MVX Plus: The End of Drug-Based Chronic Care

Ideal ranges:
MVX = get it as low as you can. The lowest I have seen is 13, worst is 78.
IVX best in the 20’s and 30’s. Lowest I have seen is 9.
GlycA Range ideal is 230-300. When people are really sick, it is 800+.
Small HDL particle count 19-22. Higher is fine.
MMX: Best in the upper 40’s and low 50’s
Citrate can bounce around 2.0 but ideally it should be 1.6-2.0.
Valine, Leucine, and Isoleucine come together (BCAA’s) ideal at mid range normal. Valine at 200. Leucine at 100, isoleucine at 55..
BCAA’s can be too low or too high.
