As an MD I love what I was hearing but I am reminded of the 300 pounds patient who struggled with diet. We are telling them just be more disciplined, do not over eat, only eat certain food. This is especially a problem for indigent care. If you can not do this you will not thrive. This may be true but discipline alone by naming great foods to eat is incredibly hard for the average patient (the middle 80%). Thank you
