So when I was a resident or new in practice, everybody who ran the hospital were doctors, you know, 60 or 70% of doctors were in private practice. And that has completely shifted around today. So now you have, under 50%, I think the last thing I remember is 41% doctors are now in public practice and hospitals are run by MBAs,

not by doctors. So you kind of lose that personal touch. And as a result, patients are not getting treated the same way and they almost become numbers and it becomes like a factory. I think as result when people get out of residency, they're not looking for their careers anymore.

They're looking a job. The problem with a jobs is, well, when you're tired of it, you go look for another job, the days of a doctor hanging a shingle on a wall and sitting in an office for 30 years are over. That just doesn't happen anymore,
