Hello, welcome back to Take Back My Brain. I am super excited to share what we have going on today, people, because wearable technology is everywhere.
We've got watches, we got rings, My question for you is what if there's clothing that could influence your biology whether it's a shirt or sheets or something you wear even a dog collar.
So today I have with me Brian Brzezinski from Intelligent Threads and we're going to talk about frequency encoded materials that doesn't have to be plugged in.
So you don't want to have charge it. It doesn' emit electricity, but it's designed to interact with your body's own electrical system. And this isn't woo woo.
This is science. I love frequency because God designed the human body with its own electric system and so every pump of your cell, every cell membrane has an electrical signal has a membrane potential.
And so we're going to talk about how you can actually wear something that influences that membrane, potential, that electrical system in your body without plugging it in, without having EMFs, Without having any of those things that we are all concerned about.
So, Brian, thank you for being on the podcast today. My pleasure. Awesome. So tell us a little bit about yourself to start off with, because how in the world did you get into this type of technology?
I work with people every day with their structure of their body, helping them reset. And I kind of realized early on that if we get the muscles to let go, then the structure had a better chance of stabilizing.
I spent 15 years trying to figure it out and finally I had the aha moment in January of 2016. It was like, I know how to get them muscles, to. Let go.
and what we found from that by letting the muscle go then, the whole body stabilizes, but it was really just, um, I kind of joke around. I'm like, I am really lazy.
Instead of me doing all the release, if I wanted to make something that did the work for me. But the funny part is after we released all of the muscles, it was amazing how many more things I found when I didn't have to address the muscle.
We're still learning like every day. Right. So when you say release the Muscle, what do you really mean? So your muscle has an engagement to it. What happens is the muscle, when we send a signal through it, using the technology embedded in the clothes, it actually releases that engagement.
And by releasing that engage, that helps the body get in that parasympathetic state, but it also helps a body go back into its anatomical neutral position to where you're not guarding or compensating.
I think muscle memory isn't necessarily we have to keep working on to the muscle. Memory changes. I. Think once we take the compensational chains out of the body, the.
Muscle memory stops, meaning that compensating through there. And so when the muscles let go, then there's nothing internal to throw the, body back out.
Okay. Well, that's interesting. Yeah. Yeah, because there always seems to be something stuck in the way. So when you're getting a massage, you always have that same chronic spot.
Am I understanding that this technology could help with that chronic spots to release and then you can actually get into the deeper root cause issue or whatever it might be as far as the structure of the body?
Yeah, absolutely. Sometimes I think the engagement of the muscle is the root cause issue and other times I do think it's car tissue. Some people put our stuff on and the pain goes away.
Other people will put their stuff and it doesn't necessarily go away immediately, but then they do some stretches and some movements and then it goes way.
And other time they have to literally go and get that car tissues broken up. But if we can get the body to take the stress load off, so it stopped compensating, now it's easier to accomplish the, um, the stressed load aspect of it.
And it is, or it easy to accomplished the release within the and it sustains it as well. Got it, okay. So, let's talk about how that actually happens.
You developed this technology that you can embed into fabric. What is it? to tell the audience, what is this? Like how, how does that happen? Cause it just sounds kind of odd.
No, it is. So your brain already uses a pathway of a mechanical pathway that causes the muscles to engage. It says a signal down the nervous system that engage a muscle and then to disengage the muscle.
We're tapping into that mechanical path. Well, they're just, It's just sending a signals. we just figured out what signal that is and I was able to embed it into a particle.
that we were able to embed into a t-shirt or clothing, because I needed a delivery system. I could make it, but it just would, you know, float around.
So I was able embed it into clothing. We use a process called molecular fixation. You open up the molecule, put the particle in and close it. And it kind of piggybacks along with it and so the nice part is it won't wash out and all that.
But it's just a frequency, a residency based particle that were we able embedded into the fabric. What did you figure out the signal? That's what took me so long.
I started just studying how the body worked and, uh, however, when everybody's kind of, you know, what they discovered and figured out. And then one day it just kind hit me.
Oh, cause it was kind like, I was like Lord, how do I get the muscle to let go? And he was, like I'm gonna send you on a journey. Now I think I 21 at the time, a week later, thought I wonder if I still on my journey?
Yeah. Yes, you are. And then 15 years later, I was like, but in that time, it's like he pieced everything together. I think he was trying to tell me all along what it was, But I understand what he's saying because it is so dynamic.
But then as I started to understand all these different systems, then I, was able to piece it all together So you were able to figure out the frequency of that signal and then put that into the clothing.
So embed that, into a clothing molecule, like the fabric molecule. Correct. Yeah, exactly. Okay. That's fascinating. It's so crazy that you can do that.
I wanted to make something that had no cords, that I didn't have to carry around. And it was really simple. Well, and everybody's already doing it. Everybody already wears clothes, or at least we hope they do.
Right. And so it was just something that we're already doing. I thought this is perfect. Right. And, so how, it's like an imprint. Am I understanding or no?
What's your definition of imprint? Maybe I'm trying to correlate it with something people might understand. So like a homeopathic remedy. Yeah. You could say that.
They put it within the bowel, the tincture. Okay. The fabric structure itself is actually holding that? Correct. Correct. And so is there anything that can take that frequency out of that fabric structure?
Not that we've found so far. I've literally tried all kind of put it in microwaves and went to the airport, went on the beach, I jumped in the ocean with my clothes on like, it does some silly things.
We found though, if you burn it and the shirt disintegrates, then it doesn't work anymore. Well, that would be logical. Yeah. And we found that if you lose a garment, it doesn't work for you, but it still works.
It still worked for the person who finds it, right? So is it technically like emitting anything or is that working with your own body's electrical system?
That's a good point. I think the body picks up on it. Right. And so, but it has to be within, I'd say about an inch because we started testing how far out and after an entry, you could really feel the impact or you can really see the impacts of the model.
Anything outside of an edge. You really couldn't see it very well. But I would, assume there is a small factor. Even farther out than an inch, but not enough to make that change.
Cause we do a tension test where you push on the muscles and feel the muscle after you put the shirt on release. And so, uh, when we did, we were farther than inch away from the body that we just didn't really feel a big change in the mussels ball.
Got it. So you're doing muscle testing to see how far out you can use it? Are you doing any other type of testing, to how it's working with the Yeah, we did a posture screen analysis test.
So you could see the before and the after and all that. We saw a bunch of data that we went through, but the main thing we saw was a correction overall, the long reward.
But immediately it seemed like everybody's head went back. we thought 20% reduction of head weight and about two minutes of wearing it. Really? And it was interesting because some people they'd be here and their hips are straight.
And then we put it on their shoulders like that, and then the hips would change. But it's because the body is starting to figure out the new pattern, but if they wear it long enough, then you start seeing the pressure of the by equalizes out.
And then where we didn't see a change, we could easily find some scar tissue or some water that fascia. Once we address that, and then they balanced out and there we did.
We're doing HRV testing right now with Dr. Jeffrey, a biological physicist. The guy's brilliant. And some of the stuff he's telling us, he is like, why are people going to parasympathetic state when they put on this so the healing process happens, but also, um, He's finding that it actually upticks the brain functionality, which I thought was amazing because, but, and then the organ energy is always pick up and what he's saying is, is kind of interesting.
He goes, Brian, sometimes when somebody puts this on, we see increase in the, um, HRV in a good way. And then 20 minutes later it decreases. Yeah. I go, yeah, why does it do that?
He says, well, because now all of a sudden the body realizes it's better. So now it starts dumping and working. That makes sense. Yeah, and so he said what we can do is we test it's just like if they were standing then if They were sitting then standing It's the same kind of fit because all of a sudden your body if you're sitting you at a rest Or you should be and when you stand all the sudden you ready to go And so it goes they started mapping that and almost perfectly correlated with it.

If your frequency is in alignment with what God created it to Absolutely. Um, I think the main thing is, is when, when I see people in the office, they lay down on my table flat and I can palpate and there's tons of muscles that are engaged tight, even when they're laying flat.
So that means 24 hours a day, seven days a week, their muscles never let go. So the recovery time on that is, I mean, they're constantly engaging. And so now the body has to use this energy to go heal and repair all the pools and whatnot through that muscle.
If you can take all that away, that's the simplest one we found. if you take that all away then all of a sudden the, body can now go repair and help other things as well.
Just that factor alone makes a huge difference, but when you that when you take the stress off the body from structural, the structural stress out of the money, then, everything does function better.
So we actually found the absorption rates better within, uh, different nutrients you. Um, I mean that, that list, we're still discovering all the different things that it helps the buddy with.
And the funny part is that people always ask us, is it, block EMF? We're like, no, because we're used to the EMF blocking clothing. But we were finding that it doesn't block it, but it helps your body fight against it because it takes it out of the stress state, puts it in a parasympathetic state.
Now you can fight the against the emf with it. I was like oh, well it does help with that because I didn't realize that. Yeah. Well, and I think that you bring up a really valid point there.
When your body is in the proper state, these EMFs that come out with 5G or whatever it might be, our bodies are resilient and they should be able to handle a certain level of all this.
Now, of course, if you're like internoble and you get bombarded with atomic particles, you know, all those kind of things. I mean, that's not good. But just your everyday, having your laptop in front of you or something of that nature.
Now, I love to teach people to shut their things off at night and those kinds of thing. And I don't wear any devices. I don t even wear like an aura ring or anything because I just don' t want even the Bluetooth on me because i feel like my body does better without it. But your body should be resilient enough to handle some of those things." you know, this type of technology, whether it's a shirt or a patcher, and we'll talk about some of the things you have available.
That could just make your body more resilient. And over time, that's going to increase your health. It's not like, you wear it for a week and then everything is fixed.
it is just helping your to stay in alignment with what you're created for. Well, I mean, we had a guy, he came in from Europe the other day, did an American tour, came into our store and he calls back up and told us his testimony.
And he goes, ''I made the tour and I promised my surgeon I had double knee replacement when I got back.'' He is, but I started wearing your clothes and doing your movements and now I don't have any pain in my knees.
And so I canceled my appointment. So, I mean, we do see that kind of thing. But at the same time, his degradation might not have been as bad as others to where it was just chronic tension on it.
Right. so, and then other people, if you can get the knees, the pressure out of the needs, now it can heal and get better. and it might take three months.
It might a year for it to heal. Yeah, absolutely. So when I tried, because I met you at the A4M conference and I'm always up for trying just about anything and you're like, technology and, you know, these clothes and this and that and whatever.
And I was like okay, I've had like the socks, that were frequency based and wearing the wristbands and all that kind of stuff. I have tried all of that stuff in the past.
You can tell a little bit of difference, but I think my health is at a certain level where I just don't notice a ton. And I said, well, let me try the patch.
So, you know, he put a patch on my back and literally as I'm standing there talking to you, all of a sudden I could feel it. I did feel and I can feel my body shift and it got a little hot, a bit sweaty and like momentarily just like that little like.
kind of thing going on. So I'm like, oh, it is doing something. And you know, you had a conference and you're kindof stuck in that sympathetic mode anyway, so it could really tell that it was trying to, put me back.
Scientific, all of you listening out there that I felt it, but I did. I could tell it that was aligning with the frequency going with my body. That was really exciting.
Now, you have a lot of different options that people can use your stuff. Can you tell us some of those options? And then I would love to know why you pick those particular materials.
Okay. So I first started off, and I'm not a clothes guy, I could care less about clothing. So just, well, just put that in first. I kind of started out thinking, what's the most durable material?
Cause I wanted it to last. And so polyester is one of the more durable, one, of most readily available, durable materials. We put in polyesters first, And I, quite frankly, still use some of those same shirts I developed nine years ago.
They're still there and they still work. And then quickly we got cotton stuff because that's important and we're trying to branch out. I think we've got all the linen, cotton, silk, we have all kinds of stuff now, but I The material, we're trying to get the best quality, long lasting, because I want somebody to be able to buy it one time and keep it for years.
A couple years later, they're still using it. I think that to me, that's very important. My business guy, though, That's a horrible business plan. That is not a great model, Brian.
It's good business planning because people like it and it's going to build benefit. We use the patch just to kind of showcase it. It's a cheaper introduction so we can showcase.
We came out with some gel. And we actually have gel now because some people were like, I don't like any of your clothes. I'm like all right, cool. Get a patch or some jail and so that they can use it that way.
So we just figured out, we're just kind listen to our clientele and we try to fulfill what they ask. When we get enough requests, will start working towards filling that out.
That's kind how we developed our product line. It's from what people want. The interesting part is everything works the same, the technologies in all the different garments and clothes.
But what we're finding, and we kind of already knew this anyways, but now we have some clinical data that proves it, placement is important. What we find is if you put something on your head, then the brain function actually does increase more, But the rest of the body gets helped as well, we'll find it jumps up a little bit more in the brand.
If you pull it on the torso or your leg, So ideally if say you hurt your knee, do you want to put something on your need? But even if you wore a shirt, it's still going to help the knee.
So that's kind of the interesting part. Um, but we're trying to find that the more service area and the placement is for, so the patch is good and then you saw a reactive to it.
But like bed sheets are the ultimate one, right? Cause you're completely covered in a bed sheet for the most part, yeah. So we actually see better results using a blanket or bedsheet versus a patch, but the patch is still really good.
So you're still going to get quite a benefit no matter what you use. Right. So does it matter, like, so if I wore a patch and a shirt, does that heighten the effect of it?
Yeah. The more, the more the better. Yeah, just the More the Better. Now, it's not going to multiply the affect, but there is a differential. Hey, friend.

We know that like linen and cotton, they all have their own different frequencies. Do you notice a difference depending on whether it's silk or linen or it is cotton or polyester, the effect?
Yeah. I've always slept in something at night. One of our clothing. I should classify some of my clothes at night. My wife does as well. And we got these linen sheets and I said, honey, we gotta put these on the bed and try it.
She goes, no, I don't like linen. Okay. So we didn't do it for about a month or two. and then one day I go, um, let's put this on a bed. she was okay.
Now we've been sleeping for years with our clothes and we can tell the difference. Uh, about two weeks into she, she goes, you know what? I've been sleeping really good at night lately.
I was like, and I know exactly what it is, but I go, really? She says, yes. How long have you been sleepin? Good. She was about. Two weeks. And I got really, She goes.
You know, what we put those linen sheets on our bed. About two years. Yeah. That's true. It is true and so literally when we travel, we'll take a set with us to put on her hotel beds and stuff because literally see that much difference within it.
So for us, um, then we've. Uh, we have bamboo sheets and silk sheets, and we're going to come out with some cotton ones hopefully pretty soon. But to me, the linen, there's already a huge healing aspect to the Linen as well.
Combine it with our stuff. It just takes it to a different level. That is so wild because fabric is interesting, right? Very interesting. We're all wearing this plastic clothing and it doesn't have a good frequency and whatever you put on your body, it tries to adjust to the frequency or it uses or our body frequency interacts with whatever we're putting on our bodies.
It just does. We have an electrical system in our body, fabric has an electric system, etc. I always find it fascinating because I do feel better if I have on cotton or linen as opposed to my plastic yoga pants or whatever, but I love them.
Then I don't want to give them up. Let's be honest, Brian. So I was looking at all your stuff and like, well, if I start wearing the t-shirt on the top, then I can keep my yoga pants on in the bottom, right?
Yeah, for sure. Yeah. And then the sheets and everything, and you sleep seven to nine hours a night in your bed. So you are completely covered. You've got it on your head and the sheet and every thing.
I love that concept. What are some wild stories? I don't want you to make any claims because I know you're not, but is there any wild story that you've heard from people who have used your stuff?
Yeah. Yeah, so, uh, I was at a doctor's office a couple of months ago and he was showing up, showing me around. And, um, some of the ladies that worked in the front, he's like, Hey, show them your cousin.
That's used. that's my stick. Right. So I'm doing what I normally do and I'll push on them and show him the before and after. This girl, she said, Uh, anything wrong.
She was, well, hurt my shoulder. I said. Oh, okay. and she goes, Um, can't really raise it. Okay. so I pushed on her. she's flinching and it's hurting.
I put the shirt on her and push on it and it felt great. The muscles released. So the tension's gone. She asked, well, how about my shoulder? I said, we'll try and raise your arm now.
And she just. Raises it up. But when she did, she looked at the arm and her eyes get big and she starts crying, kind of laughing, crying like ha ha. And she's crying.
The reaction, I was like, okay, we're missing something here because it was just like ah ha and we were like there's something snuck. We were missing some information here.
So the doctor and me, We're like okay. What's the rest of the story? She still has her arm up And she goes, no, I was born and I hurt my shoulder in the birthing process.
This is the first time in my life I've ever raised my arm straight up. And we're like, what, for real? Never. I didn't work on her. You know, she's been going to therapy for years and she, nobody can get her arm up and we drape her shirt over her shoulder and.
She raises her arms up, and were like oh, that's like. That's a big deal. That huge. So she starts crying. The funny part is we didn't capture the moment.
We like capturing moments. And we said, OK, we'll take it home and show your parents and film that. Your mom started crying and her dad goes, oh, that's nice and walks away.
OK. Dad, thanks. Yeah, but it was kind of neat. I mean, and we have. There's tons and tons of stories of people putting it on and then their pain goes away.
But we do have lots of stores where they put on, and they feel better, but the pain doesn't go away, But then later on as the body starts settling down, it heals the joint, the inflammation lowers, then they start feeling better.
And then, they stabilize. So we have a lot to do. Yeah. You teach people to not just to wear the shirt, put it the patch, sleep in the sheets, you're actually teaching people how to realign their body.
Correct. Can you talk about that concept there? Yeah. Um, I kind of went into it a little bit, but the, uh, think I rethought muscle memory because I think we use it as a crutch.
Well, it didn't hold because the muscle memories off. So my mind, like, well, why did, Why is the Muslim memory there? So, um, once I was able to isolate all those engaged muscles, so I'm going to, i'm gonna show you a quick example and this might help.
Bone, muscle, muscles, right? So if this muscle gets tight, it pulls your structure out of balance. The majority of time what happens, say you fall and that happens or whatever.
After a while, the body corrects and you go back to its anatomical neutral position and everything's good. But every once in a, while you get here and then instead of uncompensate, you compensate through the pelvis.
Well, this is straight, but now you're holding over here. Right. When you compensate again, it goes to the knee and then all of a sudden you have knee pain.
But guess what? You didn't hurt it. You fall on it, you don't even run on the concrete. Well. So what happens is people look at the need. They, well, they'll miss it because it's an internal compensational problem.
It's not the new issue. Sure. If you get hit in the name with a side chamber, You're going to look it to me. Can't be like every time you can't look. No, no, No.
You have to look at it per case per to figure out what's going on. But the thing about it is after a certain amount of time, it seems like everybody compensates to some degree.
And so we're finding just by releasing those muscles, the bones, some of them go back themselves, and so then we have movements that people can do to pull their own bones back in the right position for the most part.
So some people I feel bad about so good do the movements. Oh, I fixed it or I felt better or now my pain's gone and so Like I like to tell people if you have a tooth infection This is not going to fix that.
No, definitely not. You know what I'm saying? Because people are like, oh, it's all my pain away. We're not saying that at all. What we're saying is it is going help your body correct itself.
Literally, you're going go back and fix the root cause level of structural balance. Now, here's the interesting part. This what freaks me about. The opposite muscle, when that bone goes out, gets pulled tight.
So it'd be like if I took a rubber band and stretched it tight, like a tar string. Now, if I rub this, this guitar string or this muscle, I'll rub it real, real hard.
Does it release? Cause it's not engaged. It's being taught. So if i'm rubbing this taught muscle. Uh, If I rubber it hard enough and deep enough, i can fatigue the nerves.
And when I fatigue, the nerve, it feels better, right? And then it comes back, but I can stem it, heat it. Oh, sound needed. I love all this stuff. There's a time and place for all that.
But if we can figure out the muscles that are engaged are being pulled tight, then all we have to do is take the correlated muscle, release it, and it automatically lets go.
And that's what the stretch, that what's the movement of the stretches do. They help the bones go back, which automatically pull the tension out of that muscle.
That's amazing. Yeah, so it was but I didn't even understand that until we started Releasing all the muscles because like why is this still tight? This shouldn't be tight because i'm thinking every muscle is tight And I think that's what most people think every it's tight.
Let's read it. If we beat it hard enough, it will release Right, not necessarily it could be a pulled muscle and there's several i'll tell you one for civic one right here the traps Yeah, nine times out of ten the heads forward and that muscle pulled so you can rub it all day long But until you get the rib cage back up those won't release Yeah, I know that makes sense.
So this would help people like keep their chiropractic adjustments better and physical therapy and whatever else you might be doing. For athletes, yeah, would assume that this helps with their proprioception.
You know, would help prevent injuries because they are more in alignment. Their brain is connecting better to muscles. I'm thinking of my daughter, she's been wearing the patch.
She's like, so willing to do it. And we're going to get some clothing. and I just ordered a dog collar because my dog got a concussion, but my got to concoction too, several of them.
So there's some things that haven't cleared up yet. We're really excited to see what happens with the clothing and the patches and all that kind of stuff.
We've actually outfitted over a dozen sports teams now, collegiate club and. professional teams, and so far really no soft tissue injuries across the board.
Now we're not going to claim to stop soft tissues, I'm not saying that, but so for so good. And we even had one of the soccer club guys come up to us and goes every year a girl blows an ACL, if not two or three, he was last year would use your stuff and that one girl blew her ACL out.
No way. We didn't really have any injuries either besides like getting stepped on or punched or fall, But no, soft-tissue injuries. So yeah, there's a huge benefit for the athletes for sure.
Yeah. Well, I was talking with Ian and we were talking about horses and stuff because my daughter is a show jumper and those kinds of things. And so figuring out how we can put even just a piece of the sheet underneath the saddle pad to help the horse.
My daughter would wear the material too, so then neither of them would get injured. So my brain has just been going, Brian. I don't know anything about horses.
Like I love horses, but I had a cowboy, I made him a saddle pad and he started using it. And he said, well, and I can literally feel the horse starting to straighten up as I move it around.
As I ride it, he can, literally, cause he's like, And I understand that because I didn't ride horses but he was like yeah. He's, like I found one of my old bust up nears or nags or old horse.
saying that right. But he said he could literally feel the everything starting to like hit the gallop started changing and the horse started straightening back up as you started riding the horses.
Yeah, that's amazing. Okay, somebody ride me and then we can just play. Yeah, no, we're really excited to try more of these pieces on everything that we have.
And like I said, my dog got a concussion because he fell off the bed and then ran into the wall a couple of times afterwards. It was really bad. So he's still not recovered.
His head's like this. I'm waiting for the collar to come. We've been doing therapy, chiropractic, all that stuff with him. and laser, everything. But his head is still a little tilted, but he's happy.
His body's clearly compensating because things aren't connecting correctly. I'm really excited to see how the collar helps him. Dogs and animals have a pretty unique way.
A lot of the emotional aspects, they still have some emotional aspect, a lot the stress and emotions they just don't have. And I don't think that like their emotional memory is not great.
I know. Don't get me wrong. There are some cases, but it's less. And so they usually respond really well to our clothing and I have lots of dog stories as well.
So yeah, I would assume that within a couple of days, a few weeks, if not, hopefully immediately that the neck strings up. Yeah. What are your dog's stories?
I'd love to hear them. Everybody kept saying, you need to make dog stuff. And we're like, no, we can make dogs stuff and then like bye bye. So, but I put the shirt and the dog's bed and a dog can jump in my bed now.
He hadn't been able to jump into bed for years. One guy, he told me the same story. I'm like yeah, I've heard this before and I love dogs. But we want to help people.
And so he says, uh, no, you don't understand. I put the shirt in the bed. The dog was able to jump back in my bed and within a week it was like he was when you're younger.
That's like, that's awesome. He goes, but I was missing my shirt. So I grabbed it out of bed, put in dirty clothes. the dog came, grabbed another dirty close and put it back.
And it's bad. Oh, I'll say, okay, i'll make some. We made dog collars and we made it just, not very many. we sold out. It's more. And sure enough, we have all kinds of dog stories.
People, dogs, the older dogs that make some more spry, but the younger dogs it kind of calms them down some. Oh, that's nice. Yeah. Hey, yeah, people will do anything for their animals, sometimes more than they will for themselves.
It's definitely true, Brian and the horse community. And an insane amount of money on their horse before they get their own chiropractic adjustment. So.
I had a guy the other day, he said, I do show bulls, like cows. Oh yeah. I was like, okay. He goes, can I get something from my bull? I'm like yeah, because do you have something for bull and I like our cows?
No, no. Like he's like well, maybe I'll get a blanket. That's what you need something. And he he'd like I'd get some from a cow. You need some for yourself.
But he is like no, it hurt real bad, but I want my pool. Okay, whatever sir. Whatever you want to do. Right. Right? Oh my gosh. Yeah. It is crazy. We'll do anything for animals.
So I, I'm all about humans. Um, but of course we want our animals to be healthy as well. Anything you want to leave the audience with Brian? I think, uh, one of the most important things you can do is to like forgive people and love people.
I found if you do that, then all the other therapy work better. And it's free. It's maybe not easy, but it doesn't cost you a dime. And if you focus on that and you work there, all the other therapists out there will thank you because it makes their job easier.
But it make your life better. Cause most of the time when you're mad at somebody, it don't affect them, and it affects you. So you just gotta love, love people and forgive them.
