Dhea

DHEA is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands and is a precursor to sex hormones like estrogen and testosterone. DHEA levels naturally decline with age. Some studies suggest that DHEA supplements may have various health benefits, such as improving bone density, mood, and muscle mass. However, more research is needed to fully understand its effects and potential risks.
