And one of the best ways that you can do that is to take control of what you eat. And it means you probably going to have to cook more. And by if you're going to cook more, you need to use tools that aren't going to inadvertently increase your toxic load through microplastics. Most any Teflon pan they are using, you could be getting millions of little pieces of microplastic inside you at any time, and undoing all of the good in, in, eating organic, reducing your toxin burden.
