Which sacrifice costs you less?
Which sacrifice costs you less?
A question most people never ask—but it could change everything about your health journey.
Hey everyone, it’s Jen.
I want to talk to the part of you that’s afraid to start.
Afraid of what you might have to give up.
Afraid of what healing might cost you.
But here’s the truth I’ve seen over and over again:
There’s always a sacrifice.
The question isn’t if you’ll give something up.
It’s what you’re giving up by staying where you are.
👉 Maybe it’s your energy.
👉 Your mobility.
👉 Your ability to fully enjoy your relationships, your body, your life.
👉 The trip you keep putting off. The hike you don’t feel ready for. The version of you that never quite gets to thrive.
We wait for a “better” time—but time doesn’t wait.
Neither does your body.
And if we’re being really honest… the fear isn’t always about food or routines.
It’s about identity. It’s about letting go of what feels familiar, even when it isn’t serving you anymore.
But healing isn’t about restriction.
It’s about expansion.
It’s about feeding the version of you that’s trying to grow—not the version that’s just trying to survive.
When you stay focused on what you “can’t” have, you’re feeding deprivation.
But when you focus on what you’re creating—more energy, more clarity, more joy—
You’re feeding healing. And that changes everything.
You don’t have to suffer to be healthy.
You just have to start choosing the experience that aligns with the life you actually want.
💭 So ask yourself:
Which sacrifice costs you less?
The temporary discomfort of growth…
Or the permanent cost of staying stuck?
Whatever you choose, choose it consciously.
Own the whole experience—not just the parts that feel easy in the moment.
You’re not behind. You’re not broken. And you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m here.
Let’s choose the path that leads somewhere worth going.
