Do You Really Need a Blood Cleanse to Detox?

Founder & Practitioner, Golden Path Alchemy
- Match the intensity to how toxic you actually are. Natalie sees a deep intervention like therapeutic plasma exchange as something for people who are very ill and need a fast clean-up. For someone with a few exposures, she would choose a lighter approach, guided by a practitioner who knows your labs.
- No single filter clears everything. Natalie points out that each blood filtration method targets certain things and leaves others behind. She uses mold as an example: the full-body cleanse she supports doesn’t remove it, so it needs its own protocol.
- The clean-up continues after the treatment ends. We keep picking up exposures through air, water, food, and travel, so Natalie pairs any treatment with steady daily support. For her, that includes the sauna several times a week.

Opening and Personal Motivation 0:00
I have a very strong opinion on the vaccine, especially the mRNA, Pfizer and Moderna. My father passed away almost two years ago in May now, and he had surprise stage four cancer, herbal cancer. and that's what my father definitely got. He knew it, he knew on the hospital bed, I knew. And I spent a lot of time in the ER those 10 days and I asked the nurses a lotta questions that I got my answers to. That's really why I've even more so wanted to become a voice to help create awareness for people to wake up and take this very seriously because you need to clean your blood.
What if aging isn't about slowing down, but leveling up? I'm Dr. Isaac Jones. This is the Longevity Leaders Podcast. Hi, I am Dr Ashley Beckman here with Langevity Leader's Podcast, and I m here With Natalie Lefebvre. LeFebvre. Yes. How are you doing today? l'm doing excellent. All right. So we've been chatting a little bit and l want to hear more about what inspired you on your health journey with everything that you're creating and doing. Well, I was exposed to environmental toxins, got really sick about 18 years ago, was in the hospital.
The first three antibiotics didn't work. Scared me, really. And I had to get really serious about my health. I have the best doctor in Munich. I just kept seeing stuff going wrong and funny in the labs. And he said, don't worry about it. Eventually I said I'm going to take this into my own hands. I am not a doctor, but I sure know how to read labs and I studied computer information systems. So I figured out the lay of the land and started chasing these revolutionary kind of labs, as I dug deeper and deeper, I started finding all my toxins, glyphosate, parasites, but not every lab is the same, right?
Not every microbiome test is, is a right one, a lot are for the trash.
Health Crisis and Toxin Discovery 2:06
So I got really deep and, and had to, or got to figure out my problems. And that's what really started my journey. And the more I dug in the, more, I learned about toxins, the detox protocols and ones in Europe and Middle East and America. And then I got really into the blood cleanse filtration mechanisms because in Germany, we do have the aphoresis. Yes. So I've done the Ibu, the Enosferesis, what I love now and support is the Purify, which is a full body blood cleanse, where it's not just limited to cleaning the plasma only, and it is all about the filter.
The filter or the adsorber and what kind of particle size of nanotoxins, What can those filters truly take out so that you can help your body naturally heal? So with this specific technology, what are the toxins that it specifically targets? So the Purify, the full body takes out cytokines, inflammation markers, forever chemicals. I had super high arsenic, which is in And I have MTHFR and I guess my bucket was full. So with that and adding a little bit of hypothermia, which was about 38 degrees temperature, that's the body's natural healing mechanism is to create a fever.
So inducing that fever with the full body blood cleanse, a lot of my heavy metals, the arsenic super high went away and yeah, forever chemicals. And it also gets rid of barbiturates. Oh yeah. I also know someone that I found his wife was going through chemo. So this helps like with oncology, helps with cancer. We're actually going to bring the machine to. a cancer clinic in Cancun this year. And so after the chemo, she would clean her blood with this mechanism and she kept her hair for a full year after all the chemos.
So it gets rid of a lot of different toxins. We need to better understand what blood filtrations really do versus what influencers say like, oh, this gets rid of everything. That's not true. Like you asked me, does it get rid mold? No, I wish it would, but it doesn't. We have other ways for that. Yeah. And there's more lengthier protocols. But my goal is to find that Filtration, which I had a successful call yesterday that we could maybe help people with mold because it's such a big, big problem and it takes so many months to get rid of and you're, you know, re-toxing by dragging to your house or hotel rooms.
Yes. Things that are out of your control. And my goal is to really create awareness in the industry about the truths behind Ibu. Yeah. TFE, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, which is where you remove your albumin and take human-derived albumine or synthetic back into your body.
Blood Cleanse and Filtration Therapies 5:00
And I think that our body can naturally heal if you do certain things. So I'm kind of against some of the things that people are promoting out there, and I that the truth and the details is what should be discussed. For sure. So let's get into that. Okay. What are some either pitfalls or some reasons why you would not suggest TPE? Well, unless you're super toxic, so based on your unique blueprint and diagnostic issue, like based your toxins, maybe it is the right thing for you. But I think someone doing TPE is someone who's highly toxic.
Their bucket is super full. You're already in the hospital. you have certain serious disease. So you need a deep cleanup fast to help your body get back on track. Um, so for that type of client, it might be ideal, but if you just have a couple of heavy metals or certain exposure, you do not need to go that deep. And I think there's even research that says that it can reduce, um, your, increase your aging. It's a heavy duty, uh, procedure for your body. So take something, choose something lighter.
Uh, in this case also human derived albumin, you're taking someone else's albumins. So just think on, on a level of consciousness. I don't think that they've cleaned it, and considered everything like down to all different variety of parasites or bacteria that you could be putting back in to your body. The energetics of that. Synthetic, I mean, don't even need to go further on that. And I've heard of some people, have a client in Dubai, he's a CEO and he had a reaction. They also didn't, many of these blood cleanse, they don' put the right IV post-op, so you should actually be putting back really great minerals and vitamins because it takes out some of the good stuff too.
So I'm very much against the TPE. I know it's big trend. I know Dr. Darshan Shah, a sweet friend of mine, has been promoting it and everybody's getting on the bandwagon, but I think that if you're healthy like Brian Johnson or Gary Breca, you don't really need to go that far. What are the risks? And some people are having very serious reactions to it. It happens a lot with different interventions, right? I have a lots of very sensitive clients and they react to ozone very severely, and it can potentially push back a a of the progress we've gotten because it reactivate a lo of viruses and things like that.
So that exactly what you're saying is why the Ibu is also not so ideal. Let's go into that. Yeah. I have two doctor friends that have parked their machines because every three out of five patients have had a reaction. Can't even say the clinic, but I had lady reach out to me because I also help look at root cause and diagnose and help guide people to the right clinics with the correct procedures or what labs they may be missing. And this gentleman also during the Ibu had a massive immune reaction.
So it is more of an ozonation and an oxygenation. I don't think people are checking for G6PD. Yeah, I have G 6PD, you know. Um, so are they following the right protocol or do they really have so many issues that this is causing a reaction? Yeah. And it's not, it doesn't really clean. Right. Uh, that's why they sell packages of five of the Ibu.
Concerns About TPE and IBU 8:42
So the Ebu is really a big, big hype. Like you said, you've experienced it yourself. Definitely. Yeah, and again, a lot of people are sold these different options that look like a nice shortcut, right, to the lengthy protocols that I give them. And everyone is definitely, I was looking for something to speed up the progress and I am on board with that, but a lot of patients can't handle what they've you know, something that someone has given to them as an option because it's very popular, right?
Ibu now TPE is kind of the next newest thing. Yeah. And again, a lot of very sensitive clients and some people just wouldn't even know if they were sensitive until they get the treatment. If you're a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, or other health expert that's stuck in a broken system, there's a better way. Sometimes you want to get that fast clean up, but it cannot get rid of everything. So we need people like you where you can maybe do the clean-up, the right kind of blood cleanse, based on if you are getting rid pathogens or heavy metals or cytokines and it will help you.
but not the Ibu or TPE. I believe in the aphoresis, enosferesis, or the Purify, which is a full-body blood cleanse with a resin absorber. And the absorbers can take out smaller nanoparticles, size of toxins, versus a filter, Which is what the apheresis plasma cleanse uses. Then I think we need to add on protocols like we're doing for mold. parasites, certain bacterias, you have to add that on because a lot of these blood cleanse mechanisms are not doing that job. So it's a twofold. And then what I've seen, because I did it myself, I'm re-toxing.
If I have methylation issues and my detox pathways are super ideal, like I am the girl that needs the sauna four times a week and I need to keep supporting that in my body, but we need to add on the daily. We need add the on daily and keep in mind that we're also re-toxing with the air, water, food. You're going out to restaurants. Yep, nobody can live in a bubble. You're traveling. We do get exposed to so many things. So you mentioned something, does it help with spike proteins? Yes, it helps clear the spike protein, but as we know, the spiked proteins are always regrowing and multiplying.
It has helped with long COVID, helps with the spikes protein issue.
Spike Proteins, Oxygen, and Recovery 11:54
The problem with spiked proteins also is they constrict your arterioles, so you have less blood flow. So I always recommend add blood circulation, like a natokinase, lumbrokinase resveratrol, or working out, you know, getting the body moving, hot and cold, and oxygen. Really important to add oxygen and check our oxygen levels. Not the one, the test that you put on your finger. The deeper test, I know MiScreen does that. And really knowing if you're absorbing the oxygen properly or if see the dark blood, that's also a clear sign.
And yeah, so making sure you do the HBOT if can at the pressure of 2.0. I know in America it's only limited to like 1.3 or 1,5 in many places, but that repeat consistent oxygen, not just like a one-off and in two weeks another one off. Um, I also advise some of my clients to just buy a professional grade oxygen tank. Yeah. This big stick that mask on 20, 30 minutes, you know, in the privacy of your home. Uh, invest in that. It's like five, 600 bucks. That's also a game changer. If you've got spike proteins.
What's because I test for spike protein and a lot of clients and it's been amazing to see, You know if let's say they got the vaccine maybe not four years ago, some numbers are still in the 20,000. Wow. And it's pretty interesting, right? So it is a big issue for sure. Well, I have a very strong opinion on the vaccines, especially the mRNA, Pfizer and Moderna. My father passed away almost two years ago in May now, and he had surprise stage four cancer, turbo cancer. A word which only started existence since the vaccinations.
And that's what my father definitely got. He knew it, he knew on the hospital bed, I knew. I spent a lot of time in the ER those 10 days and I asked the nurses a lotta questions that I got my answers to. And that's really why I've even more so wanted to become a voice to help create awareness for people to wake up and take this very seriously because you need to clean your blood. You have to increase that oxygen. And I think this was the biggest mass genocide ever in history. There's a court case going on in Amsterdam where they have Pfizer and now I'm forgetting his name, I'll just refer to him as a devil, but, Bill Gates.
And sorry, it just landed from Dubai yesterday. It's been 20 hours travels. But yeah, so there's a court case going on and I hope that they can really hold the people responsible and people need to be proactive. We can do maintenance. Dr. McCullough talks about it and there's a lot we can but you've got to stay on the ball. You've gotta be pro-active.
Vaccine Concerns and Family Loss 15:18
Where can people find these machines that you're talking about? Well, we have a clinic now in Cancun that's opening in two months. So one is Hope for Cancer, which is great for oncology. It's great cancer patients who have root-cause toxins that over many years have created disease. I talk about how to outsmart your toxins, and I truly believe that finding them, clearing them also with Alzheimer's dementia, Uh, Parkinson's is research proven a environmental toxins exposure over years, especially the pesticides.
Yes. Yeah. Um, pesticides or, you know, more horrible stuff, even, uh, benzene or being over that gas stove. I have a client that, well, I can say it. It's my sister. And, um, and I just smelled the, the gas, stove, And I was like, ah, this needs to be fixed. Then I did the total toxins test from Vibrant. Sure enough, it showed up and I'm like, I told you. Yeah. So yeah, so we're hope for cancer in Cancun, but this is also really great for longevity. Great for long COVID spike proteins, cytokines, especially those forever chemicals.
We're opening in Dubai at a hospital as well as Abu Dhabi also this year. And yeah. It's very exciting. And you have a podcast as well? Yes. I have Legacy Lice, L-Y-F-E on Instagram. I morph between travel, luxury travel and health and well-being from more science-based, data-driven research, as well as energy, because I believe that we all have emotional and energetic toxins, and those are really important. Your nervous system is the motherboard. And the only way we can really heal and detox is if our body is in homeostasis.
Yes, it feels safe. So I've done all the Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats and meditation. I always dabble in all varieties of energy healing, sound baths. Frequency, I believe, is the future of medicine. And as Tesla and Albert Einstein also said, the feature is frequency medicine, So I believe, you know, there's a lot of great here at the conference, like electromagnetic wave beds. It's all about the different frequency and currency of light energy that can help ourselves on the cellular level naturally move those toxins.
Yeah, the voltage and everything is just all very, very important. We wish it was easier, right? But there's so many different layers. And again, these toxins really disrupt that and it can be the physical toxins or our emotional toxins and stored grief and trauma.
Cancer, Longevity, and Clinic Expansion 18:18
So many layers 100%. So you help your clients also with the emotional trauma? Good. I work with Chinese medicine and homeopathy and both of them. emotions and trauma and the emotional connection to a disease, you cannot make a distinction. Exactly. Yes, exactly. Yeah. Also, it's interesting with biological dentistry, I talk about that as well. Oh, yeah. That tooth chart. You need that cone beam scan, not just an regular x-ray. There's a lady, Dr. Cintron, she has a file of all her patients where you can tell that each tooth is linked to specific organ.
Right. And each organ has an emotion, the liver is anger, The spleen is worry. Yep. The kidney is fear. So lungs is sadness and grief. And yeah, if I relate it all back to my father and where he had his urothelial primary. went to the liver and the lungs, 100%. He'd left his home, they overthrew the government, he moved to Costa Rica, new place, so he didn't have that base, root chakra of home. The root chakras wasn't grounded. Grounded. And then the livers was anger holding on to what happened back then with the overthrow of the Government and this sadness and grief with a divorce of my mom.
It's all interconnected. We cannot And when we look at medicine today, traditional medicine is obviously completely outdated. But when you look it today we have to put the whole part of the humans into consideration of where they're at. Because you can physically heal them, but it could come back or they are not in a positive, love and light state. That's the thing as a practitioner, you could clean out people's toxins and their labs look great. And their symptoms don't improve if they haven't worked on the mindset, the nervous system, and stored traumas.
It's very interesting to see. Yeah, which there's also stories of people with Alzheimer's that have it on their labs, but they have no symptoms. So how is that possible, right? Or how was even the placebo effect possible? So we are electromagnetic beings. We are beings of consciousness. I just did Ibogaine in January. I was called to it because I'm African from the Seychelles Islands. And I don't believe in overdoing these things, but I do love it for personal growth. For me, it was beautiful. Conversations.
Wow. Yeah. So what I believe happened was my electrospectrum of light opened up.
Emotional Healing, Frequency, and Future Medicine 21:00
Yes. You know, in this 3D world, we only see five colors. And birds can see more. That opened for me. We had conversations where he told me, like, pay attention. When you feel something here, Pay attention to what you see. He told to watch out for my heart. Pay Attention. And I did a really cool lab three months later and recently, and they mixed the epigenetics with genetics because that's where it is. It's in the effigenics. And something showed up about the heart. I called my sister, I'm like, Papa was right.
He told me in this session and he was. So I believe that that energetic emotional component is really key it is. Probably the biggest key out of it all. Well, where can everybody find you? This has been so fascinating. Yeah, I've enjoyed this. On Instagram, it's ilannatalie.com. I'll be headed to bio cyber not soon in a week. I'm going to do my brain training. So great. Go in phases of different things. And, and this month and next month will be all about the brain. Yeah, just always working on the next layer, the personal growth and trying to bring that to others so that I can help awaken and provide healing for my friends, myself, my family and my audience.
Perfect. Well, it was such a pleasure. I always love, you know, when we love the same things. It's always interesting because again, I'm so passionate about toxins because that's what got me into this. But then layering in all the emotional side and nervous system pieces and energy and frequency. Yeah. Again, It''s just all connected. And I think clients and patients, even though it seems difficult, we do need to do all of it. We do. It's so funny, like one of the simplest also techniques that I wish I had taken more seriously years ago when I started this journey is breath.
Ah, yes, breath work is amazing. It sounds like, eh, whatever. Yeah, you can really release a lot of emotions with that and things come up. Yeah, I'm glad that we agree and I hope that the future of medicine will be better at understanding and implementing all these mechanisms in the right way so that protocol can be fully efficient that people don't have to go back to square one. Right, yeah, it's the combination of science and spirit and putting it all together. I like that, science in spirit, yes.
Thank you. Thank
