Can We Protect Healthy Cells While Stressing Cancer Cells? The C60 Question

TV Show Host, True Health: Body, Mind, Spirit

Founder & Chief Scientist, MyVitalC
What if one of the most intriguing tools for supporting cellular resilience came from a molecule first discovered in a Nobel Prize-winning field of nanotechnology?
In this fascinating conversation, My Vital C founder and carbon nanomaterial scientist Chris Burres explores ESS60, a form of C60, and why its relationship with mitochondria and oxidative stress has captured the attention of researchers, biohackers, and longevity experts.
Discover the surprising animal research that first brought C60 into the health conversation, what scientists are learning about its behavior as a selective antioxidant, and why Chris believes its ability to help buffer oxidative stress inside mitochondria may be especially interesting for people focused on cellular health.
You’ll also hear about early laboratory findings involving healthy and cancer cells, emerging research into inflammation, sleep, and mitochondrial function, and why Chris emphasizes the need for continued scientific investigation rather than overstating what C60 can do.
If you’ve ever wondered how protecting the body’s cellular “power plants” could fit into a broader cancer-support strategy, this interview offers a compelling look at an unusual molecule with a remarkable scientific history.

Well, Chris Burres, this always a pleasure to chat with you. I know we've known each other for a few years now, and, I mean, this is we're going to be talking about a Nobel Prize winning technology, and that's been around.
I mean, you've been studying it for decades, and I'm really, really excited to tie that into, you know, cancer physiology, biology and how this can be useful for people going through the cancer journey.
So thank you so much Chris for being here with me today. Doctor Karlfeldt, thank you so much for having me. I agree, I always love getting together with you.
I think we've got a chance to meet in person once at an event actually beyond biohacking events. So it's always great to reconnect with you and I'm going to pull up.
I threw together some slides that I might be thought would be of value here. And of course, there you are. Great. And we're, you know, the Cancer Breakthrough Summit.
You're on 4.0 like this is a continuing to go out and find the latest technologies and bring them to your clients. Everybody is really appreciative of that.
Of course there are some disclaimers right. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. And as for informational purposes only, you know, get advice from a qualified health care practitioner such as yourself and the products that I'll be talking about on the molecule I'll be talking about is not intended to treat, prevent, diagnose, or cure any disease.
A little bit about me for people out there, if you had asked me eight years ago, would I be in this place? I probably wouldn't have. I'm just just a happy go lucky carbon nanomaterials scientist.
If there is such a thing, that's me. But now, at this point, I've been working with this molecule, this s 60 molecule since 1991. And we'll talk about its discovery and the Nobel Prize associated with it.
I wrote a book, Live Longer and Better. Your journey to living Longer and better has never been more achievable than today. I actually have a second book, which is The Longevity Molecule, which is more focused, pinpoint, focused on the S 60 molecule.
I did a longevity summit included you, where I interviewed 57 experts in longevity. So I got some great learnings from that. I do have a podcast called Live Beyond the Norms.
And then of course on IG, in the podcast and YouTube, you can find me in all these places. Oh, and I recently was on Dave Asprey podcast. That was kind of a big moment and I was thinking about this.
Some of your audience might not know who he is, right. Because there it's a he's a bio hacker. He's actually the creator of the phrase bio hacker. Most people do know of Bulletproof Coffee, like a lot of people have heard of that, who don't know who Dave Asprey is.
Anyway, I got to go on his podcast. It was a it was super cool. And I want to talk a little bit like, how might this support the physiology and fit makes sense in this cancer breakthrough summit.
And really kind of two key things. It supports the mitochondria. And we're going to dig into that. I think that's actually the cause of all the amazing testimonials that we get as it relates to this S 60 molecule.
And then it's a selective antioxidant. And that's that's really key when you think about cancer cells and how they approach life. Right. They their mitochondria is very different. Right.
They need a lot more energy to outgrow the rest of our cells. They're focused on growth. And the mitochondria is still the powerhouse of every cell in your body, including cancer cells.
And they are focused on survival. And again, this molecule works at the level of the motto. We're going to talk about that. The other is a lot of treatments focus on using reactive oxygen species to overstress the cancer cells and then kill them with this extra stress.
And so I know there's some protocols of may be careful of vitamin C when you're around chemo or whatever that particular treatment may be, and potentially being careful.
I don't know, you could confirm be careful even with vitamin D and it really almost most antioxidants I would assume. Yeah. I mean and there's a little bit of a balance there.
And that's a beauty also with the with carbon 60 that we're going to talk a little bit more about is that when you put a lot of oxidative stress on the cancer cells, it comes to point when there's so much kind of oxidative debris that needs to be cleared out that actually interferes with that, that complete cell death cycle.
So it comes and there is a certain need to bring in antioxidants to help to clear out some of that exhaust, sort of say in order for the chemo radiation to continue to function.
So it's a little bit of a balance there. So it's not an either or kind of thing. And I know we'll get into that a little bit more later on. Yeah. So we're cool thing about this S 60 molecule is it is a selective antioxidant as it turns out.
So what is this S 60 molecule. Well it was discovered in 1985 at Rice University here in Houston. That's where we're based. And the three scientists who discovered it went on to win the Nobel Prize in 1996.
So that's Doctor Smalley, Doctor Curl, Doctor Kroto, they are Nobel laureates because they discovered this amazing molecule. Very proud to share. My lab started manufacturing and we in delivering this molecule to scientists around the world in 1991, a full five years before they were awarded the Nobel Prize.
This really I know in reality kind of it's their baby, but but it really feels like my baby. So very proud. Now this molecule is amazing. And so just a little bit of background, the molecule performs as well or better than the current best material.
And almost every application it makes better inks, better batteries, better tires, better photo cells. And this is often where people get nervous rather like ink, batteries, tires that no one in your audience probably woke up, looked at their car and thought, I wonder what part of my car battery I should be consuming on a daily basis for my health.
And actually, to be honest, the story gets a little worse first. So this shape right in the front is the same shape. So it's not the same formula, but the same shape as benzene.
And benzene is known to be toxic and known to be carcinogenic. And because that shape exists 20 times on the exterior of this S 60 molecule, they assumed the molecule would be toxic.
And they put it in a study. Now, this is where finally the story will start to get better. So we can move past inks, batteries, tires and photo cells and toxicity.
So in this study there were three groups of Wistar rats. One group was given water. That's the control group. Another group was given olive oil. That's a semi control group.
And the last group was given the S 60 molecule dissolved in olive oil. Now a typical Wistar rat will live out to 32 months. And that's what happened with those rats given water that control group.
Interestingly, the all of oil rats lived 18% longer out to 38 months. So I'm, you know, Doctor Steven Gundry has an olive oil on the market and Johnson has an olive oil.
Brian Johnson has an olive oil on the market. You should probably be consuming more olive oil. And I certainly after this study I do. But that's a that's an 18%.
That's not a 90% extension of life. These s 60 rats lived out to 62 months. So right about there. Right. Which is the single longest longevity experimental results on mammals in history.
Peer reviewed published research. And it's actually called the Bats study. And I'm very proud to share. My lab provided the material to this study, and my lab is mentioned in this original research.
So we're kind of the OGs in this space. Now, there's one piece of this study, actually. My director of research, a former practicing physician, came to me and he said, like this paper, this particular paper could have been five separate papers because there's so much going on in here.
And there's one piece that really makes sense for that. For the summit, which is a typical Wistar rat, lives out to 32 months, as I mentioned, and they have a known amount of tumor mass in their body.
They're prone to getting cancers the longer and this is very well kind of documented. And we know the precise numbers. The longer the Wistar rat lives, the more tumor mass it has in its body.
Now, even though the S 60 rats lived out to 62 months, none of them had any tumors. If you think about this graph, you should have should be projecting it.
And there should have been this just massive amount of tumors. Probably a big reason they lived longer, right? Because there wasn't this mass amount of tumors.
But I've told this story and I we got to be careful here because I've told this story and people are like, oh, cure for cancer. And I'm like, wait, no.
And then let me add another no. There is a big difference between dealing with a cancer that has metastasized and potentially being a cancer preventative.
We know things as simple as good exercise, good nutrition, good sleep can be cancer preventative. This piece of that study just throws into the arena this S60 molecule of potentially being a cancer preventative.
Right. So I think that's kind of why why you invited me. Now there is one study that I think is really important here. Now this is a this is a petri dish study.
This is the lowest level of biological research. Right. Like I would take any testimonial over a petri dish because. Because what happens in a petri dish when you take it into a living animal?
Things can all sorts of things can happen. Right? But this I think, is really important. In a petri dish, they had cancer cells and healthy cells, and they were introducing an anti-cancer agent, which is usually like it's a poison, you're trying to poison the cancer cells before the healthy cells.
In the presence of the S 60 molecule, there was increased efficacy against the cancer cells and protective effects for the healthy cells. So in the presence of S, 60 more cancer cells died, less healthy cells died.
So this is a pretty profound thing. And we believe this kind of rolls into what's going on in the mitochondria, as we kind of alluded to earlier. And I'm going to share a little bit about my journey, because, you know, I've been working with this molecule for 34 years now.
And most of that time it was as an industrial molecule again, inks, batteries, tires and photo cells. This study comes out and I end up transitioning into this.
Chief, I'm still the chief scientist of a carbon nanomaterial manufacturing business, and most of the chief scientists of a health and wellness supplement company now.
And it took us a while to actually decide to bring this product to market. Some could say I was dumb, I, I would accept that. I would argue that I was conservative, that we were just conservative carbon nanomaterials scientists, and we really didn't want to get into the supplement space because the supplement space is challenged.
And and so, you know, quarter after quarter, my business partner and I would meet in the room and, you know, this study came out and we're getting I'll share this as kind of interesting.
We were we were getting phone calls from these crazy, wacky group of people called bio hackers. And I can say that effectively now because I am a bio hacker.
And their first question was, hey, that stuff in that rat study. I'll go back to the rat study here. In that rat study, how much should we be taking in my business partner Robert and I, what we heard was, hey, that stuff that you sell to research institutions around the world to put into inks, batteries, tires and photo cells, how much should we take?
And and we thought the right answer was zero. We actually added not for human consumption to our labeling in mid 2013. So that's from from 1991. We start manufacturing all the way to mid 2013.
We don't have to have not for human consumption on the labeling. Now we knew in the literature this molecule was safe. We're just conservative carbon nanomaterials scientists.
And that actually turned into an interesting situation where we're getting phone calls from these crazy wacky bio hackers. And the phone calls would sound kind of like this.
Or like, hey, it's Joe calls me and and Joe is like, hey, Chris, my knee pain is gone. And I was like, Joe, you mean the knee pain of your rat, right?
Because it literally says not for human consumption on the labeling. And Joe's like, yeah, yeah, hey, if my rat weighs 275 pounds and does hit training on Wednesdays and Fridays, should I take I mean, should my rat take more on on his training days?
So again, we did know what was going on. And because of what was in the literature and this particular study where the rats, the 90% longer, we were comfortable actually allowing it to continue every quarter.
My business partner I are meeting literally in the room right behind me in the conference room, and we're like, do we want to get in the supplement industry?
I think it's generous to say that the supplement industry is challenged, right. Like that's super generous. We kept every quarter same decision. No, we really don't want to.
And that finally changed in 2018. And and actually in that time frame, I found a peer reviewed, published research paper that showed that 50% of the supplements that are on the market don't have in them what they say they have in them.
Right. This is a challenged industry. I know you're not surprised, and honestly, probably nobody listening. Is that surprise, maybe frustrated? I certainly was frustrated in reading that.
Finally, at the latter part of 2017, a guy with a big YouTube following. So everything changes these days, right? Starts sharing all the benefits he's getting, taking it on a daily basis.
And our phone went from 2 to 3 calls a week to ten calls a day. At that quarterly meeting, my business partner, Robert, and I was like, well, we probably could have been smarter on this, right?
And we look back to that paper and we thought, well, 50% of the supplements don't have in them what they say they have in them. That's going to happen in this space.
We're the oldest and longest manufacturers and distributors of this molecule on the planet. We've got we've got the lab to do it. We've been delivering the highest quality material to the most discerning market scientists.
You know, they get your powder like this is sold as a powder, not in the supplement, but the sold as a powder, the wrong gradient. And and they give it to a grad student or a research associate and they test it.
They have an HPLC and they know how to test it. That doesn't happen in the supplement market. So we're like, we we probably owe it to our customers to get into this industry as a supplement.
And then we asked ourselves two questions. The first question is a moral question. Are we comfortable selling it? I take it my wife takes it. Everybody on our team takes it, by the way, not a requirement.
We don't you don't clock in. And somebody there to make sure you take your mind. I do see just our all of our team has access to the research. And probably more importantly, they have access to all the testimonials that are coming in.
And a lot of those we can't even share. And I'll talk about that here in a little bit. The second question was the legal question. You got the FDA and the FTC.
You see, I've got disclaimers in every place. So we're crossing the T's, dotting the eyes. And so off and running in 2018 to bring this product to market.
Now, one of the things that I was responsible for is like, what is this molecule doing? And our most consistent testimonials, people take the product in the morning.
They were meant to focus and energy during the day and better sleep that night. Now that that may not sound that profound, but it is actually really, really profound for two reasons.
One, we know that sleep is good for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. If we just help sleep better, they people would improve. The other is to take something in the morning and positively impact sleep at night, or really just see that as confirmation of the boss theory that we're going to be talking about here, the fact that this S60 molecule is in the mitochondria and what we think it's doing in the mitochondria, in fact, sleep is so important.
It's where we hung our hat first that we did an ad hoc sleep study. This was a crossover study. So we collected ten days of survey data from people before they started the product.
Ten days off the on the product. Wait, so this is before this is on. This is off again and this is back on. It was a small cohort. And we've actually done two of these now with different kind of surveys.
We wanted to get the first survey I wrote. So probably was subject to interpretation right. But the second one was an H standard survey on sleep. The most important pieces of those studies is that every one of the participants reported improvements in sleep when they were taking the product.
So sleep is where I landed first. The next is I was looking at how did the these rats live 90% longer? What is the medical community think about aging.
And they don't all agree, but they tend to think of it as an oxidation and an inflammation process. Right? So as an antioxidant, there's an ad hoc study on the web showing us to be 172 times more powerful than vitamin C.
There's peer reviewed, published research showing us to be 125 times more powerful than vitamin C. So I'm in Texas. We put a big ol checkmark next to antioxidant with inflammation.
You have to be very careful when you're talking about inflammation, because the FDA equates conversations about inflammation with the diseases of inflammation, which are also the diseases of aging.
So arthritis, Alzheimer's, cardiovascular disease and cancer. So if I come on and on this summit, I'm like, we address inflammation. What the FDA here says, oh, you can't I'm claiming IQ or cancer or cardiovascular disease.
We are absolutely not claiming that, frankly, there's so much research that needs to go in to be able to make those claims, like take this into the level of a medication really expensive.
We may get there, but I'm going to talk about four real world studies that we're doing. That should start by in the beginning of next, next year. So we're really excited about that.
So even though you can't make that claim, but people that are taking the product are experiencing less inflammation in their body. They you've had to reports where they experienced less pain.
And obviously you're talking about sleep. We know the brain is very susceptible to inflammation. And also we have you know, the amount of mitochondria on the brain is about 1000 times more than you would have.
And other cells. And so, you know, mitochondria is so crucial for the brain. So just knowing that this substance support these areas, allow them people to have these benefits.
Yeah. It's pretty pretty profound. And we're about to hop into this really interesting boss theory. That's where we finally landed. So the boss theory stands for buffering oxidative stress system.
And what gives credibility to this theory is there is peer reviewed, published research showing this S60 molecule inside of the mitochondria. All right.
So this is the boss of buffering oxidative stress system. And and we know from way back in the 90s that it can hold on to up to six negatively charged particles on the exterior of the cage.
I'm going to get a little geeky here, so we'll geek out on mitochondria for a little bit, and then I'm going to come back with a kind of fun analogy. So the mitochondria is the powerhouse of every cell.
There's between 50 and 5000 mitochondria in every cell in your body. Right. Except for your blood cells, which have zero, and your brain and neurons, which have 2 million.
It is amazing how much energy our nervous system uses. And you just alluded to it relative to our other systems. Like any energy source, there's a negative byproduct.
You think about your car going down the road, there's exhaust. You think about a power plant, there's a smokestack. In the case of, of your mitochondria that the byproduct, the negative byproduct is reactive oxygen species.
The way I picture these is they're like little bumper cars. And if they're left to their own devices, they're running around your body and everything they smack into, they cause rust, they cause oxidative stress, oxidative damage.
And that's horrible. But so many biological systems in our body, there is a way to manage this. And the way it's managed is with the internal antioxidants glutathione and melatonin.
By the way, melatonin is the sleep hormone. Our most consistent testimonial involves sleep. It's all operating in the same domain as a nice little parallel there.
So you can see here. Yeah, a lot of people don't recognize is that melatonin does not only exist in the brain, it exists in pretty much every cell like lutetium.
So to protect those two powerful intracellular antioxidants with these this type of substances is huge. Yeah. No, it's well, I think it's paramount to all the testimonials and the studies that we're about to start. Right.
Why you this screen is why you invited me to this summit, right? Like at the end of the day, I'm. I might be fun. I might tell some good stories. I'm about to tell a good story, but really it is about this screen.
So you see, in a healthy amount of condra, it does have it produces reactive oxygen species. And we've kind of depicted them here in this kind of baby blue color because they're bonded with glutathione and or and, or melatonin.
And so they're not going to run around and do damage. But what happens if you stress a mitochondria? That, of course begs the question, how do you stress a mitochondria?
I point out, certainly in the context of this summit, we understand their stress mitochondria. Right. But in general, everybody has stress mitochondria, you know, smoking, drinking smog, EMF radiation off of your cell phone.
You have stressed mitochondria. And when you do, that's when it starts producing more reactive oxygen species than can be managed internally. So you can see some of these reactive oxygen species are that very tranquil blue color because they've been bonded.
But it's run out of glutathione and melatonin. So now if they're left to their own devices, these reactive oxygen species run around like little bumper cars and cause all that damage.
And that's where the S60 molecule comes in. So again, peer reviewed published research shows it inside the model. Yes, sir. Yeah. And that's a danger. Yeah.
Because we obviously one of the biggest thing is that we don't want a cell to turn cancerous. And we know that when a cell is under severe oxidative stress and that can be due to chemicals and metals, lack of nutrients, pathogens, whatever, or emotional trauma, EMF, like you're saying, all of these things will then shift the metabolic process in that cell.
And anything we can do to protect that from shifting into them, moving in, becoming a cancer behavior where the mitochondria essentially sends signals to your DNA and creating an epigenetic changes, that then favors a cancer like behavior within that cell.
So anything we can do to support that metabolic, healthy metabolic process within that mitochondria becomes so huge, because then we are then promoting healthy crosstalk between mitochondria and your genome to minimize then any kind of movement towards cancer like behavior.
So at the first step prevention is is key. And so so that's why this is such a core component of of of our discussion as we talk about cancer. Yeah it's yeah I mean if you think it fundamentally it just makes sense.
Powerhouse of every cell. You want it to work optimally. Right. And if there is a negative byproduct at some point when it's stressed you want to manage that.
And really what we're doing, it's got its own tools to manage it. And that's the glutathione and melatonin. Really what the S60 molecule is doing is just giving it some breathing room, allowing it to do its natural function.
So you see here there's extra ones and they can run around and do damage. Now you can see it in this next image where the S60 molecule is holding on to up to six of these negatively charged particles, so they can't run around and do any damage.
And then when that mitochondria replenishes the glutathione and replenishes the melatonin, then it can manage those reactive oxygen species appropriately.
So I we got a little geeky there. I'm going to bring it home with a fun analogy. I don't know about you, doctor. I feel like all biological analogies should start with Mardi Gras.
I mean, I I've been to Mardi Gras and I don't like when, when I kind of walk on streets after day after it's talk about oxidative stress. Exactly. That's that's the mess.
That's the that's the extra reactive oxygen species smeared all over the cobblestone. So it's the end of Mardi Gras, and you have these drunk reactive oxygen species on Bourbon Street running around, smashing windows, spray painting the walls, whatever.
And you have the New Orleans Police Department, the glutathione and the melatonin coming on to Bourbon Street, handcuffing themselves to those reactive oxygen species and getting them off of Bourbon Street.
But what does the New Orleans Police Department do when they get overwhelmed? They take those reactive oxygen species and they stick them in a paddy wagon, right?
They attach them to the exterior of the SS 60 molecule, so they can't run around like little bumper cars and do any damage. And then when the New Orleans Police Department can replenish the glutathione, replenish the melatonin, then they can handcuff themselves to those reactive oxygen species and get them off of Bourbon Street.
And that's why we say that the S 60 molecule is the boss, a buffering oxidative stress system. And and the real summary is we believe we're reducing the negative impact of stress mitochondria.
And if you reduce the negative impact of stress mitochondria then you will have what we have which are systemic benefits and head to toe testimonials.
And speaking of testimonials, my next slide actually has a testimonial from a doctor, Lane Young. He came to our booth at a forum and he said this. And then I was like, oh, Doctor Young, I have to like record you saying this.
So like it. This is kind of forever cemented in my mind. He's got a patient pool. They saw him and HSC or an inflammatory marker and then also improvements and sleep and HR v heart rate variability.
So you'll see that here in just a second. And so this is at a forum. You can hear the environment and everything. Great event will be there again this year.
All right. So you've become a big fan of my vital C since we met at the biohacking conference right. Yeah. And you have some some data that's going to come out soon.
We're excited about that. Talk a little bit about whatever you're comfortable talking about that data. And then you just shared with me something that you're doing with your employees.
So male female doesn't matter post-surgery. Otherwise super healthy heart disease diabetes, anyone with C-reactive protein, HSC, AAP it will bring it down to the normal levels within 4 to 8 weeks by very quick.
As far as tracking HR and sleep, it improves both dramatically, anywhere from 20 to 60%. We're seeing improvements there. So it's pretty pretty dramatic.
And we believe it should be just something that we just is available for our employees and the luxury. Wow. Thank you. Yeah. So available in the lunchroom.
That's that's it. I was just at JJ Virgin's mastermind event and it's called mindshare. And we actually ended up recording a testimonials for somebody who's HSC or had just dropped by two.
And I'm sharing this not because we can make any claims about dropping HSC or it is these are the reasons we're actually running an HSC or study. So we're pretty excited excited about that.
And then real quick, Gwen, she's our largest distributor in Houston. And it's very interesting story because I recorded a video with her. And in the video she shared this, she said, I originally ordered the product for my dog.
I didn't have any intent on taking the product myself. She noticed such a profound difference in her dog that she decided to take it. Now it's worth pausing here, right?
This is a new molecule with anything you're ever considering. You should be thinking about the placebo effect because it affects everything. It affects the actual treatments you're taking and affects the medication, the medications, how you think about them.
You can take something that's actually good for you. And if you convince yourself that it's bad for you. So there's a piece here that is the placebo effect.
But that is not true for dogs. They are not subject to the placebo effect. So when notice this profound difference and her dog, she starts taking the product.
And and so she is now one of our largest distributors in Houston. And kind of speaking of pets, there's, this testimonials actually out on Google. It's Kyle's ski.
He's actually the CEO founder of Osteo Strong. It's a global health franchise focused on helping women address osteoporosis and osteopenia. He and his son brought home a dog.
You can kind of read this here. I'll just summarize. It brought home a dog. He actually brought home two pugs. One of them was the run of the litter and was really in bad shape.
He said he was super perpetually dizzy, could barely, barely eat his food because he was so dizzy and the vet didn't expect him to live long. I had just sent him a care package. He was like, why not?
So he starts tripling the servings with this dog and he's about 80% better. As he wrote this, he runs in straight lines. He's playing with the other dogs, and when the vet saw it, the vet was like, basically, this seems like a miracle.
And what Kyle said is, I'll never not take your product. So pretty. Pretty, right? Pretty. This just means and he owns a global health franchise, right?
So he's in the middle of this. He kind of understands how messy it is. You know he's aware of the study and just has this response. Again there's no placebo.
This dog just you know is doing so much better. And and obviously with the rats that we did studies on in regards to tumor longevity, I mean that was not a placebo effect either.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And I do like to joke because we were like, oh, the rats live 90% longer. Like, what shape were they? And I like to joke, well, there was no notation in the study that these rats were walking around with little rat walkers and little rat oxygen tanks. Right.
They live healthy rat lives. And until the until they passed, and I would say there were a whole lot better shape than the control group. Yeah. Yeah, exactly.
No, no. Very, very true. Because because there they were all dead. So some people ask, hey, what might it look like, a journey on the product. And we really do think of it as a three month journey.
And it parallels our consistent testimonial of focus and energy during the day and then deeper sleep at night. So month one is really about focus and energy.
The testimonial that I lean on here is we got some product to a lady. She took the product in the morning, sent in her video that night, and in the video she pointed out that she didn't finish her cup of coffee.
Now I don't if you're a coffee drinker, that's a big deal. One to not finish it and two to notice, which means you always finish your cup of coffee. I'll share.
I used to be a 2 to 3 cup of coffee per day person. I'm now one or a half. It's just more about the ritual. I come to the office, I make a cup of coffee.
That's all about the kind of the ritual. Month two is sleep and I really land sleep on month two, even though I think it's happening in month one. I think it takes two months for this to land, because everybody gets a little bit more or less sleep every day.
And so it can be hard to like, oh, I started taking this and my sleep got collectively better. So month two is where that lands my business coach, the way he describes it is that for 50 years he needed an alarm clock.
When he started taking the product. He wakes up before the alarm clock and that doesn't matter if he's got late night mixers or late night dinners. He wakes up before the alarm clock with one caveat, which is if he doesn't get the product for about ten days because I haven't brought it, then he starts to need the alarm clock again.
And that coincides with the literature that this molecule clears out of your system in about ten days. And this is kind of where things get really exciting on my three.
If you think about reducing the negative impact of stress, then you should have systemic benefits and you should have head to toe testimonials. We actually have testimonials that are so powerful that we can't use them yet, right?
We actually have to do some studies. And here's upcoming studies. This one is already we've already got some participants in our frequent and severe headache studies.
So we're excited about that. You can imagine, given Doctor Jung's testimonial while we're doing HSC, AAP there's in fact, last year there was a publication of improvements in HSC, AAP in beagles.
So that's peer reviewed published research. So we're excited about that. I mentioned our kind of ad hoc trials. We want to get something that's better quality data so we can publish.
And I'm just going to share. This is kind of evidence of what a very strange supplement company we are because because most supplement companies don't do any research and even fewer published, we actually published in 2024, 2025.
We should be able to get one paper in by 2026. So that's very unusual. And so we want we want to be able to publish and we want to be able to publish about great sleep.
And then I do have a skin redo a product. It is our S 60 molecule which is all soluble. It is a peptide we call UT H 29 which stands for youth 29. The age we all want to stop aging at.
And the peptide is water soluble. The ES 60 molecule is soluble. We could have shoved those two things together with an emulsifier, but emulsifiers are not good for you.
So you want to use this few of those as possible. And so we're doing a wrinkle and age spot study. This is just a quick screenshot of of the headache the landing page for the headache study.
We're really excited about that. And we do have a landing page for your audience. It is my comrades slash cancer summit. I have some freebies there. I don't want to turn this into a commercial, but there is, there is, there are deals on that page that are you can't find on the website up to 40% off if you get six, a package of six.
And I would recommend the inside out which is that duo set and the olive oil. There's a discount on subscriptions. And finally this one I will take some time for it because I'm very proud of my book.
Live Longer and Better is available on Amazon for like 1995. It's available on that landing page. Same price for ten extra dollars. I will autograph the book.
100% of that $10 fee goes to Operation Underground Railroad. You may remember the movie The Sound of Freedom, like so an amazing movie about a horrible topic which is child exploitation.
Operation Underground Railroad is doing a great job getting that off of our planet. So 100% of that signature fee goes to Operation Underground Railroad.
And those are the kind of the special I would send. But that's it. That's all I got. That's that's me running through everything. I love it, I love it.
And just to reiterate, so here as we you know, since this is the cancer summit and I wanted to really kind of make this as relevant to our audience as possible.
So, you know, with cancer, we know it's a metabolic dysfunction, you know. So whatever we can do to protect your mitochondrial support, mitochondrial activity becomes really, really important.
We know with cancer that there are inflammatory drivers that promote its existence. And we know that the more inflammatory tumor microenvironment is, the more aggressive that cancer is going to become.
So anything we can do to calm down inflammation in that tumor microenvironment becomes really, really important. And obviously the less inflammation we have in the rest of the body, it's going to be harder than for cancer to metastasize and move into that area.
If the inflammation is less. The high sensitivity C reactive protein is a marker that we run on all our cancer patients, and we know that if that marker starts to climb up, then that is a cause for serious concern.
And so anything we can do to keep that marker down, it's going to always improve the outcome. We also know that free radicals, the little substances that create and that oxidative stress, we know that they are directly linked to cancer activity.
So anything that we can do to minimize that oxidative stress from these free radicals can be really, really beneficial in regards to protecting us and from any kind of disease, essentially because it's been linked to to so many different things.
Again, to reiterate, you know, this product does not treat any disease. It does not cure anything. All it does, it supports nutritional value to help the body to optimize certain functions.
And that is and that's what we're doing with this. And so we know that aspect. And then the concern in regards to well I'm you know what we brought up earlier in regards to antioxidants and then also putting oxidative stress on the cancer.
This is a kind of a selective from my understanding. You know, it's a selective antioxidant. So like you're seeing in that petri dish, you know, we bringing them the you know the carbon 60 alongside with chemo.
And it actually had a better kill and also protected the healthy cells at a better kill on the cancer cells and then protected the healthy cells, which is exactly what we want.
I mean, we want to minimize the damage from any kind of traditional ecology type of therapies, you know, because sometimes they are needed. And when we bring them in, we want to optimize the impact and minimize the damage.
So that is always the goal when we bring in these kind of stronger type of therapies. So whatever we can do in that aspect, you know, so we have done these kind of selective molecules that then helps to protect healthy cells and then increase the oxidative kill.
Then then we're going to be in a much better place. And then another aspect which I alluded to earlier. And this is why I'm so passionate about these this substance.
And this is why I have it in my practice and utilize it for my patients, is that I mentioned in regards to the exhaust from the oxidative stress. I mean, in a normal cell you have the mitochondria.
Yeah. It's like a car. We burn gasoline and the exhaust comes out. And if we have that in a garage where it's an enclosed space, then obviously you're not going to live very much longer and it's not going to be able to.
That car engine is not going to run very efficiently because it's not going to get clean oxygen, clean air through it. It's going to be dirty exhaust that it has to kind of rebreather.
And so it's the same in the cells. If we can then clear out this exhaust that's produced from mitochondrial activity, from energy production just like your your car, then your mitochondria is going to work so much better and it's less likely to them become damaged.
And you have the appropriate cell death switch that exists when the cell becomes old, damaged, etc.. Yeah, which is the way it should be. You know, which in cancer cells, you know, that is bypassed by something called the Warburg effect.
So there's so many aspects that is beneficial as you go through a cancer journey utilizing this kind of a compound on your journey. So that's why I felt that this was so important to highlight to our audience that this is available, because that's always the challenge as you go through this journey.
And there's only so many things, you know, so many supplements a person can take. So you want to optimize, then your intake, you know, one for financial reasons and then two just for swallowing stuff, you know, and then and that's the thing.
So so Chris, I really appreciate you coming on to the summit to explain this technology. And again, want to highlight this is something you've been studying since 1991.
So you know, a bit. And so obviously you know quite a bit about this. And I know there are other, you know, C60 products out there. But then to have the stamp of somebody that has done the original research and been part of it, you know, for such a long time, we want to make sure that whatever you take is what you're what you expect to get and not like what you see out there in the market where 50 plus percent are not including what they say they include on the label. So.
So thank you so much, Chris, for all of this. I really appreciate this, doctor. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you.
