we looked across the board from Covid to president, even before then, we can look at the history of medicine and see that it's not really headed in a in, in a good direction, for being the, the wealthiest nation in the world to have the numbers and health care that we do, preset.
Right. And kids are getting sicker. Hospitals are getting bigger, not smaller. These are all signs that we've just gone completely awry. We wanted to look at across the board. How could or even better, what did the Founding Fathers leave us as a breadcrumb for the monopolization of medicine? Because we looked up there and say, okay, well, they left some things for the monopolization of all these other things. What's there for? If, you know, government gets too big or people, you know, get outside their reach.
So what we looked at as the levels of law and I think a lot of doctors, a lot of people don't understand the levels of law. The top level of law would be the Supreme Court, right?
Medical Regulation and Constitutional Law 2:00
Then you have federal law, then you have state law, which is where the medical board sets. And the reason that the medical board sits right there is because a long time ago, we couldn't just have a bunch of people playing doctor, right? Like before everyone started to get a journeyman license, they would just go just wire up a house, right? A lot of houses burned down. True. So the government, their job is to what? Protect the public. Right. But they have to protect the public to get a basic, basic requirement to protect the public at minimum.
Right. So the same thing with the medical license. Not everybody is qualified to be a practitioner. Not everybody's qualified to be a surgeon. So you need to go to school for that. Now the issue the where they got a lot of people is once you accept the medical license, you're now at the helm of the medical board and you're stuck at this middle level of law. Every law that's made governs you. FDA makes a law. It governs you. They ban BPC, it governs you. Right? Because you're in that same level of law where they have authority.
Right. But where in the Constitution does it say that BPC 157 is no longer accepted in America? Nowhere, nowhere, right, or any of the peptides or any of these other modalities that we all love and we know work. Even things like peroxide that you can't recommend for, you know, nebulas are earthy. You know, a lot of things. Yeah. Or sodium bicarbonate, which is in every emergency room. So when you look at my story and how I was just saying, okay, this kid has cancer or this person has cancer, they've been kicked out of the hospital.
I'm going to help them. Yeah, right. And not to get too much into my journey, but what you what you start to want? Well, your friends, your doctor friends start going. They're going to kill you, man. You know, what you're doing is, you know it's not okay. You know, you need to be very careful. And and, you know, we're also around a lot of quantum guys, a lot of, frequency guys. And, you know, I'm a big believer in what you say matters. Yeah. You know, I'm a I'm a Christian, so, you know, God said, right, let there be light.
Things like that. So words, essentially dictate your your realities and you can manifest those things. Right. So I didn't like every conversation being. Michael, you're going to jail, right? So PMA was brought up right. And at first I'm like, it can't be real. Like, what do you mean? That we can create a private club, a private group, that we can practice modalities how we see fit and really, truly let people take control of their health and also let a doctor not go home scared to death because he maybe wrote a prescription for ivermectin or a prescription for this, maybe one too many or low dosage or whatever.
And the medical board goes, oh, well, we're going to investigate you and the biggest problem with that happens is, okay, the medical board has their attorneys, and then you get served with a piece of paper or a letter. Right. And then you go, oh my God, I gotta go hire an attorney. And now you're now you've just kind of almost admitted guilt, too, because now you've hired your attorney. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And not only that, you're in that you're in that middle level of law now. And they made all the rules already.
All the law came from the medical board because you chose to be governed by that. Right. So what the PMA does is you take yourself out of that and you say, okay, there is no doctor patient relationship anymore. I'm no longer a part of this middle level of law. Yeah, I'm going to be in in a private association and I'm going to go to the Supreme Court now. So similar to how the passing of the 18th amendment ended prohibition. Yeah. But did you talk like that? Did certain southern municipalities like that? No.
No, sir. You know, it didn't matter what religion, whether it was the Methodists or the Baptists or the Mormons running things. No offense to anyone. I'm saying I grew up in a dry county. And the other wealthier people that understood the law said, well, we're not going to do this and this is
How PMAs Protect Private Practice 6:00
t we're not going to just make an association to break the law. What we're going to do though, since you guys passed a local law that says I can't serve alcohol in this county, I'm going to build a golf course. And because some people play golf, they like to drink cold beer. And at the end of a 18 round golf, they're going to want to go to the 19th hole and have a drink or have a wedding with wine. Yeah, right. Private tennis for private private pool. Are you allowed on those grounds of my in-laws country club without being a member? No, you're not right.
You have to be a member. It's not for the public. Now, the rules about running around the. Yeah, the inside of our club. You can't do it. But at your at an a public pool. They can't do it either right. But we're just doing that rule because it's safe, right. Yes. But we're not mandating something that's violation of human rights or a violation of constitutional right. So now that me, you own the club, we were able to buy a liquor license from the state after prohibition ended, regardless of the local level of law.
Not wanting that the state law now had to change because federal law changed until the Constitution of the United States changes. PMA structure will not change, and you cannot say on one end that I can sell alcohol in a dry county and not apply that to medicine and other different things. And I'll give you another example. Butchering okay. The USDA requires that permitting inspection. All of that. Well there's that butcher they butcher live to big carcasses and they do it. They do it without a license.
They do it without inspection because they only serve the members of the private. And remember, is there anything in the Constitution about processing beef? Is there anything in the Constitution about processing hogs? Is there anything in the Constitution about processing raw milk and selling it to these people that have PMS, or arrested for selling raw milk before they had the permit? Once they got the PMA homogenizing, didn't matter. Pasteurization didn't matter because those laws are what made to govern the public.
Yeah, and it's through those levels of law that you will understand that it does it. Just because you're a doctor, does it mean that the law doesn't apply to you? Right. Because you chose to be at the state level now at the Supreme Court level, we would call that a precedent. So we call on those precedents just because the lower level courts have to abide by those precedents ruled by the Supreme Court. That's how legal works. And so when somebody says, well, what if what if this happens? Well, what if that happens?
Well, it never will. If you you're only as good. Your PMA is only as good as your paperwork and your process. Meaning if you're trying to have a public clinic and a private clinic, then I would ask you, why? Is it because the insurance is paying you? Is it because you think people can't come to you without having insurance? Well, we all know that's where we all operate. Cash only. Every doctor's office I've ever visited lives like ten years of the organ. Yeah, only. And then when we're in at the same time, let's understand HIPAA.
HIPAA can be subpoenaed because a PMA, its members are protected by the Constitution. You cannot have a member subpoenaed and you cannot have member documents subpoenaed. The other way that it protects, remember, no doctor patient, it's just member, the member. So the doctor takes his coat off. Still qualified, still amazing. Still has all of the knowledge that that he has. But he's just an American at that point. And then we're putting two American members together. You can call it like, okay, Sonic Lodge, another example of fraternal orders that operate under these guidelines.
Funny name. The bar is up the bar association. The bar is a PMA. Why do you think the lawyers govern themselves under the bar association? Because they're the ultimate way they know to protect themselves, because they're at the level of the highest level. Yeah, at the Supreme Court. Right. So the bar even knows the law better than most lawyers
Examples of Private Membership Associations 10:00
because you're going to have people say, well, my lawyer says PMA don't work. Well, okay, well, if you understand constitutional law and you're operating at the constitutional level and you fully say, I am only operating in the public, I am no longer serving the public, you're invoking your constitutional right and as American. And why not be patriotic? Why not be free? If you really want to make America healthy again, you have to understand the constitutional side of it. And it's really, really bizarre how it's always like doctors medical has to be done different.
No. If you look in in in the history of medicine, the barber used to be the blood leader. That's where you went. Yeah. George Washington died from bloodletting and leeching. And, you know, they messed him up really bad. But the point is, is that doctors clinics, modern medicine hasn't done as well. And so if we want to rewrite medicine safely and protect our family, protect our businesses, then join our PMA, come underneath the Constitution, enjoy the freedoms of being able to go home, go, go to bed at night and not have to worry about losing your license or you know, your place getting raided.
And what's cool about PMA as well is that manufacturing can also be private. Every segment of scalability can be private. It's not the Supreme Court ruled this way. It's not illegal. Is it an act of evil? That's the guideline. What's what is a substantive act of evil to properly say, the rule, a substantive act of evil is defined by the Supreme Court would be that we were training people on how to kill, on how to do things that hurt. Yeah, not short chain amino acids, you know. Yeah. And, you know, and I still, you know, think that a jury of anyone's peers is not going to come after you for a short chain amino acids profile versus I can show you eight drugs that have killed millions of people.
Right. Yeah. And so and so if you are wanting that protection and you and you feel like, you know, you're trapped and you want to be able to give people modalities and also have safety and the PMS, you know, we're for you and we're looking for doctors that are after records that know that disease is a multifaceted summation of life experience and that it needs to be addressed not in 15 minutes. You cannot just turn and burn that and tell me that you're a doctor that cares. You need to hear their story and find out what's the mental, the gut, the parasites, the virus, the load, the mouth.
All those things matter. In the summation of why some would say, to be able to give the public exactly what they're longing for right now a choice in their health. I would encourage everyone to check us out and also, you know, join us, join us in this journey in the fight. Shine bright in the darkness with us. We know that if we cure one person, ten people come and then you replicate that. If you want to be a part of an organization that has products that disrupt products that heal and cure
Freedom, Healing, and Alternative Modalities 13:00
the more that you sell here, the more of the people that you cure. And that's that's our motto. And I think that we've positioned ourselves for doctors who where they have an opportunity to really make the money comes because of the success of curing the patient. I love that, yeah. I think my first introduction to a PMA structure was two different things you already talked about. And I live in a little small town in Fort Worth, and one of the pharmacies allowed, we're all milk farmer to come and sell raw milk through their PMA.
Yeah, we actually signed a PMA before you bought anything in the pharmacy itself. It had a little co-op built into it, and so I signed it because I wanted raw milk and I wanted to support the farmer who was basically not going to bow down to the government agency and kill the substance that's going to heal our body. Yes. And then another small town in Dallas, I, I walked into a health food store. They were all PMA. You had to pay a membership fee to even purchase something from the store. Come to find out, they were doing modalities.
They were healing patients out of the back of the store. That a whole health coaching model. They had practitioners that work back there at a Hockett back there. They had all these different tools, but yet they kept themselves protected through this PMA structure. And it was the first time that for me, even before I knew who Blake was, that that structure protected me as a citizen, the US to go and have the freedom to choose what I want to put in my body, what I want to do for my body and I don't.
It's it trips me up. And the longer I get to hang out with you. Blake, it's amazing is that we trust a governmental agency like the FDA that, like you said, approves the drug that is killed millions of people, right? Prescription drug deaths are like the top three cause of death in America for American citizens, right? So why do we think that that agency is the trusted name to support and supply all knowledge for us to believe that? And I think the, you know, ivermectin is going to be harmful for us.
When we saw during Covid, we saw during these, you know, resurgences of like, oh, we need to get back to taking care of ourselves. We, you know, we got to see that ivermectin saved a lot of lives or thinned and saved a lot of lives or, you know, I got in trouble one day for speaking out about vaccine education or different things where my words were shifting people's decisions and the powers that be did not like me speaking given. And so I just like the structure, because inside the PMA model, I can say what I feel and I could see what I believe in, and that's goes all the way back to where you started, which is if God spoke creation into existence.
If the biology of belief is a real thing, then we've got to come against a system that speaks death into existence over clients and patients bodies. We have the ability to speak life again and I think at the ultimate PMA level, we're getting to be restored back to the freedom of speech and the freedom for us to choose the right to practice and to do perform medicine. Healing modalities have been on Earth before the FDA ever existed. If Luke was a practitioner in the Bible, he didn't have, Quest Diagnostics to send your blood sample off to.
That man was performing medicine. Somehow that was mixed with spirituality. There's been shamanic practices throughout all generations. He didn't go to best year. They didn't go. They just knew the plant. Yeah, herbs were here for the service of men. Right. So. And given the right conditions, the body does heal. And it, you know, 90 nutrients today, TCM. The body doesn't make all those things are not taught in medical school. And we live inside a system where they looked at. All right, well, we're going to break up oil.
We're going to then, you know, that made some people mad. So they made petroleum based medicine antibiotics. Here you see the downfall of cannabis and hemp and all that X and cannabinoid, all those things went away. And who the devil. And you see the rise of, of of big ag and alcohol and genetically modified vaccines. Even we can go back to the use of Latrell and B17 in the, in the late 80s, you know, PMA structure would have provided them protection, right? Because again, at a constitutional level is illegal now.
So because I'm not harming the public or any, shape or form engaging with the public, and I'm only operating member to member, it allows us to do everything that's not a substantive act of evil. So it opens the door up for a lot of things, especially with veterans. Right now, when you're talking about, you know, these, ayahuasca, the, you know, the psilocybin, the ketamine, the theta chambers, the frequency balancing act with the brain, and all those modalities are always like but at the end of the day, like you said, what's the forgotten formula?
Will go all the way back, right? Go back 1500 years of how the evolution of medicine occurred. Right. You'll see where there was points in history, where they were doing really well.
Building a Private Healing Network 18:00
And then society, war happened and people were murdered, mass people were murdered, and intelligence was lost. Right? Libraries were burned. You you learn things from your elders, right? Grandma? Great grandma. And that kind of leads back into again, if you don't have what grandma has and the bacteria that she has, you're set up for Autoimmune City, right? And what I saw is caesareans used to never happen. Now it's like everyone has had a cesarean. No breastfeeding. And think about it, the body needs 90 nutrients.
If I put the baby on formula, they're not going to get the 90 nutrients today they need. 60 of them are essential right? They didn't get the microbiota, the vagina or the anus. So the baby's already immune deficient. And if she didn't get breast milk, that's the first time they get anandamide. The latching mechanism from cannabinoids is is from that. And if you don't get that colostrum the baby is now ready for the autoimmune shit. Right. And that's an that's a Netflix customer for life. Yep. Right.
And then that model the price just goes up up up up right. And if dad had Blue Cross Blue Shield mom has Blue cross Blue Shield or any other major health care, they're going to keep them locked in that system. Right. And so we've had different situations where if we wouldn't have had the PMA, that child would be dead, right? Yeah. And that if there's no other reason like no child deserves to be stuck in a situation where since nine months old, you've been on chemo and you know, when you turn nine, they do a bone marrow transplant and almost kill you and then run you out of the facility.
What do you do? Well, they came to us. And, you know, I would encourage everybody to look at situations like that. And not be so much caught in to the what ifs. But what about the what now? What needs to happen? How many people are dying every day because we're not signing up members and bringing a man in and showing them that spike protein does this, or you shouldn't do these because this will happen. We shouldn't, as Americans be restricted to the freedom of speech, the freedom to contract, and the right to association.
Right? Yeah. And those are in the Constitution. So again, we would encourage all practitioners to to drop the ego a bit. Remember that you're a patriot. Remember that you're in America and you can start now. You can start today by coming and going, checking us out, learning more about who we are. There's 50 doctors in our organization, thousands of members. Our goal is to have a clinic in every state so that no matter where you move, they have a place to call them. They have a place that knows that it's not just oxidative therapies, it's not just peptides.
It's not just the supplements. It's the it's the everything. It's one place, one shop, one family. Yeah. Right. And together we can we can make a difference. It's really hard to do this by yourself, but as a private group, we can change the masses in a good way and have a Christian mindset, moral, ethical mindset. No matter what religion you are, moral, ethical standards to live by that practice root cause. And again, just because we've forgotten some things doesn't mean we can't change it. But then now roping that into a modern world where we can integrate things like frequency, the Hockett, the theta chambers, you know, all these amazing tools we now have.
And now hopefully. And I think we can, because one cool thing about all this work is we can die. The last member dies, the PMA dies. So the PMA lives on until the last member dies. So live for something. Die for nothing. Yeah, right. Like we all start today. We can build something that we can leave for our giant laser trail. So that it's not so hard for them to find the way. Right? Yep. And that's awesome. So. Well, Blake, if anyone's interested in the PMA, where do they find you or how do they get connected to forgotten formula?
Well, and they can call me or you or Cami, and, also just go to forgottenformula.com. You can click on the little WhatsApp button or just reach out, through through the website. And we'd love to talk to you. Loved, love to get to know what you do. If you have a passion for healing and a passion for helping, we want you to be a part of this. Awesome. Well, stay tuned because this is only part one. Part two, and the next part two. I guarantee you're going to want to listen to us, like, thank you so much for joining me today, and we'll see you all soon.
Thanks, man. Thank you.
