Breathwork

Breathwork refers to various techniques and practices that involve conscious control of breathing to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental and physical well-being. Different forms of breathwork may include deep diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, breath-holding exercises, and specific breathing patterns. Breathwork is often utilized in meditation, yoga, and stress reduction programs to help individuals regulate their autonomic nervous system, improve focus, and achieve a state of calmness and mindfulness.
