Why Your Symptoms Keep Coming Back
Why do your symptoms keep coming back, even when you do everything "right"? Most of us reach for something the second a symptom shows up: coffee for the afternoon crash, a pill for the headache, an antacid after dinner. But the opposite approach has a problem too. Many people now track every heartbeat and worry about every twinge. In this episode, Dr. Jaban Moore talks with Dr. Stuart Garber, D.C., Ph.D., a chiropractor and homeopath who has been in practice since 1981. He ran one of Los Angeles's first integrative health clinics and served as chiropractor to Cirque du Soleil performers. Together they talk about how to have a real conversation with your body. In this episode, you'll learn: → The everyday "mute buttons" most people don't realize they're pressing → What one study found when healthy people stopped taking a common heartburn medication → Why symptoms can seem to move around the body, from skin to gut to mood → How to tell the difference between listening to your body and being afraid of it → Why taking a supplement for every symptom can be a mute button too → The first questions to ask yourself before reaching for anything If you've ever felt like a symptom keeps returning no matter what you try, this conversation is for you. This episode is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Talk with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications.
High-Intensity PEMF: Why Dosing Is Personal
Joe teaches clinics to work from principles and let each patient decide how strong and how long a session runs. A stiff lower back might get ten minutes, while a fresh injury might get hours at a very low setting. Most patients who have tried PEMF have only lain on a mat they couldn't feel. Joe suggests starting every new patient with five to ten minutes on whatever is bothering them that day, so they feel the difference before you talk about packages. Joe sees high-intensity PEMF as a way to prep the body for treatments you already offer, from sauna to IV therapy. His view is that better cell signaling may help patients get more out of each one.
Does Mouthwash Raise Blood Pressure?
Your tests come back normal, you're still exhausted, and no one can tell you why. What if one piece of the puzzle is something researchers are only starting to understand: the bacteria living on your tongue? In this episode, Dr. Jaban Moore talks with Dr. Nathan Bryan, Ph.D., a researcher who has spent his career studying nitric oxide, a gas your body makes that tells blood vessels to relax and open up. Its discovery as a signaling molecule won the 1998 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Research suggests the bacteria in your mouth help your body make it, and that some antiseptic mouthwashes can interfere. This conversation is for anyone, no science degree needed, including people living with long-term fatigue and other chronic symptoms. In this episode, you'll learn: → What nitric oxide is, in plain English → How bacteria on your tongue help your body make it → What studies found when healthy people used antiseptic mouthwash for a week → Why researchers are studying blood vessel function in long-term fatigue conditions like long COVID and ME/CFS → What we know, what we don't know yet, and what to be skeptical of → Questions to bring to your dentist or doctor This is a conversation about early research. It is not a diagnosis or a cure. This episode is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Talk with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications or a prescribed mouth rinse.
Bulletproof Your Immune System: Beyond Flu Shots and Fear
On this episode of Vitality Radio, Jared challenges the conventional approach to cold and flu season by shifting the focus from germs to your body's internal environment – your terrain. He takes a critical look at flu shot effectiveness, vaccine ingredients, new mRNA technology, and the financial incentives behind annual vaccination campaigns. Then, he explores what the research says about supporting natural immune defenses through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle. Learn how vitamin D3, vitamin C, zinc, spore-based probiotics, and herbs like echinacea, elderberry, and andrographis support healthy immune function. Jared also explains the powerful connections between gut health, sunlight, sleep, sugar consumption, stress, and immune resilience. Discover practical strategies to strengthen your body's natural defenses and take a more proactive approach to immune health this cold and flu season.
When Your Body’s Coping Becomes the Illness
Most people clear infections like Lyme, Bartonella, or EBV. Dr. Gordon says that when someone stays sick for years, the cause is usually how the immune system adapted to the threat, and that adaptation needs its own treatment. During an infection, the body reduces absorption of trace minerals so microbes have less to feed on. Chronic gut inflammation can keep that shutdown going, so supplements often do little until you treat the inflammation. Dr. Gordon says no treatment can outwork ongoing mold exposure. To check, spend time somewhere else, like the beach or the desert, and see if your symptoms change, since mold tests alone can mislead.
Steroid Creams to Eczema-Free in 3 Months- Safina’s Story
A past practitioner had Rupen and Seema stop Safina's cream cold turkey, and her skin rebounded hard. With the Eczema Elimination Method, we cut the cream to evenings only, on her worst patches, and tapered it over a couple of weeks with topical support and a nightly bath. They would drop a single food for a week, or add a supplement they had read about, see a little improvement, and lose it again. What moved things was the personalized plan I built for Safina, which covered food, supplements, the home, and her skin together instead of one experiment at a time. In the first couple of weeks, Safina's skin started shedding, and her parents texted me to ask if that was okay. Next came the quiet moments: pulling her leggings down in the bathroom, sitting down to dinner, and bracing for scratching that never came.
Living Longer vs. Living Better: Rethinking Longevity
Discover what Jason Prall learned from visiting long-lived communities and why purpose, social connection, cultural traditions, and meaningful daily activities are central to his understanding of healthy aging.
