Exosome Training for Physicians: What’s Inside the Masterclass

But I wanted to focus on the masterclass, just something I created a few years ago. In it, we have the ability to educate and train doctors and advanced practice nurses. So let's get into that. Some of the reviews here are present, but basically the reason I did this, I want to be sort of helping other people treat themselves, their loved ones, and their patients in a way to enhance care because we really don't have that many things that can cure disease. Although I'm not allowed to say we're curing stuff, the circumstantial results are quite Quite impressive.

Recently, this gentleman, Dr. Armin Nikogoshian, who had treated his son and his patients for over a year, joined up with us and he added three more modules to the online training course. Those modules I'll show you here include what is autism, how to use exosomes in autism and case studies and administrative pearls. So we won't go too long, but I just wanted to give you an overview. A few years ago, I created this online course. It's evergreen, accessible anytime you want. There are 20 video lessons created over 20 weeks.

And the first one is, do MSCX films work? And we'll talk about the... animal studies, using them in heart attack, stroke, arthritis. And then lesson two is, well, we get in trouble. We talk about the FDA, what its purview is. The Federal Trade Commission, even local medical boards.

What kind of language to use and what kind consent process is involved with doing this in an ethical and safe way. Lesson three was which brand should we choose? And over the years I've done many videos explaining why you can't measure exosomes. So that's an interesting one. My experience is that through the lab that I have used, it's always been potent. Never had a bad batch and the quality control is quite high. But we go into why can you really compare brands of exasomes very easily. Then lesson four, we talk about how much we should charge.

Basically the ethics of that, I don't believe in charging. Too much and that also ensures that we have many repeat customers you fix their needs they come back for their shoulders. Less than six, we go into the science of exosomes and Dr. Arman does a really great job in his module talking about the microRNA that caused a stem cell differentiation, shall we say, or young behavior. Number eight by popular demand is when should we use ultrasound? Now, when I started out, I was trained in all the ultrasound procedures, but I find that it has limited use, maybe facets, the hip joint, certainly, and nerve localization, When ultrasound is helpful when it's not Lesson 9 is muscles tendons and ligaments lesson 10 is knees we go into knee pathology Which is one of our popular treatments and the shoulders.

These are all great anatomical reviews for you We talk about hips in lesson 12 and then lesson 13 is the nervous system And over the years, some of the most gratifying patients we've had, stroke recovery, nerve damage, neuralgia, neuropathy. So that's very exciting. And of course, the autism module touches upon that as well. Lesson 14, we talk about the back. I just recently had some great success treating my own mom who couldn't walk three and a half months ago. Now she's back up to speed for whatever reason after two epidural exosome injections.

Lesson 15 is facial rejuvenation. Of course, very popular. I just had mine done two days ago. As you can see, it's not really peeling yet and it is not red. And I hope to look younger for our upcoming conference in October at the IMMH. 17, we talk about genital health. Although I was trained as an OBGYN, I do mostly penises actually for erectile dysfunction.

Procedures, Forms, and Practice Setup 4:46

It seems to work quite well for that. In 18, we get into immune dysregulation. And some of the caveats I wrote about in my book, Exosome Songs of Healing, which is on Amazon and Audible, I go with the fact that, yeah, We do need an intact immune system to get the benefits because a large part of how exosomes are working is by shifting the T cell behavior from an inflammatory to a regenerative phenotype. So if you're on high dose steroids or some kind of biologic to treat autoimmune disease, it can sort of dampen the efficacy.

So that's something to be mindful. Also, if you're dealing with mold or lime, those can be immunosuppressive as well. In 19, we talk about miscellaneous other procedures including treating the hands. I forgot to treat my nodule, but I will treat it. Slight tendon nodule, but I just treated my subscap for the fourth time in eight years and I fully expected to recover as did my meniscus after one treatment and my Achilles after three. So we're really just kind of spackling up the defects as they occur.

And at 59, I can say I'm pain-free and pretty active. Lesson 20 is starting your practice. and we go into the nitty-gritty of malpractice and what forms you need. Funny story, I had a patient text me because one of the doctors that took the course downloaded the form and she didn't actually change the phone number.

So she texted me saying how great her knees were doing and I have to figure out who exactly that was. And it was a funny story. Also, we have a section in the chorus when you're logged in, it's procedures. We demonstrate nasal procedure, which is we're coming up almost a thousand of those. Autism, Pricing, and Course Benefits 7:18

So on a personal note, you know, we've had a couple of parents of autistic kids, Jodi and Armin, Dr. Arman, and they've have had really great success with their kids. And so perhaps it's helping with neuroinflammation, definitely helping social anxiety and apraxia. It just seems to mellow them out. Of course, that's not FDA approved yet, but there have been successes with stem cells using them in autism. Since stem cell work by secreting exosomes, there's no reason to think we shouldn't have some kind of benefit as well.

So those are the things I wanted to touch upon. The course is currently priced at just under $3,000, but you get the entire course back every dollar as never expiring credit towards buying exasomes. And so I think it's a good deal. It's Get up to speed if you never decide to do malpractice coverage. Mine costs about $13,000. I can make a referral a year. But you can always treat yourself, your friends and family. That's quite the boon. Sadly, a lot of people have taken the courses but not finished. But it is a good way to get your feet wet and to understand the science, the procedures, and the aftercare. And it really is an evergreen way of getting yourself up to speed and start helping the people you care about. If you finish the final exam 115 questions or so with 70% or better you can print a certificate and there are cute little vignettes of art history and pictures of my kids when they were younger.
