Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy or counseling, is a form of mental health treatment that involves conversations between a trained therapist or counselor and an individual, couple, or group of individuals. The goal of psychotherapy is to help people understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and work through psychological challenges or mental health issues. Different approaches to psychotherapy exist, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic therapy, each with its unique techniques and principles. Psychotherapy can be an effective treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.
