Viruses have a peculiar vulnerability. They have to have reduce of hydro groups, which my analogy is these fingers. And this finger can't open the cookie jar if it doesn't have fingers.

If it's like this it can't open. If it has fingers it cannot open. Yeah. You treat a person with ozone I mean ozone is known to wipe out the virus on contact.

99.9% kill a direct kill. Now, when you give an accident in the blood or to the body, you're not getting ozone to contact the virus directly. Because the ozone is quenched by the body.

But it leaves residual molecules called ozone Aids, which are reactive oxygen species with a high oxidation potential. And they could also oxidize those of hydro groups on the viruses and render them inert and inactivate the virus.

Yeah, that's an ideal treatment because now you have a particle, a virus particle floating around that's antigenic, meaning it will stimulate the immune system for a healthy response, but it's not infective.

Doctor Rowan is a pioneer in integrative medicine and a champion for medical freedom. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Johns Hopkins University and the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.

Doctor Rowan holds multiple boards certifications in family practice, emergency medicine, and clinical metal toxicology. Known as the Father of Medical Freedom, he led the passage of the nation's first set of statutory protection for alternative medicine in Alaska in 1990, overcoming strong opposition from an order from organized medicine.

Doctor Rowan is internationally recognized for his expertise in oxidation medicine, particularly ozone therapy, and has taught these therapies to professionals worldwide.

In 2014, Doctor Rowan traveled to Sierra Leone during the Ebola epidemic, successfully treating five Ebola patients with ozone therapy, achieving a 100% recovery rate.

A groundbreaking achievement later published in the medical literature. He has coauthored notable works including post Solution on the benefits of vegetable based omega oils and They Own It All parentheses, including you on the dangers of a debt based currency.

A passionate advocate for patient choice and integrative care, Doctor Rowan continues to educate, innovate, and fight for medical freedom. Just to start off like, what experiences led you to shift from conventional kind of traditional medicine into integrative medicine back in the 80s?

Because that was really early. I don't think most people had even heard of functional or integrative medicine at that point. No, but actually, I'll tell you, it started in 1974.

Wow. Okay. 50 years ago. Wow. I was at UCSF Medical School, which is considered and was considered a world premier medical school. I would never want to attend it today.

And I was so excited to be there then. And I thought, you know, you go into medicine to learn how to help people really heal, to cure them. Yeah. And I was I got in a real funk.

I'm not a depressed person generally, but I got in a real funk at the end of my third year wondering, what the hell am I doing? I'm just learning how to give people synthetic petrochemical drugs to suppress their symptom.

We're not getting any better. We're testing them up the wazoo, and it's as if we're doing nothing for them. Yeah, and and just cleaning out their wallets.

Although I wasn't getting any of it at that time, it was still right. So I decided since I had three years in, I would I would finish, I finished, and I went and did all the requisite training and I promised myself I would look for every way that I could.

Not to give somebody a chemical. And in my residency, I learned how to do hypnosis, and I helped a lot of people. I even saw them up in the emergency room without drugs under hypnosis.

Wow. What was your residency in the family medicine? Okay, perfect. Yeah, I did an internship at Highland Hospital in Oakland. I think it's now Alameda County.

Okay. Immediately after that, I went into the Indian Health Service, did another one year essentially rotating internship, and I did all kinds of stuff.

I did C-sections, I pinned hips, I did. I was the general, you know, like the old Thai heavy general doc I did. I then I went and I did a two year family practice residency, which was worthless because I couldn't do any things that I learned how to do in the Indian Health Service because the specialty residencies grabbed it from me.

Yeah, yeah, that was ridiculous. There, I learned some acupuncture from one of our instructors, which was wonderful. I really liked it. So I got out of that in in around 1981, and then I went back into the Indian Health Service, then to Anchorage, Alaska, and in Anchorage, Alaska.

I took I was given an extra week of educational leave, and I went to a very intense acupuncture conference in the Catskills, and that changed my life, because there were people from all walks of life there that I never knew existed.

And I was humbled. There were acupuncturists, naturopaths, chiropractors, homeopaths, I, I never knew about this stuff, and I saw things being done there that I couldn't explain.

And I saw for the first time kinesiology being done. And you were at my workshop, I believe, and I think you saw me do muscle testing, kinesiology. And I said, what kind of nonsense is this?

Until it was done on me and I know my body. And when it was done on me, and I could actually feel it, and I said, wow. And I went back immediately and I found that I could do some rudimentary stuff.

And then I just as the spirit brought it to me and I ended up doing more, and I started using kinesiology to diagnose, make recommendations. And while it's very subjective, it seemed to work.

Can you really give me some guidance? So. That in this that led to an end of my first marriage. Okay. Can you briefly describe what kinesiology is for people who are not familiar with that?

Yeah. Kinesiology is muscle testing. And the strength of a muscle. So it's I would if your arm was underneath mine, I would ask you to lock it and I would press down on it.

So if my arm. It's not like that. It is not a strength test. It is. The practitioner has leverage and has strength over you in your position. It's a test where I measure the ability of that muscle to lock.

Okay, lock. And then if, if hopefully, you know, in the in the neutral right now, like if you were testing me, you would test it to see if it locked. And then you might check if I have root canals.

And I would touch the root canal. And if I weakened looks there could be a problem. Or you would touch a scar on me to see if the scar lights up. Yeah.

Or an acupuncture point related to an organ to see what. Oregon is dysfunctional. Now that's how I do it. Everyone has their own method, and I'm not better than anyone else.

I just do it my way. Yeah, but over the years and, you know, like, let's say I touched your stomach point, which is right here or your intestine point and it lit up.

I would look for parasites and I would get parasite drugs out and see if that strengthened you. And if it did, I could reasonably conclude, at least in my healing, that you may have parasites and I wouldn't feel uncomfortable giving you drugs for the parasites.

And we've seen some really amazing clearings and disease with that. This is based on the work of a friend of mine, Simon. You in Saint Louis? Okay, that's what I especially like to look for.

Teeth. And scars. Yeah. Dysfunctional organs. If you're really adept at this and I don't know whether I am that adept or not, you can literally. Ask the person's higher conscience about it.

And I mean, that's almost sounds like voodoo. Yeah. But I'm speaking of from science now because the science shows that we are all connected. We are all connected.

The universe is one fields that go out from me go to you, and vice versa. Yeah. And if you're sensitive to that, you can tap into that. That's great. I remember at your workshop you did a demonstration on one of the participants there, and you had his his arm out like this.

You had him touch and he was having low back pain at the time. Exactly. Yeah. And and you know that when he touched that one tooth and his arm went down and it was like.

And then you injected some ozone around there and then his his back pain was like better. It was it was pretty dramatic. Yeah. Yeah. It's that type of thing.

When you see that type of thing, it actually blows your mind. Did I do something here? Yeah. Your back your your low back gets higher. Yeah. Yeah. That was incredible.

Well you haven't like an international reputation for your work in oxidation therapies. What initially sparked your interest in ozone and how has it how has its application evolved within your practice over the years?

I was at an eight camp meeting in 1986, and at that time, all of this believed in antioxidants. Ooh, pro oxidants are bad free radicals. Yeah. So machine there at the exhibit hall and it was an ozone machine from Germany.

And I said to the salesman, ozone, aren't we supposed to be afraid of oxidants? And he didn't know what he had. He was actually a coal and hydrotherapy distributor who had the machine, but he had some German literature.

I took it up to my room. I stayed up till 2:00 at night reading it. I couldn't put it down. And I'm not a morning person. I just can't get up in the morning, which is probably one reason why I had to scheduled for 11 today, and I got up at 730 that morning after going to bed at two to be the first in line at the exhibit hall to get that machine.

I got the machine, took it back to Alaska, and with the very first patient, it changed my life forever. And I've never been the same since then. I saw miracles done that were stunning on patients, and it was well over 90% of the patients we treated with ozone had absolutely stunning results.

Can you give an example of one of those? I had people with chronic fatigue syndrome. That's what we called it back then. No, no one could help them. I wasn't even able.

This was 1986. That was my early days in alternative medicine. Yeah. And I got into it from the eight cam meeting. And just my interest in not giving people chemicals.

And they got better immediately. Multiple chemical sensitivity. People who were exposed to wood pulp industry and all the chemicals that are used there, we just got in better.

I did a guy in 1986 who had known Lyme disease in his knee, and I, put some ozone into his knee. And at that time, I didn't know better than to use a local anesthetic.

So some of these ozone injections did sting. I was afraid of, you know, if you put the anesthetic in and you put ozone in, you didn't activate the anesthetic.

So I didn't use it for a number of years, but I still got really good results. In any event, this guy's Lyme disease in his knee with a big knee. Got all better in one session.

Wow. That's amazing. This was 1986. And then I started treating all kinds of stuff, which today we do understand to be Lyme or something similar or some chronic indolent infection.

And these people were getting better with at least 90% efficacy. Now that number has gone down a little bit over the years. And I think the reason why is because our diets are worse.

I mean, I when I say our I'm talking about the broad community, I am raw food, organic vegetarian, and my diet is rather pristine. I do eat dairy and my mantra is if God didn't make it, don't eat it.

It will surround you, right? Raw, organic. And when in season. But you can't do that all the time. So sometimes I'll eat frozen blueberries in the winter, but in the summer I will eat what is there right raw.

Now, I'm not 100% raw either. When you cook food, you destroy a lot of the nutrients. This is the cold season and I do. I do more cooking to warm up food, but I still eat a big, monstrous raw salad most nights of the week.

So getting back to this, the, with the poor diet, our joy is depleted with the intoxication of the environment. Stress as we go through, people are sicker than they were back then and sometimes it's harder to get them better.

So I'd say overall we were we will get 8,085% results with blood ozone or some form of ozone or oxidation. And we can get into that. And I gotta say, I mean all of us would like 100%, but even Jesus didn't get 100% from what I understand.

So I feel like, okay. Well, I really so during the 2014 Ebola outbreak, you went to Africa and you started treating patients with ozone therapy. Can you describe what your experience was like, including the challenges, the successes, and what you learned from that?

Yeah, I need to correct some perspectives for you. Okay. First, when Ebola came out, I said, geez, we got to take ozone there. And I called my friend Howard Robbins, who does dive direct intravenous gas ozone.

And he he gave me the f it. He said, I'm not going. You can you can go. I said, fine, Howard, I'm going to go and I'm going to take your diving acid and I'm going to use it.

Well, it only took him three seconds to call me back, and he said, same word again. And said, F you ruined. You're not getting all the glory for this.

I'm going to. Oh, good. So we went together and it was it was quite an experience. The president of the country was informed and arranged for us to get a courtesy visas.

We had about $30,000 in donations from various doctors and dentists shipped over there, equipment shipped over there. And we were really set up to make a difference for the entire world.

We met with the president. We met with his Ebola czar, and we met with many people. The one person we didn't meet with was the Minister of Health, who turned out to be the villain in the end.

Oh, and which country was this? Yeah. Excuse me, which country was it? Sierra Leone, the Aurelian. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So you've spoken to everyone. You've got your equipment there, we've got our equipment.

And then we were sent out by the Ebola czar to the Ebola treatment center. Okay. And once we got it, Howard had left. By this time, I went along and I did not intend to treat live Ebola patients, although I was not afraid to.

I am. The reason why is because my family was all up in arms that I made this trip, and they made me promise that I would actually treat, that I would teach.

Okay, so there were at least 50 doctors and nurses and allied health personnel at the center, and the room we were in supposedly wasn't contaminated. And I accepted that.

And by the way, I was taking ozone every day. There was the tank, as we called it, was like 100ft from us. And that's where the patients were. They had a 66 0% risk of dying.

Right? Yes. Zero. So while I'm in the while I'm in the room working with the doctors and nurses and allied health personnel, a call comes in to the head of the center who's a military man, and he is told, if you value your job, there will be no ozone.

And at Hastings, that was the name of the center. And he walked up to me quietly and said that to me, and oh my God, I felt like I was kicked in the gonads.

I just, I crumbled, I, I don't get angry very easy. I don't raise my voice. But after all this effort, I couldn't believe what just happened. And I lost it.

And I said to the people in the room, there will be doctors in this room who will die. I'm really sorry to tell you. And it turned out that he permitted me to continue training and teaching.

The doctors and everyone in the room lined up to get it. They all got it so they knew how to do it. And can you describe a little bit about what direct IV ozone is, what the treatment looks like.

Direct IV ozone. Let's pretend this is a syringe. Yeah. And you fill it up with ozone gas. So you have a syringe that doesn't have liquid medicine and it's got gas.

Correct. You inject it into the vein here. It's a simple it's the simplest form of ozone. There is. Well, rectal is even simpler than giving the gas rectally.

But you can give gas direct intravenous gas. And it is the most cost effective form of ozone. There is no doubt about it. But the problem is that the ozone can be hard on veins.

And I knew that. But for for Ebola, for a quick set of treatments. Big deal to me. No big deal at all. Howard Robbins uses d.i.d ozone not exclusively, but 80 to 90% of what he does.

And he's doing he has 300,000 treatments under his belt, and he's been doing it for 30 years. Yeah. So I wanted to do it that way. Oh, it's that easy.

And a minimum of contamination, really. And what happens when the ozone is injected into the into the vein. What does the ozone then do exactly. Understand.

It's oxygen. Yeah. It's a metabolically active gas. It's not air. Everybody has a sphere. I'm going to die. I'm going to die because there's going into my vein.

Well first of all it takes a minimum of a couple hundred cc's of air to go into your vein to, to do it. It's, that's a gas of them out. Yeah. Yeah. And divide ozone starts with 20 ccs but it's not air is 80% nitrogen.

Right. It's the nitrogen that hurts you, not the ozone because the ozone is burned off very quickly. Yeah. So it sets off a series of very positive responses.

Oh, we got to get back to what happened with Ebola. Yes. It's ozone increases the red cells ability to deliver oxygen and oxygen is life. You get oxygen to those cells that are injured and they can repair because oxygen provides the energy.

Yeah. Your engine your car engine doesn't run off air doesn't get into it. That's oxygen. You can have gas go into it the fuel. But you need oxygen right. Right.

That's heart limiting factor in our body. Yeah. It makes the red cells more flexible. So the red cells can get through smaller capillaries. Okay. To deliver their payload.

It is so it delivers more oxygen red cells more flexible. It improves mitochondrial oxygen combustion. So you make more ATP energy for the cells. It modulates the immune system.

So there's it's general two two parts of the immune system the cellular and the humoral immune system. Humoral is antibody immune system. And they can get out of balance.

Your cellular might be like this. And then you get autoimmune disease. Your humoral can get like this. And then you get allergies asthma and eczema. The idea is to bring it back, bring them back into balance and ozone helps balance it.

Ozone increases what's called the Nrf2 pathway, which is anti-aging in the nucleus of the cell and stimulates the production of antioxidant enzymes, which most people are familiar with superoxide dismutase catalyst, glutathione peroxidase.

And also you think of ozone as an oxidant that's going to destroy your antioxidants. But actually, paradoxically, you use ozone and you get an increase in glutathione in your body, which your body, which is your body's premier antioxidant protector and heavy metal remover.

Yeah, ozone does all these things, and it's an integer. And by increasing as Soddy, this is my opinion, it increases the enzyme telomerase, which is a golden means of living longer.

The strengthening the telomere and I've lectured on this many times. Yeah. So this is what ozone does. And when you think about that just those you can think, oh my God this is not going to treat any specific disease.

It's a specific treatment that's going to treat a whole bunch of diseases because of the metabolic effects that it does. Right, right. And it's antiviral too.

And oh my God, that's what led me to Ebola. Ozone is directly antiviral and antibacterial. Ozone on contact with a bacteria is like a cannonball shot through it.

And and what it does with viruses is inactivates them. I looked at the chemistry of the Ebola virus, and it was known that on its surface it has sulfide rule groups, s h groups by all groups, and they need to be reduced for the virus to be able to enter the cell that was shown in CMV, or EBV even in polio virus, that these have some viral groups on their surface proteins and what ozone does is it chops them off so the virus can't open the cookie jar to get it.

So I knew we would be okay. Yeah. I just knew we would be able to treat Ebola as vicious as the virus is. And so here's what happened. I was kicked out.

I was I was happy to get out with my life because I knew that pharma had something to do with this through the Ministry of Health. And we found out later from a South African dentist that Pharma went to the Ministry of Health and told them, if you don't get rid of the ozone project, we're going to pull out of here.

Wow, together. So they felt like they had their gonads in a stranglehold and I was thrown out. So they in my opinion, they murdered people. Before you were thrown out, were you getting some good results with the did ozone.

Not till afterwards. Okay. What happened? One of the doctors in that room stuck himself with a needle. Three weeks later and I was contacted, and I actually had photographed him getting training.

Yeah. And we said, you know how to do it. We left you the protocol and you have the machines. And he was already getting a fever and Ebola is like this.

No symptoms, no symptoms, slight symptoms and then crash. And then you get the 60% death rate. He was at the very slight deterioration because he had a fever, 60% risk of death.

If he told his superiors, he'd be thrown into the tank and left to see if he lived or died. Yeah, if they were lucky, if they got water. Well, he went and got ozone immediately.

Didn't get any worse. And it was all better in a couple days. Well, he then started bringing ozone gas clandestinely into the tank, and the death rate fell from 60% to 25%, and no one knew why.

Then we got to a couple more people, some ancillary personnel who got sick with Ebola. They recovered. Then, a guy including a doctor who got Ebola went and he took he was offered our treatment and he took it and he recovered.

And his colleagues, other colleagues teased him afterwards saying, you didn't. You couldn't have had Ebola or you'd have been dead. He recovered like in a day or two.

I mean, note is, this is hard to believe. Yeah. The chief doctor in the country gets Ebola. He's a surgeon. He stuck himself with a needle during Operation.

Our team goes to him, and he's a staunchly Western trained doctor who was trained in England. He's is. No, I won't do it. I want ZMapp. ZMapp was flown in for him that night.

And while it was thawing out, he died in the meantime, his consort was placed under military arm guard at her house. She wasn't allowed out of the front, and she knew she was in big, big trouble.

And we didn't know it at the time. But she already was symptomatic and I didn't know it when I wrote the article. She climbed over a razor wire fence in her backyard, evaded the guards, got to our people, and she recovered.

So that was five. So we had five cases. I published it and the world didn't pick it up because the world is run by pharma, which runs the the press. As we could see with Covid, what happened with the press.

And I saw it was this. And the word really didn't get out, though it was published in the African Journal of Infectious Diseases. To me, it should have been a worldwide event that you have something that literally cost $0.20 per treatment, and it would be affordable to even most of the poor Africans, and it didn't get anywhere.

Yeah. Anyway, it was used here for Covid amongst our peers. We got good results. David Brownstein got good results in ozone can be given in various forms.

It doesn't have to be divvy. And when you're dealing with something like Ebola, you want to do something with minimal contamination, right. But ozone can be given in your ear.

You can make water and drink it. You can get it rectally. Women can take advantage. Generally you can take it. I am subcutaneously, I mean, any you mention, you just can't breathe it.

That's the only way you can't take goes. I even gave it in the spinal canal to a patient 30 years ago who had ALS. It didn't work, I'm sorry to say, but that's how desperate I was to try to help the man.

Yeah, yeah, well, so how do you incorporate ozone therapy into a broader functional medicine framework? And can you provide an example of, like a treatment plan that combines ozone therapy with other modalities?

Yeah. We consider ourselves holistic physicians. My wife and I, my wife is Terry Sue. And she's the primary person. Right now for political reasons, which I won't get into.

The most important thing is getting someone to address what they're putting into their body. As I told you before, the three main causes of disease are malnutrition, toxins and stress.

You got to address those. So we we try to get them to clean up and we'll give nutritional supplements where we think those supplements might help their body or the process that's going on in their body.

It's very targeted. And we use kinesiology to make that determination of what to give. So we don't give unnecessary stuff. Toxins have to be taken out.

We check most people for heavy metals. We take a very detailed toxic history. And if we find a toxic history, we work on that to try to detoxify them.

And there's ways to do that depending on what the toxin is. If it's a metal, we use chelating agents, nutritional agents, if it's, petrochemicals. We use things to try to help their liver function, glutathione function and ozone.

So you say, how do we work it in? Well, we're known for ozone and oxidation and we do ozone. And I don't want to leave out ultraviolet blood or radiation therapy because it's up there in the oxidation therapies.

Also is high dose vitamin C. We do a little high dose vitamin C because it's hard on veins and it's expensive. And I can I can get the same or in my opinion a better result using ozone which is less expensive.

And I can do it so that it's not hard on veins. I've had hundreds and hundreds myself, many hundreds of treatments, and my veins are still relatively good.

Yeah, just sticking the vein, though repeatedly is going to damage the vein. Overture. Sure. So we integrate this when somebody comes in, let's say they have Lyme disease because we see a lot of Lyme.

We also see a lot of pain. So we would need to address that too. Typically we do what we call high dose ozone therapy on them once or twice a week. And we see results very quickly usually with the higher doses.

And we'll do it for one or 1 or 2 times a week and then taper down. And by then most of the people are saying, wow, my mind is clear. I have videos on my YouTube channel and nobody has to believe what I'm saying.

We have people who are crippled walking into the office dancing out because we put ozone into their joint. So it depends what they come in with, how they get the ozone.

If it's a systemic problem like an autoimmune disease or Lyme, we like to give it systemically. Ivy we try to get everybody or most people to get a home ozone machine so they can do it rectally, which ultimately will save them money because our ozone is a lot more expensive than home rectal ozone and ozone.

Rectal home rectal ozone will eventually get you there. It's just slower. It's not nearly as effective as what we do, but it still will help and will keep you out of the office.

Right? We you come in with joint pain. Now that's a different story. We're going to give it to you in your joint. And if you want a systemic treatment you can have it.

But typically the biggest problem is knees more than anything else. But we see a lot of low back pain. We see neck pain, and the gas gets put right into the local site.

And with the knee 85% recovery and avoidance of surgery, again, no, 100%. I got to be happy with that. There's other guys who are doing stem cells and exosomes and they're really expensive, really expensive.

They're doing PRP, platelet rich plasma, intermediate expense. We do a little bit of that, but the ozone works so well across the board. I've just stuck with that.

And then if we don't get them, well, they can go to the exosome or the stem cell guy. Yeah. Although we're looking into that. We're looking in the exosomes now.

So let's put that aside. Ozone I think does at least 80 plus percent of what those very expensive therapies do. Yeah. Yeah. Can you talk a little more about some of the other oxidative bio oxidative treatments that you do at your practice, like the UV radiation.

Yeah. There's a device we have that we like call him a woman. There's others. But I think this is the best one. You can draw blood through this box that has several lights in it, including ultraviolet.

And this was known in this country since the late 1930s to cure disease. This is before antibiotics. And we have an original, not machine built in the 1950s.

And it still works. And it's miraculous. And there's articles on this curing the most serious infections you can imagine in the 1940s, when there were no antibiotics and even cured them when the early antibiotics failed, the blood is exposed to the ultraviolet light and initiates a series of reactions similar to ozone.

So I termed it. I termed it photo oxidation, the cure that time forgot. And I published that article. Photo oxidation the cure that I've forgotten and it works very well.

Ozone is easier to do in my opinion, but ultraviolet blood irradiation works similarly and you can combine them so you can if you're doing a blood ozone treatment, you can put the ultraviolet device in line, which I yes, that is that is what you trained me to do.

And that's the setup I have now when I do my either hyperbaric ten pass or the ozone dialysis, I always put it in line with the hemoglobin just to get that extra boost of the UV radiation for bio oxidative medicine.

So yeah, I'm very happy with that. So you if I can ask, switch subjects a little bit and and ask about your medical freedom initiative. So you spearheaded Alaska's first initiative to provide statutory protection for integrative medical treatments.

What motivated this effort and what impact has it had in the practice of integrative medicine? The year was 1990 and I was only into this medicine a few years.

I started ozone in 1986. Calculation I started in 85. I think I'm and I saw doctors across the country losing licenses for doing integrative medicine and not hurting anybody simply because they strayed from the pharma paradigm.

And I said, well, gee whiz, if it's happening to them, it could ultimately happen here. And Alaska has a small population. Half of it was in Anchorage.

And I had I was on the radio and I had access to a large portion of the population. I thought, hey, I have a shot at getting this. Asked here is a protection for our integrative medicine.

And I went to my state representative and a man came into the office as a patient who was a state senator, and we treated him and he liked what he got.

And he said, oh, he definitely would help. So I thought it was an ideal time and place to do it. And so in 1990, it was too late in 89. In 1990, I had it introduced into the House of Representatives, who by a representative who was very open minded, it was we were doing well with it, and the medical mob came out and blocked it. And, and they were really hot after me.

And in fact, they imported John Renner, a quack buster, to debate me before a joint session of the Anchorage Medical Society and Anchorage Dental Society.

That never happened before, and they never had a joint meeting. So they imported him. They they barred the public. And the public was really pissed. It made the news.

And he spoke about all the quackery. He talked about dancing around patients, women coming up and pressing their breasts against next to heal the patient, all kinds of nonsense stuff.

And in one breath he threw in ki lation just to put collation in that category. And in the meantime I went next. I was given the choice of. And this was rigged.

The whole thing was rigged. Yeah. The chairman of the society wanted me to be put down and lose my license. I spoke about Mercury Amalgam as a poison, and I did that because the dentists were there and I had real science.

They were all blown away. They thought they were coming to see a real quack, and they left there. Some of them came up to me and said, we're really sorry you did.

You totally put this guy down. Yeah. And what the guy did later was he tried to come back and attack the source of the information I had because he couldn't attack the information in any way that the public was, was, was pissed about this.

I was on the radio, my bill was in, and I had to make an agreement with one particular representative that I would be held to a higher standard than the medical mob.

The bill originally said the board shall not make a finding a professional incompetence solely on the basis that a licensee's practice is unconventional or and I got the word or experimental added, believe it or not, somebody put that in.

But in the absence of solely on the basis that my practice was unconventional or experimental, this representative wanted to make sure the patient isn't harmed.

Right. So we had to add the word. In the absence of demonstrable physical harm to a patient, I insisted on the word physical because I didn't want them to invent some psychological stuff.

Yeah. So with that representative's help, we got it to the with the House of Representatives. My patient, Senator, got it through the Senate, because it was attached to another bill that the governor wanted.

He signed it. And that was the first bill in North American history that protected unconventional medicine. And it was subsequently passed in other states.

That's awesome. So we all owe you a huge debt of gratitude. So thank you. You're welcome. It was my duty, but it hasn't ended. It hasn't ended. Right? Right.

They will find other ways to get you if they want to get you. Yeah. No doubt, no doubt. So through platforms like YouTube and Facebook, you share insights into your medical approaches.

How do these platforms enhance patient education and engagement? Facebook censored me over Covid 3 or 4 years ago, so I quit up. Okay? And I won't go back.

I went to Substack and I read the column on Substack. You can get to simply go to our office website. A pop up will come and you can subscribe. And there's free version and a paid version.

The paid version is a nominal $38 a year to me. I mean, for some people that might seem like a lot. I try to give information that will save them $38 with every every post I write.

And I just wrote about ozone needed glycerin, which is mind blowing and we don't have to go there with this podcast. We can do that later. Okay, so I do Substack, I do interviews, and the word is to try and educate people.

And that's what I'd like to do educate. I have that and I have YouTube and I will admit, this brings in people who are open minded, who have watched it because it's inspirational.

When you see somebody hobble into the office and dance out swinging their hips. Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely. So looking ahead, what developments do you foresee in the field of vaccination medicine?

How do you envision these advancements shaping the future of integrative health care? Well, we had a blessing in the last election, and I have to admit, I wanted to see Bobby Kennedy run and win the election.

He didn't have a chance after the two against Biden, where the Democratic Party forced him to get out and install Kamala Harris. And I don't know what your politics are or what other politics are, but as far as I'm concerned, they're all puppets.

I don't know how much of a puppet Trump would be, but it's clear he's not that much of a puppet, or they wouldn't have gone to these lengths to either kill him or kill him politically.

Kennedy got together with him. He contacted Kamala Harris, who didn't even call him back. Trump did. Bobby Kennedy offered to work with him, and Trump honored the deal and now has nominated him to be HHS secretary.

Kennedy is against forced vaccines, as you and I are. I'm not against vaccines. Yeah, I want to get a vaccine. Go and do it. Was informed consent. I'm against forced vaccines.

And Kennedy is concerned about the impact of forced childhood vaccines on children. And I know he he's he knows about oxidation medicine. And I've been in contact with him by email.

Okay. So with him as head of HHS, I believe there is real hope that we could see a paradigm shift at the FDA or other agencies that deal with health and wellness and disease, because he knows about these things, and he will be not the head of FDA.

He'll be the head of the head of the FDA. As HHS secretary. So we could be in a really good position. And I know people who know him better. I mean, I have a decent relationship.

I can just send them an email, but I know people who know him personally and hopefully can get this moving, and I know he's interested. So that's one thing Trump, I believe, is going to be interested as well, because he was snookered with the Covid epidemic.

I even got my materials to Trump. He handed it off to somebody else, maybe pence or someone else. And then it got put in the round file. Yeah, yeah. I'm not blaming Trump.

He's a layman. And he was ignorant. I don't think he's that ignorant anymore. After what happened. Yeah. So I see great things potentially happening if Kennedy gets confirmed.

So I'm lobbying my followers to lobby there U. S. senators to make sure he gets confirmed, because farm is going to have their demons out everywhere to try and stop this.

And I've already seen it in conventional writings ridiculing him. Even Saturday Night Live spoofed him. Yeah, yeah, but Kennedy is one of the best men we have.

So politically, I see that on the agenda, helping the whole country and us. There has been what could be a major advance in oxidation therapy in the form of ozone aided glycerin, which I have written about in my Substack and iQOS unaided glycerin as a form of portable ozone, where you can carry it around in a jar or tube and be able to administer it to yourself.

Any number of ways. We've already used it and we've seen some results. It would have been totally unexpected. And this was this was brought by Doctor Jim Bridge of Oregon, who educated me at a recent workshop, and I just jumped right on it because it made good sense.

And we have seen results in the office, and it's great. So that could be a big advance. What else can I tell you, Julianne, I guess, do you see a role for ozone and other integrative approaches for like the next health crisis or the next pandemic? Oh my God, remember I told you that viruses have a peculiar vulnerability.

They have to have reduce of hydro groups, which my analogy is these fingers. And this finger can't open the cookie jar if it doesn't have fingers. If it's like this it can't.

If it has fingers it can open. If you treat a person with ozone I mean ozone is known to wipe out the virus on contact 99.9% kill a direct kill. Now when you give an accident in the blood or to the body, you're not getting ozone to contact the virus directly because the ozone is quenched by the body.

Yeah, that's an ideal treatment because now you have a particle, a virus particle floating around that's antigenic, meaning it will stimulate the immune system for a healthy response.

But it's not an effective. And so what's the ideal treatment? Bacterial infection. Yes. You can treat bacteria the same way. What's the proof of that?

I had a woman with a conventionally untreatable hip prosthetic infection. I published this case first ever. She had two hip prosthesis. The right one got infected.

The doctors didn't know what the organism was, because when they tried to culture it, it was negative. Why? Because you can't culture biofilm. And the prosthetic had a biofilm in it, so they didn't know what it was.

She came to me low grade fever, and the hip joint was slightly swollen. I put ozone into it and treated her with systemic tenderness therapy. She went back to Los Angeles.

She was a low mid-level actress and sent her to somebody we had trained who continued the work because she got a subsequent culture and it was positive.

So the ozone broke up. The biofilm enabled it to be cultured. And believe it or not, I told her at the time, you have a problem in the tooth based on kinesiology.

It was like, oh yeah, it was positive. I said, go back to LA and have it looked at. It was positive for a cavitation or infection. The organism that they cultured was an organism, an oral cavity organism in the hip, in the hip.

So it had spread to her hip. That's crazy. Spread to her hip. Fortunately, she did what I said. She had a root canal, worked on her, removed. They gave her ampicillin, which is a low level oral drug.

She continue to get ozone. And she became the first person in history to have a prosthetic hip infection cured without having surgery or intravenous antibiotics.

That's awesome. That's really, truly amazing. What a gift. Published it. Wow. That's great. Wow. And we we've used it for autoimmune disease because it was the immune system.

You got to try to find the source of the autoimmune disease which could be the mouth. I've got an incredible case of a field hand who we saw in our backyard.

He looked like he was dying and he had to remind my. I don't speak Spanish. Yeah, he said one word I understood. You're mad at me or Cetus, and I said, oh my God, yeah.

In my backyard I diagnosed severe teeth infections. And I gave him at the house on. Yeah. And I shot up his teeth. He was able to do his work. And I said, you got to go to a dentist.

And he refused and refused because he didn't have a lot of money. And I even offered to cover it at a friend's house because this was a really good man.

Yeah. Yeah. My friend was a dentist. He he had this man had a lot of pride. He finally went to a Mexican dentist, had the work done, came back, continued to get ozone.

All this time, we weaned him off of more drugs. When I saw him, he was on a supply of methotrexate, prednisone, 120mg L. And it's okay for the viewer.

That's a it's a k is a measure of muscle damage was 9000. And it shouldn't have been more than about 400 in him. On all those drug is 9000 and looks like death.

And in three months after the teeth were fixed we were able to get him off of all of his drugs including the prednisone. He continued to get ozone. I videoed him, he's on YouTube in tears, thankful to this day that he never felt better in his whole life.

And he still gets ozone. That's amazing. That's really cool that all of your stories are just amazing. And I think I've always thought that the main, one of the main problems with ozone is that it sounds too good to be true, that you say benefits and you're like, really?

If it's that good, why haven't I heard about it? Why hasn't my doctor heard about it? You know, and I'll give you an answer. Yeah. Have you ever heard the term the tomato effect? No.

It was published in Jama. Okay. The tomato effect is is ascribed to a therapy that works so well that no one can believe it. Yeah, yeah. In the Journal of the American Medical Association.

So when I write my articles and reviews which are published, I mentioned that ozone suffers from the tomato effect. Okay. And the FDA is evil. Yeah, yeah.

The FDA has a regulation that says that ozone is a toxic gas with no known medical applications, which just a lie. It's a little taste. Lie. Yeah, it's a lie.

I said evil, it's vile, evil, malevolent and satanic. If you want to use that word. Because it's a lie. Is it a toxic gas? Yes. If you breathe it, it's hard on the lungs.

I'm not going to dispute that as a gas inhale. No medical applications with thousands of articles. Yeah. It's a lot. And and if he's going to get I asked him.

Yeah I sent him an email with that regulation and he says when we get in this will be fixed. Well we have come to the end of our time. And I just wanted to say again how thankful I am of you coming on and sharing all of your wealth of information and your stories.
